Went in to purchase a unique RV water hose connector. I was sold the wrong part. Package was clear so opening the package wasn't attempted. Obviously still brand new. I returned with the sample & asked if he could help me find the correct part. I didn't ask for a refund yet when his demeanor just flipped & got defensive. He remembered I paid with a CC because he requested it. Then he asked for my copy of the receipt which I Did NOT have but he had his store copy of the receipt in his hand & still refused a measly $25.84 refund to a card that will probably take 3-5 business days. I wasn't upset at all, I was actually laughing when he said I could speak to his manager 3 days after this terrible transaction. No customer service, no manners, no respect. We bought an RV that was on consignment from Bobs RV. We haven't even had it a year and we've had so much stuff go wrong. Started out not even a month and the RV generator went out. We called them and they said check the oil, which my husband did and the oil was blacker than black. I mean one would think if you sell a vehicle you change the oil. Now the latest is the slide outs. We can't get them to go in. The screws broke and my husband replaced them and it looked like ones that were the original ones . Warning do mot buy anything on consignment and get a warranty. This is a sincere warning. Do not take anything that you value here. After having my van for nearly a week for a simple propane line issue, and telling me "it would take some time", I called to get an update and estimate, and find out if they could make the repairs. I was met with an argumentative Bob, who was upset with me for requesting an estimate, and would not answer any questions. I continued to express my desire for an estimate for repairs, and he seemed completely confused and offended and then told me in a very aggressive manner, to "just come pick up my van" he "would leave it on the street with the keys in it ". This is a $90,000 custom built travel van. Bob was going to leave it on the street with the keys in the wheel well. I told him that was absolutely unacceptable and I would come and pick it up and he would not leave it anywhere with the keys in it. This man has no idea what he is doing, he does not have the skill set to address simple problems such as a tankless water heater that won't light, or a blocked propane line. Oh, let me not forget that he attempted to insult me by telling me that the van that I have was built wrong and that none of the things that were where they were, were where they were supposed to be. I assumed that he felt that because I'm a woman I don't know anything about anything, and would fall into the trap of paying him to rebuild it." the right way" since he attempted to brag that he'd "built a few of these himself" when I dropped it off. Bob, if you've built a few of these yourself, the issue my van had should've been a quick and simple fix for you. But instead of being honest, you tried to scam me. I had to trade my Park model at a loss to go through with this deal. I was being pressured by Lake Hemet Campground to move out and had to make a deal I did not want. I had to put $12000.00 on my credit card.. My Park model was worth $50000.00. The 5th wheel I bought was only worth $30000.00. We took our motorhome to Bob's to have a recliner installed and a new toilet put in and a rail in the stairwell. We made our appointment about a month prior and when the day arrived they were ready for us and had all the parts and service people ready. I've had them work on three different RVs of ours and they've never let us down and they certainly did a fantastic job installing our new double recliner, railing, and a brand new toilet. Special shout out to Scott who will make your appointment and follow through when you arrive to make sure that everything is done to your satisfaction. Easy money long term Storage. Then shot down today by this SCOTT person. Disgusting he should not be in the job. Ask for Richard he will help you. We are going to speak to the Owner as today he missed out on a lot of easy money. We will not deal with Scott again how many other people has he treated like this. I always compare prices when shopping for parts I always value good customer service Although it is a few miles out of Hemet it is worth the time to go here. I also appreciate the expertise of the customer service representatives here. One man who took care of me has over 35 years experience. I was able to repair my hot water heater, and my refrigerator with the parts I purchased here, and the advise given on how to install them. The price on one part at another parts store was $20.00 higher so it was worth the extra miles to drive to BOB'S When you need parts for your RV I recommend you make the trip here. Coming down from Idylwild it is on the left Going up to Idylwild it is on your right Don't know about the RV sales part but I walked around the yard and they had some very nice RV's for sale and they were all open to inspect. We bought a few things from these guys. A light fixture for our bathtub, a water faucet for the tub, some caulk and the salesperson was very knowledgeable. We also bought a Sureflo water pump prices were reasonable. The Sureflo is quiet compared to the marine quality pump we had before. It outperforms the marine pump and the marine pump whined like a banshee the whole time it was on. You can hardly tell the Sureflo is on. The only minor discord was when in my nervous fear being a woman and a new rver dealing with mechanics, I expressed suspicion about their integrity. Fair enough because they proved their professionalism and integrity to be impeccable. I brought in my t@b teardrop trailer after four months of use in the desert. As a newbie I had dinged and made minor damages. Ran the heater dry because never knew it needed glycol. Etc. The price was below fair and when I couldn't get back from la to pick her up for more than two months, Scott was beyond understanding and the storage fee was incredibly low. At the scheduled pick up appointment everything was gone over carefully with me so I understood it. I'd made some stupid mistakes and had some pretty dumb questions but the service team was kind to me and not at all patronizing. When you spend over $55,000 for a park model with this company and transport truck really needs to learn how to drive damages the unit in two places and it takes you approximately 4 months to get it repaired there's something wrong . Good guys here. We found our diesel here, an 05 Winnebago Vectra, via RV Trader. Kurt was very easy to work with and answered any questions we had. Because we were not local, I asked for all sorts of additional pictures and additional info before we drove up and Kurt was able to get that for us. We ended up doing our own financing, which they had no problems with us doing (we've had problems with other dealers taking issue with us not taking the financing they offered to us, big flag for me). The motorhome was in very good condition (like all the other units we saw there at the time) and we are really enjoying it! I bought an old RV to use as temporary housing and discovered the door would not close properly. Earl removed the door and spent three and a half hours disassembling it, replaced the rotten wood and worn parts, found an old catch plate and re-installed it on my aging motorhome for a fraction of the cost of a new door. I was only charged two hours labor. Earl also looked at my generator, got it fired up, and determined I needed a new choke. He didn't charge me anything for that. They have a lot of stuff in the parts department and Tim is very helpful and honest. I am a complete newb when it comes to RVs and they could have taken advantage - Earl and Tim are great people and it's a good store to go to when you need RV service or parts. read more

Brought my RV trailer to have its furnace repaired Repairs were supposedly done it worked for a few days and then went right back to the way it was when I brought it in.I'm not able to bring it in seeing that it's buried in snow in the mountains that's why I wanted the furnace to work cause I'm working up there all Winter. I was told that they didn't do road calls to repair the problem they didn't fix the 1st time and that I have to bring it in when I can which would be in Spring. very unsatisfied with the service I recieved from the shop and the parts counter employee a grumpy man named Scott .I've been going there for years and every time get treated rudley and very curtly. That they were the closest place to me the convenience outweighed the bad service I got but this time was the last straw ,this man should not be behind the counter doing customer service I wouldn't recommend bringing Your RV or buy parts from here read more
