    " Tyrone From Spectrum Video Was Awesome "…read more I contacted Spectrum Video Department because I was having some weird problems with my TV cable internet. Suddenly I had 15 different channels on my TV internet that where their with perfect video, but their was no sound on those channels. But the sound on the rest of all the channels on my TV were perfect. Also channel 44, which is the L.A. Angeles channel, and channel 53, the L.A. Dodgers channel which I watch a lot, but suddenly the video of the games was perfect, but the game sound and advertisements were totally being done in Spanish. It really freaked me out, it was really where'd. Also on a couple of channels, what ever show I was watching was perfectly OK in English, but when they went to a commercial it was also in Spanish. And then it went back to English again. There were some weird things happening. I made a call to Spectrum, and within 5 minutes Tyrone from the Spectrum Video Department started helping me. Tyrone had a great personality, and took his time leading me through several sections of the Spectrum remote control to make changes, upgrades, and re-set many different areas of the online TV internet cable program. After about 20 minutes of listening and following Tyrone's very smart instructions, my TV restarted again and went back to it's original very good and perfect working order. I thanked Tyrone for his great electronic knowledge, and his wonderful customer service attitude. Tyrone was Awesome !

    I called Spectrum early this morning to contract for a new Internet service and after establishing…read morethe service I was advised to the nearest Spectrum store to pick up my new router. I told Daniel, the customer service from San Antonio, Tx that there's one outside our gate on Highland Springs Bl and that he'd make an appointment for me. He sent me a text confirming the 11:15AM appointment and that if early can just come in as a walk-in. I arrived at about 10:45 and logged in at their IPad registry which acknowledged that I was early. The room was full with about 11-12 people waiting and there's only 2employees there - a male and female. After 20 mins while chatting with some of the people there, I noticed that my name does not show up in the Chart board, so I went and logged on again and by that time 4 more people had arrived. Still my name did not show up on the list so I thought those with online appointments are entertained separately, so I decided to log on again and NOT reference my on-line reservation. 30-35 have already gone by and by this time all the remaining people there were people eh came way after me. So I walked into the man who's picture I will post here, and told him that I had already placed an order on the phone and if I just show them my ID, they would hand me a box of router. The man asked me to sign in again and wait for my turn. Obviously a little irritated and feeling the discrimination that this idiotic and rough behaving unprofessional staff member, I told him I've been patiently waiting...if you can't serve me and give my router, I'll just go to Verizon. He shouted: "Go ahead and go to Verizon." I walked out and called spectrum customer service and reported the incident but I'm sure that went nowhere. That man does not deserve to work in the customer service industry.

    " Michael Gable is a Great Employee "…read more I went to the T-Mobile store at 5297 300 South Highland Springs Ave., 11b in Banning, CA 92220. I met for my first time Michael Gable who is a very young and super smart T-Mobile employee. My phone had started to have strange commercials and people's voices appearing on my phone without me touching for anything. Michael was so good as he used a lot of his time to work through my phone and eliminated some apps on my phone. He also made my phone start working a lot better. I was a teacher for 35 years and when I see a very nice and very smart employee as young as Michael is, it really makes me feel good. T-Mobile is very lucky to have Michael as one of their employees.

Today was a long day at this location but all my issues were taken care of. The thing was I went to this location for the first time to to see for myself because if you call 611 customer care and you try to figure it out yourself, you will get very frustrated. So I decided to go to this store front and call customer care from there. That way I can be assisted from both side. It seems like the store front and customer care are like two different companies. So anyway, I met Tina and Mike who were the reps in the store. They were so awesome. Tina was the quarterback and Mike was the reciever. The service was excellent. They were so patient and understanding and took their time helping me with my several issues. The place was busy but they were still attentive to me. They really knew their sh*t. Another person I want to appreciate was Carmen from customer care..she was the operator on the phone. Even though they don't know each other, they worked so well together tag teaming me with great service in a good way lol. If you are a veteran, you can get a discount on your phone plan! Thank you both for your patience. I was there for almost 3 hours! Thank you again Tina and Mike!
