Zero stars. Terrible customer service. I have used her 3 times in the last year and this last encounter was completely different than any other time. We were texting back and forth about my order and she made me feel like she was doing me a favor by taking my order. She was too busy to provide delivery on the day of my event so I suggested the day before. She said she could but I noticed her delivery price increased. I simply asked why her delivery price had changed after three months thinking maybe it was a typo and she completely ignored me. Then the day of delivery I inquired about the delivery time and she told me she wouldn't be delivering at all. This left me scrambling and frustrated at the last minute. I told her I'd pick up but was clearly frustrated by her lack of communication. She then went OFF on me for saying that. If you use her just be a sheep and don't question a thing. Her customer service skills are severely lacking. I just hope she didn't spit in my cake. I unfortunately wouldn't put it past her with how rude she was. read more
