We ended up going with 2 flavors: blueberry lavender and almond dulce de leche. Do not order from this seller if you care about attention to detail, accurate flavor, or professionalism. I ordered a custom cake for a milestone celebration and had high hopes based on the communication and presentation. Unfortunately, the experience ended in disappointment -- and silence when I tried to respectfully address the issues. The design was cute and well-crafted, and I'll be fair: even though the colors were different than what I requested, I ended up liking how it looked. That said, we never finalized or confirmed the exact design or color palette before the cake was made -- which felt unprofessional for a custom order. Things could have gone badly if I hadn't happened to like the final appearance. I also want to clarify that the inspiration photo I sent was not AI-generated. It was a real photo with some color adjustments, and I clearly explained that. Claiming it was AI to justify the design changes wasn't accurate. At pickup, I appeared happy and polite, but only because the cake was already completed -- there was no point in making a scene. I hoped the taste would make up for any concerns, but unfortunately it didn't. The flavor and proportion were the biggest issues: - I requested 2 fillings, chocolate filling with sweet cream filling (and have written proof), but the cake had no chocolate at all. Only something that was whipped cream. - There was far too much frosting and filling, and not enough actual cake. The cake was good, even though a bit dry. - It was overwhelmingly sweet and difficult for anyone to eat. Most of the cake remains untouched in our fridge. More than half. I emailed afterward to explain all this calmly and clearly, even offering to return the untouched cake and revise my review if we could reach a fair solution. I received no reply at all. I was heartbroken because I put real care and excitement into this order. What should have been a joyful moment ended with frustration and being completely ignored. This isn't about personal preference -- it's about clear miscommunication, missing elements, and lack of professionalism after the fact. I can't recommend this business based on my experience. Unfortunately our experience with Natalie was very poor. I ordered a three tiered wedding cake based on a picture I had shown her. She confidently stated that she could re-create this cake. The cake she delivered to my wedding was an absolute embarrassment with sloppy detail work, off-center tiers, and a middle tier that in no way resembled the picture, and therefore did not tie in with our theme whatsoever. I contacted her several days after the wedding and voiced my dissatisfaction and disbelief over the product she delivered. To my surprise, she indicated that she actually understood why I was disappointed. I inquired why she would knowingly deliver a cake that was so obviously subpar, sloppy, and unattractive. She failed to answer my question. She did refund approximately one third of the cost of the cake, which obviously did nothing to mitigate the disaster she delivered. Not only did my guests comment on the sloppy work, but the cake is so unattractive that I am unable to use any of the photographs that feature it.
