The taquitos were quite bland as were the cheese quesadillas. The nachos also were just meh. The salsa was just really a cup of tomato juice, with some small floating bits of cilantro and onions, I wish this was a real pico, but I think they may have run out... guac also a little disappointing in this dish. It was quite low on the flavour profile over all. It's a great idea, but the food was quite bad. The pulled beef tacos, this dish comes with three tacos, and let me tell you, this really hit it out of the park!! Omg every bite was WOW! The meat was so tender and well seasoned, I could have eaten all 5 tacos (we added an extra two for $10), and the jus that comes with this, omg omg omg!!! So so so good! I would love to eat this every single day! Our last dish was the quesadilla, I chose chicken as my protein, but this was a little flat as I like my quesadilla really crunchy fro the tortilla, and the filling had some really good chewy, stringy cheese that I really enjoyed, however that chicken filling could really use some more spices or more tang. It was quite under flavoured. We really enjoyed the experience of this Mexican restaurant, and I know many of us are dying to fly out, but if you want authentic Mexican foods, this is certainly on top my go to list. We took a seat and I went to wash my hands. There's a single washroom or at least there was only 1 open when we were here. In no time our order came out. They all looked decent. We weren't sure what the options were going to be for the fish but it was fried vs grilled. I have to say, pretty decent fish taco but the sauce was really nice. The al pastor and the carne were also solid tacos. They have a pretty good selection of tacos, soups, quesadillas and specials. We let the staff know how much our mom loved their sauce and they packed more for her to go. That's customer service!
