I bet this place gets packed at night! We came in around late lunch time and the space was pretty cool! They had a large bar that spanned from inside to outside, an area for live bands with a raised stage and they have an arcade room completely separate from the bar area. We ordered some summer cocktails and some apps to try. We ordered fried green beans, gator tots and the Quesadilla Crisp. The tots and friend green beans were good, but oh my gosh the Quesadilla crisp was by far one of the best appetizers I've tried! It was cooked perfectly and the flavor was fantastic! The arcade space was packed with oldies and goodies. They had Pac-Man, Nintendo, pinball, ski all, basket ball. You name it! It's a great spot with amazing food and great games to play!

Really like the atmosphere. Indoor outdoor seating. Nice patio. Wrap around bar that extends outside when the weather is nice. Saturday night it was a club atmosphere with hip hop music and very crowded. They actually make cocktails here. Not just jack n sprite type stuff. Had a very good dry martini. On to the food. Well I suggest you stick with what they are known for. Burgers. I came for brunch and I should have known when the place was half empty not to eat. Food took almost an hour n had nerve to come out cold. Worst chicken n waffles ever. They tried to turn the waffle overso we wouldn't see that it was burned on one side. Just cook another one Chicken was not seasoned at all. I got avocado toast topped with scrambled egg and bacon. Cold eggs suck. Service is lazy. Plenty of bartenders talking amongst themselves or texting when you are trying to get their attention. Brunch on Sunday from open til 3. Nope. They shut down brunch around 220pm when I tried to order something else. Good beer n wine selection if you can get someone to give you the beer menu. Suggest just come for drinks. Oh and no NFL ticket. Same game on all 16 TVs. Now I get why no one was there for Sunday brunch

A nice place. Roomy without feeling on top of everyone which is nice these days. Burger was great. They have a good burger lineup, but you can build your own which I always enjoy. Truffle fries were OK but not as good as I've had other places. I'd probably skip them next time. Beer selection was OK but they were out of many that they had on the menu. And the crafts we had were in cans, which was OK but I expected them to be on tap.

Overall... not a bad stop. Their menu has some pretty fair choices. Burgers tasted great! Drinks were fair priced and tasted good. Specialty martini options. Great appetizer options. The pickle bread was great a must try. The Buffalo chicken dip was average. The sriracha chicken was average as well however you do get a decent size of chicken. The salted Carmel martini was awesome! Fun environment as great staff.

Originally came here for their brunch, but sadly was told that they no longer have brunch just their regular menu. We got burgers instead, and they had a pretty big line up of unique burgers. I also was a sucker for their truffle fries! The atmosphere of the bar was good, it had a huge bar area that extended outside with tables out there as well.

Skip to the last paragraph of this review if you wanna read something pretty cool...then come back and read the rest :) We've been eating at Bar 145 a lot more often lately. The main reason for this is that Burger Bar 419 recently divested from the nearby Monroe street location (which subsequently devolved back into the thoroughly mediocre "Star Bar.") Generally speaking, I like Bar 145. But... The food is pricy for the quantity that you receive. I usually order a burger which I "build myself" using the provided order form (as shown in several of the pictures). My burgers have, and this is unusual at most other places, ALWAYS been cooked to a perfect medium well, and have always been very tasty. BUT, the patties definitely seem to be a little on the small side and the toppings seem to be a little on the sparse side. After I eat a burger, either with or without the bun, I still feel pretty damned hungry. The mixed drinks are creative and, in general, are a cut above those offered at other places; same is true for the appetizers. Better yet, the drinks and the apps change with the seasons. The beer selection is pretty OK also. Atmosphere: Pretty much what you'd expect. Clean, and nice enough. BUT, bring your earplugs if you plan to eat inside when a band is playing. The patio is small, but chill. Service: No significant problems yet. Crowd: I've heard this place described as a meat market. Yeah. It just might be that. FINALLY (and this shit is important): Although it's not open yet, "RESET" will be opening very soon, and will be attached to Bar145. Billed as "Toledo's first adult arcade," it sounds pretty great to me. They plan to have about 30 FREE PLAY classic arcade games, and about 30 beers on tap (serve yourself and get charged by the ounce...perfect for sampling new beers!!). Check out this link for more details: http://www.placestogointoledo.com/places/3319094-RESET/ And no, Bar145 didn't pay me to write this! If RESET lives up to my expectations, a fifth star is coming.

They were friendly, and the menu is simple, and just varied enough to make sure there are options but that every option can be perfectly executed. speaking of perfect, we did not get a burger, but I heard the guy behind me say "my first bite was perfect" as he tore into a burger that looked massive and juicy and just as perfect as he described. I'm not going to lie, we opted out of burgers because we thought we were going to a recently opened Korean corn dog place. When we got there, they were sold out and needed to shut down for a few hours- so we came in as a consolation prize. We decided to come in here and try some Korean barbecue wings, potato bombs, fries, and spring rolls. We decided to eat our way through the appetizer menu. The chile relleno spring rolls are decent in terms of flavor, but they are very small to be charging over two dollars apiece for them. Sadly, I didn't expect expecting it to be piping hot, it was lukewarm inside. Could have a little more spice to it as well. same issue with potato bombs. The flavor is good, could use a little more seasoning- but it wasn't hot enough in the middle. I think maybe they need to adjust their fryer temperature because the outside was very well done and the inside was not quite warm enough. Also, they brought everything out one piece at a time. First came the spring rolls. Over five minutes later came the potato bombs.... the food trickling out when it all came from the same fryer was weird. But the same person who took our order did deliver the food to the table each time. It's not exactly a sit down and get some type of restaurant so that was a very nice touch. It's probably more of a three star experience- but I'm being generous because we didn't order any of the things that they're actually known for and those burgers coming out looked stellar.

OK, I don't want to come off in this review, sounding like I didn't understand the business model…read moreor proof-of-concept of Mr.Beast Burger. My children pleaded with me to order it, namely because of the assumption that their affection for this YouTube philanthropist would easily carry over into the fast food burger realm. Unfortunately, it did not. I have already read many reviews complaining that the food was cold, which I feel is a tad bit unfair considering Mr. Beast exists solely as a delivery food option. It's like 12° out, and the food is delivered almost 20 minutes away. Of course, it's going to be cold. So the luke warm to frigid temperature of my family's burgers tonight were certainly not the criteria I am using to judge. For those who are unaware, Mr.Beast Burger relies on other restauranteurs To make their food and door delivery services for the rest. In theory, it's genius. This YouTube sensation gets to label-slap his name and brand on a simple burger recipe all across the country and has built-in promotion from the 55 million followers he has online. So, if you are a Toledoan hoping to find a brick and mortar MrBeast restaurant to visit, of course, you will not find one. The delivery time for door dash was pretty decent, nearing 30 minutes. As soon as we opened the paper bag - if he came pretty evident that this online business exist in reality, only in the form of a digital recipe alongside massive rolls of MrBeast stickers given to local employees to stick on generic wrapping and generic bags to give the illusion of a franchise. Regardless, the true testament was the food. Aside from the temperature as previously mentioned, the Mr. beast burger was decently pleasant, with a mixture of Beef patties, American cheese, ketchup, mayo, pickles, and brown mustard, all rammed between soft buns. The pictures on the menu, of course look delightful. I expected the real thing to look like a squished mess, but it even looked less desirable than I imagined. Luckily, the taste of it was pretty acceptable. Scoring no higher than a 7 on a scale of 1 to 10, the Beast burger was definitely appetizing, despite its poor appearance. However, that's where the niceties stop. My son had the Chris burger, which was advertised to include bacon and french fries squashed atop a burger patty. But he found the bacon to be excessively chewy and almost under cooked. His patties were thinner and were much more overcooked and tough than the beast burger. The fries were the worst. Not only did they suffer the most from the chill weather outside, making them not even remotely warm, but many of the fries seemed completely under cooked. Almost like they were slivers of frozen potato. In conclusion, if Mr. Beast Burger existed as a brick and mortar restaurant that I could visit in the summer, guaranteeing a piping hot plate that could be easily returned if undercooked, then this YouTube-turned-burger sensation would earn at least a moderately respectable review in my mind. But considering it's status as delivery-only, I highly forewarn Toledoans from rolling the dice on a risky concept that banks its success on pre-existing marketing from a world dependent on social media than on the quality of it's food and service.

I had been there a few times several years ago not long after this eatery opened their doors. We were immediately seated and while we were looking over the menus, all the other tables were subsequently filled and a line began to develop. We timed our visit perfectly! We ordered Fungus Amongus and Let's Brie Friends burgers along with the unending fries. Small restaurant with only a handful of tables, one server, and the grill chef - that's it. Burgers were well seasoned and good tasting. In my opinion, these burgers were on the medium-well side of the spectrum, so a bit over done for me. The fries = yum! Reminded me of a shoestring type version of Berardi's in Sandusky Ohio. These fries were nicely seasoned and done to what I would call, perfection!
