The smoked sturgeon, seasoned jumbo shrimp, and minced pork belly were the top dishes here. Sturgeon isn't as common around here and stood out because of the smoky taste and freshness. From the moment we parked, we were greeted by some friendly people outside. We walked in on the bar side and were directed to the dining side. Even with being on the restaurant sode, you coupd not hear the bar sode activity, so it was perfect if you have kids and want to have conversations. The bar side, even though we didn't hang out over there, had pool tables, a big bar area and Golden Tee. Theresa, our server, came right over and offered drinks. Fireball special on Tuesdays? Yes, please! I then told her we were from St. Louis, and shockingly (not really), there was a connection. She has family members that live in St. Louis! She recommended the tacos and burger so we naturally got 1 of each, along with a side of tots! Everything was wonderful! You do get free chips and salsa with any entrée, but the salsa really didn't have any flavor. Theresa also told us about their breakfast, but our hotel had complimentary breakfast. They do not take the players card to pay for drinks or other promotions (although certain promos say they should just for credit for spending a certain limit).

Finally, after a couple more minutes with no sign of our bartender, we left. This place offers mediocre food (on a good day) and a pathetic beer selection. While I am all to happy to patronize a local establishment, even with subpar offerings, I'm not going to pay for such pathetic service. Take your money elsewhere. Nothing is on tap- even the soda comes out of a two liter and beers come from cans and bottles. There is no signature cocktail list. Thai is the place for a shot and a beer- or like me- Bacardi and coke. There is a REAL jukebox- not one of those virtual boxes. Good old school rock and roll. Now some of you will not like this place- but I enjoyed it completely - service was fast and efficient. Folks were friendly and the drinks were reasonably priced.
