I had the absolutely worst experience last night. My girlfriend's and I went to the restroom and…read moresecurity decided to bang on the door immediately once we got in there. They banged the whole time , which we didn't know it was them until we opened the door. There was five of us, and once we opened up the door, they were telling us to watch our mouths because I yelled at them asking did they work there , obviously confused what was going on. They then decided to kick us out because we had too many people in the restroom. I only got one of the security guards name his name is Anthony another man in his 40s who had an accent decided to put his hands on me and push me. We were all so confused why we were getting kicked out. I will never be going back! That is absolutely insane. We did not take a long time either and they said it was gonna take too long if we all went together, which makes no sense. We took MAYBEEE 5 to 7 minutes in the restroom. The owner needs to get a grip on his security guards. Especially the ones that look like their on drugs sneaking people in from the back and the one man who put his hands on me for absolutely no reason!!! BEWARE LADIES: You cannot go to the bathroom with anyone or you will get kicked it and man handled !!!

Parking was a challenge, but we opted for valet and, at only $10, it was totally worth it! We originally planned to check out Bar Eden for happy hour but accidentally walked into Paradiso, which is connected. Bar Eden is a little smaller and has more of an intimate, speakeasy vibe, while Paradiso has a gorgeous, lively atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the happy hour specials were perfect for afternoon drinks--cocktails under $10! The margarita was delicious, and the other cocktails were just as pretty as they were tasty. One thing to know: it seems there's only one restroom, so the wait can be lengthy. BUT once you get inside, you'll understand why...because it's basically a girl's dream photo booth! Definitely plan a little extra time for the bathroom selfies. We didn't try the food this time, but the ambiance and music were on point. The outdoor seating is beautiful and elegant, although it was way too hot for daytime lounging during our visit. Overall, I'd absolutely come back--especially for happy hour! Great drinks, beautiful atmosphere, and plenty of photo-worthy moments.

We asked if we could pull up a chair to one of the tables on the patio (which was fully empty), and they begrugedly agreed. We sat down and waited. And waited some more. And then some more... After about 10 minutes my brother went up to the bar and asked if a server would be coming to take our order, and was told that they were busy (they did not look busy at all) but would get to us ASAP. Another 10 minutes went by and, as no one had still come to see us, we elected just to leave. They said nothing as we walked out of the restaurant. Aside from pulling up a chair on the (again, totally empty) patio, I have no idea what we did that could have made them so upset at us. The whole experience was really odd and super off-putting, particularly so as there was no communication at all from the wait staff.

There was a small parking lot with valet available, although I'm not sure if it was complimentary or paid. We opted for free curbside parking at the periphery of the district, about a 5 minute walk away toward the residential area. We walked in, seated ourselves, browsed the menu, and ordered at the bar. We ordered 2 x $7 margaritas and 1 x $7 Ladylove feral fries - included in the happy hour specials! Loved the ambiance - the low lighting, the music. Loved the happy hour special. I would love to be back at some point to enjoy other listening sessions while sipping affordable drinks.

I live in walkable distance so I love being able to just walk there, grab a drink, and grab to go tacos on my way home.
