Ordered a beer tower and my friends & I couldn't even get through our beer cups. Brought it back to the counter and asked if we could just have it switched out with another beer and just filled to where we left it, nothing more. The new bar tender said no and we asked for a manager. She called her manager on the phone who also said no and that no refund could be given either(never asked for one initially). We asked if we could switch it for some tall cans and we were given 1. $50 beer tower exchanged for $6 beer was their best solution. I didn't even take the tower back to the table because it wasn't good to drink, I left it and they threw it out. New bar tender asked my info so her manager could call me back and she never did. I had to call them and ask for their manager and she wasn't there (is she ever there?). The girl who answered asked for my info and was so sweet. She hoped it could be fixed and she showed empathy and assured me that her manager was very nice. Manager calls me and says that she had all of these experts try the beer and made sure her CO2 tank was in perfect working condition and that nothing was wrong with the beer so no refund would be given. No understanding, very dismissive, and no concern for customer experience. There was no point in asking for my info, I would have walked away and taken the loss. But I was told I was getting a phone call, for what? Make my experience even worse? I called the store back and asked for the manager's superior or corporate info and it turns out that she was the owner. Natalie, do better. All you had to do was make it right, but "being right" was more important. Crazy that your employees show a higher degree of emotional intelligence and understanding than you do. Even a 50% refund would have turned this around. If $25 is so hard to give back, is it a struggling business or prideful owner? Who knows, maybe both. And please don't respond, Natalie. I see your responses to other bad reviews and you take no accountability, just like in the phone call we had. Just allow me to share my experience. Thanks.

Fun 'sports bar' located inside Haven City food hall. Great vibe but gotta look for it because it's kind of hidden. Very sports bar themed with the requisite neon beer signs. Large liquor selection and burgers and fries food selection. Indoor/outdoor seating, TVs for watching sports and a great variety of music. Staff were very prompt and service was quick. Had onion rings and a strawberry margarita as it was lunch time. Onion rings were average. And margarita was tasty. They also have a great selection on dole whip for desert. I imagine night time brings out the crowd, and with happy hour and being located in a food hall I imagine they get pretty busy. Overall a great vibe.

From the main entrance head right. It'll be on the far end by the doors leading to the patio. Nice space with designated seating area, screens to watch the game, beer on tap and soft serve that kept staring at me like it knew me. My eyes would wander around and I'd catch it still staring at me. I had to go over and take a taste. The matcha is awesome! creamy and dreamy. It's a nice cool down. They have some good burgers too. Great service from the staff. They really are so welcoming and friendly, informative. Plenty of parking right in front.

My mother and I along with some friends went out for a mother daughter night and chose to eat and get some drinks at Bar Daddy. The staff, service, food, and drinks were amazing. Staff was so polite and gave amazing suggestions on what the most popular drinks and food items were. We got the chance to talk to the owner and she was so polite and eager to make sure everyone had a good experience. I would HIGHLY recommend coming here!!

Burgers, Fries, Chicken Strips. It's fine my reason for not more stars is simple. They charge for ranch, it's not even homemade just comes out of a tub you get at smart and final. Ok fine they charge for water down ranch. HOWEVER if you get a chicken and fries plate or fried pickles at least offer 1 free!! To charge for the first one is ridiculous especially if it's warranted. Advice Bring your own ranch unless you want this water down one they serve you at .90 cents each.

Bar Daddy is not a bar. Its a section in a food court that serves alcohol. Its actually pretty cool. You order at the counter and you dont have to tip a server, just tip when you order. They have tall boys for $6 and $7. Much cheaper than a bar. The food is Burger IM. I got a combo of fries and onion rings for $5. The rings were good but the fries are disc shape and dry. I would not get those again. You sit at available tables within the food court. There is also a great patio area with seating and fake grass. I would go back.

Every time i'm at Haven City I make sure to pay Bar Daddy a visit. Service is always excellent, their owner Natalie is the sweetest! Drinks are top notch. My go to is always a Pickle Michelada with donnas pickle beer (chef's kiss). However, today I was feeling a margarita and the Lychee Margarita did not disappoint. If you are ever at Haven City, please pay this place a visit!

I'm a local here in Haven City and Rancho Cucamonga, and with so many food vendors and dining options to choose from, I still always find myself coming back to Bar Daddy. Their menu offers a yummy variety. Other spots in the area sometimes fall short -- rude/poor service or running out of key menu items. Today, I felt compelled to finally leave a review because of a special experience. I was enjoying some wings, an alcoholic beverage, when an employee -Jazmin engaged with a sweet compliment, brought my food out to the patio, came by and asked if I'd like another drink. It may seem like a small gesture, but her attentiveness, warm smile, and genuine energy really stood out -- it's rare to find that kind of customer service these days. Not only did she anticipate my needs before I even asked, but she also made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Her thoughtful check-in led me to place another order, which speaks volumes about her professionalism and positive impact on the business. Jazmin is truly a diamond in the rough -- a shining example of what great service looks like. Bar Daddy is lucky to have her! We will be back.

Stopped by @burgerim.havencity this evening for dinner. Wanted to try some of the burgers that @lifewitherns had featured on a recent review of his. I ordered the Spanish Burger, Falafel Burger, Sweet Potato Fries and a delicious Cold Melon Carr Beer. I have to say I've eaten a lot of burgers in my life and you pretty much think you have tasted each and every one that exists. The Spanish Burger was very flavorful and distinct. The Falafel Burger surprised me at how tasty it was. If you have not already tried Burgerim at Haven City I highly suggest that you do. They also offer several Beers on Tap along with assorted cold alcohol drinks in can. This location has a very spacious and inviting Outdoor Dining Area to eat at. Tables are shaded and they even have Misters for added coolness. Marcel is the greatest. He is young but that does not stop his customer service. We have been sitting at the bar for a while and this young man has not stopped smiling through the mad rush. I can't believe I've never wrote a review for here. We've been here only a couple of times but if I could I would give 10 stars for their customer service!! Where do they find these incredible young ppl? Who actually are friendly, they look you in the eye and want to work ? Both times the staff member who took our order was super nice. Explained item menus to us etc . Super patient and kind. The burgers are very good also . Reasonable priced . The fries are good . I would prefer my fries not round but that's okay . We still enjoyed them . We will definitely be back . Great job and I hope they keep up the excellent customer service . read more

First time trying BurgerIM. I must say that I had higher expectations for this particular food chain given the hype about it. The service was okay (I am being considerate given that these employees look like they have been working around the clock due to the surge of people in this new shopping mall), but I was a bit disappointed in the food itself for a few reasons. 1. Taste: I had the "Big BurgerIM" Greek Lamb (which is actually a beef and lamb blend according to the fine print). Although not horrid, it lacked proper taste - it was a bit on the bland side. Perhaps this could be attributed to a new set of hands working at this new location? Again, I do not have a reference of how BurgerIM 'should' taste as this is my first time. 2. Portioning: I would like to understand that BurgerIM positions itself at a bit higher in terms of quality of their food - which in turn raises my expectations a bit as well. The size of the burgers was surprisingly small. I anticipated something that was at least a bit bigger given the photos - it was nothing near that. I had to double check to see if it was a mistake that we ordered the "Classic BurgerIM" instead. I do not mind paying a premium for better food, but this did not meet the quality of what was expected. 3. Value: This is sort of a combination of 1 and 2 as stated above. For the taste and size of what I am getting and for the price paid ($7 or $8) per burger, I am disappointed. The sweet potato fries were probably the best thing from there. Would I recommend this place or come back? Probably not given the reasons above. read more

If your vegetarian or vegan do not eat here!!! I'm vegetarian and I had the impossible burger and my wife is vegan and she had a soy burger based burger, the nice girl working the register said they'd clean grill before making the food but I got terribly sick after eating burger! That burger was definitely cooked in animal fat! My fries came out burned tasting and my wife's fries came out after meal was practically done, I had to ask for fries and they had no salt or taste.. not ever coming back to this place again... highly not recommended read more

I have been a patron of BurgerIM for about a month. Located in the Haven City Market on Haven and Arrow Route. I want to give a shout out to the co-owners Michael and Natalie for sharing their friendship with Cory and I. We have tried several of their items on their menu and have not been disappointed. They have several beers on tap and I love my Stella. They are cold too. I took a picture of some orders that came up for their customers. This is one of my go to spots for beer :) they sell a pitcher for 15$ and the food is pretty great...my favorite is the duo with the Buffalo chicken sandwich. The service is also good and they have special seating for burger IM customers which is nice, except when people take advantage of it. Yes the owner will definitely tell you something if you are taking advantage of the seating specifically there for customers.....I've seen it happen many times and I don't think the owners are in the wrong LOL. I recommend this spot, good food, good service and a really great price on drinks every day. Keep up the good work guys ! read more

Burgers were delicious along with their onion rings. We definitely will be coming back. The entire staff were nothing but amazing! Disappointed. Came here once a week for our usual beers. Always dealt with a woman who was always so nice. But today, I got a beer that tasted flat and just not good. I went to exchange and the man working informed me the beer is fine and would not exchange it. I let him know I'm not lying.... It's not good. His answer was I have been serving it all day. Wouldn't exchange. How rude. Then my boyfriend walks in and he exchanged. Why just why... over a beer I took a sip out of. Can't be their regular customer. Sad day. read more

Finally got around to trying this place. Ordered the Greek burger, with sweet potato fries & drink. Total was $17. Which is reasonable considering the burgers are full size & it was lamb. Let's be honest though, slapping tzatziki sauce on something doesn't make it Greek. Yes, everything had good flavours. I wasn't disappointed. But halfway through it became very one note. They only put lamb, tzatziki, spinach, tomato & onions on the burger. Obviously I get no onions. If they added cheese &/or olives, it would be the perfect Greek burger. Will I come back? Maybe. But for something else. It's definitely worth the try & worth the money. read more

Not once did the manager take anything we had said into consideration. After seeing how low the reviews for this location are in comparison to other Big Al's locations, I'm not surprised as to why. Not only do they have staff members that threaten physical violence, but they also have managers that think that behavior like that is acceptable. All in all, if you feel like you'll have a good time getting lied to, terrible service, and threatened, this is the perfect place for you. If you care about your family, I would not recommend coming here.

I went here last night on a group gathering for my birthday. First, the food was not that good compared to many other places in Haven Market. I've been to quite a few others and this is my least favorite. The burger was soggy and sloppy. I sat at the table outside in the "burger IM seating area" and two of us out of the 8 that were there were eating at Burger IM but we were still harassed multiple times to move from our table because it was for customers only. Well, we were customers but still felt like we couldn't enjoy our dinner without worrying if we'd get yelled at again to give up our table. There were no other tables available, otherwise we would have, but it was just plain rude. I get it if no one is eating from there but we were, so it's not right to be rude to your customers. I won't ever be returning, not only for the bad customer service, but because of the bland, soggy food. Do yourself a favor and try some of the other awesome places at Haven Market, the Cajun shrimp place (not sure the name) is bomb and the customer service is awesome! Edit to add after reply from owner - it's funny that the customer service continues to be bad. We did not order kids meals. We ordered full meals with sides and drinks, and a third person ordered a beer. A customer is a customer no matter how much money they spend, but I can see that you don't feel that way. Been coming here for months. The location is always clean, the staff is always friendly and more importantly, the food is consistently great. The prices are fair and the beer is cold. I'm usually with a large group of guys (6-12) and they have no problem with accommodating us with our needs..... The owner's, Mike & Natalie always make time to say hello and make us feel welcomed. I highly recommend this place. One added note, if the weather is good (as it usually is) I also recommend going outside to their patio area and get some fresh air. BurgerIM was a great find for someone looking for a burger that isn't from a fast food chain. The Big Burger IM Cowboy burger had good quality meat, BBQ sauce, and the right amount of toppings. The onion rings were good but not exceptional, and the cherry coke came from a soda robot and wasn't mixed well so I wouldn't recommended it. The meal took about 15 to 20 minutes to prepare, but it was worth the wait. Overall, this is a solid burger meal for around $16 and is a good alternative to fast food chains like In-N-Out or Five Guys. read more

Great food and great customer service. I've already had almost every burger on the menu and enjoyed every single one. Lines can occasionally be long but that is the same with any restaurant in a packing house so it is understandable. We placed a pickup order, and they were very accommodating over the phone with credit card information and clear pickup instructions. When I arrived, the place was lively and full (but not overcrowded), which honestly added to the appeal. They had loud speakers, plenty of TVs, and great game/event coverage--it looked like a fun spot to hang out, so we'll definitely be coming back to dine in next time. The food itself was excellent. The wings were nicely sauced, the pizza was delicious, and the onion rings were crisp to perfection. We'll definitely be returning for both the food and the atmosphere.

There's no host to seat you, so when I saw a table that looked empty we sat there and were informed by other patrons that it was their table they'd been at the bar ordering drinks. The stools at the high-tops were uncomfortable and it was hot inside. If you're making us run back and fourth for our drinks the least you can do is crank the A/C We didn't end up eating there, even though the food looked amazing. My kids were turned off by the noise of the the people watching the game (that's fine no shade, not a kids place as we realized) but we were prepared to stay, looking at a menu on our phones is what turned us off, scrolling as opposed being able to see and flip through a whole menus was super annoying to us, add to that the face that there were no servers available to ask questions about the menu or the food. I'm willing to go back early on a weekday to try the food, but without the kids to maybe sit at the bar and get actual service. We spent $30 on two beers and 2 sodas
