Absolutely immaculate and so fresh they taste like they just leapt out of the Pacific and onto your plate. Briny, clean, and ice-cold, they set the tone for a dining experience that only gets better. Next up: the torched salmon sashimi which is a masterpiece of craft. Lightly flame-kissed to bring out the richness without losing its silky texture, it's the kind of dish that makes you slow down and savor every bite. And then there's my personal addiction: the glazed pork belly. Perfectly rendered, meltingly tender, and finished with a glaze that strikes that magical balance between savory, sweet, and just a hint of heat. Honestly, if they offered this by the bucket, I'd order two. The Beehive doesn't stop at the food either. Their bar is loaded with a thoughtfully curated selection of spirits, including some incredible homespun specialties you won't find anywhere else. Happy hour here is happy for a reason combining amazing deals, handcrafted cocktails, and a vibe that just makes you want to linger. Bottom line: The Beehive isn't just a restaurant, it's a lifestyle decision. Fresh seafood, inventive bites, incredible drinks, and a welcoming scene all in one spot. Trust me this needs to be your go-to for any occasion when you are in our County seat.

We decided to share several dishes family-style, which was the perfect way to sample a variety of menu items. Every single dish was a 10+ in my book! The food was absolutely delicious, and I can see why my friends keep coming back. The service was impeccable from start to finish. The restaurant was easy to find, and I loved the charming décor it felt like a genuine Italian restaurant with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of my favorite surprises was the Limoncello Spritz. After a day of wine tasting, it was the perfect light and refreshing drink to end the day. Great food, outstanding service, and a wonderful dining experience. I'll definitely be back!

My party sat down at the bar and it did appear the majority of the people at the bar were also eating. The Bartender and At this point our server also was incredibly. She was so busy every single one of the bar seats was taken, and she did a fantastic job balancing all of it. Overall the food was an exceptional experience. For starters we got the truffle fries, and A Minestrone soup. The truffle fries were delicious, and had a bit if a kick to them so if you dont like spicy keep that in mind. The Soup was delicious and a great size for the small soup portion. I ordered the Lasagna with meat sauce and its light delicate layers were delicious, and perfectly balanced with the cheese. The server was helpful and informative and told my friend about the Mushroom cream sauce for her ravioli that if you love mushrooms you'll love it but if you don't then steer away. And we LOVE mushrooms and the ravioli paired perfectly with the heavy mushroom cream sauce. We also got the Steak and ordered it medium rare, when it came to us and it was closer to blue/rare the server/bartender didn't hesitate to apologize and in a flash take it back. The cooks remade it and it was perfectly medium rare with that nice browning on the outside and a small bit it pink in the center. We were very satisfied and it was such a lovely touch the manager did come out before the end of our meal to ensure we were satisfied and apologized for the discrepancy in the meal. The fact it was busy every single table full and the bar also being full and the manager still coming to ensure our satisfaction was what true hospitality is all about!! 100000% recommendations for this place and will be coming back!

Our server Brian was thoroughly knowledgeable about the food and preparation of every dish, while being personable and friendly throughout the entire meal. I was wildly impressed with the efficiency of the kitchen getting food out as well. We had the guava cucumber mocktails which were refreshing and crisp, as well and ginger beer and it was great! The brisket tacos were cooked to perfection and the puree at the bottom of the taco is such a great suprise! My husband got the bahn mo special and I of course stole a bite or two. It was so fresh and falvorful. The fries were tossed in soy sauce syrup and green onions and were mind blowingly good. The entire staff was warm and pleasant. The young staff even made eye contact and engaged with us! haha We will absolutely be back to try the rest of the options they have to offer.

Overall, everything tasted good, but nothing blew us away enough to justify a return trip unless someone else in a group really wanted to go.

Their rooftop dining area is really nice, lots of couch seating and cute booths. It's nicely covered, and there are fans, so it would be great on a hot day. The views were really lovely and it felt great to be above it all! We ordered a couple of appetizers, including the brussels sprouts and shrimp ceviche, and I had one of the cocktails. We also got one of their pizzas, choosing the one with chicken ranch. Everything was delicious and served promptly. I saw for larger groups, they had some nice couch areas. What made the situation even more frustrating was that there were several empty tables visible throughout the restaurant, yet we were repeatedly told the restaurant was fully booked. After waiting nearly two hours and spending money at the bar, we felt misled, dismissed, and unwelcome. We have always enjoyed 107, but this experience left a very disappointing first impression. We hope management looks into this matter and improves communication and hospitality at the host stand.
