If you order off the upstairs menu, it will likely come later than anything ordered downstairs, so be patient. :) We were there at a bit after 5 on Valentine's Day and pretty much had our pick of places to sit. About 30 minutes later, a huge group of at least 20 came in and took up several tables. The server had a lot on his hands, but was still really nice about answering questions and bringing us beverages.

They also had the garage door open when it was 20 degrees outside which made it extremely cold and uncomfortable. The bartender never acknowledged us when we walked in. They have no wine. Sorry but this is 2026 you need to have wine options. One of our people in group ordered wings and never got them until he asked the bartender who said "they were coming". His wings were comped because of his long wait time.
