Place was busy 111AM on a Saturday. Had to wait 15min outside. No cover or good place to wait to dress appropriately. Lots of parking nearby you might just have to drive around a little. Took a bit longer than expected to get our order taken and for anyone to check on us once we had our food. We got a jug of water so I never ran out which was nice. Single-person bathrooms available. I tried the Breaded Pork Schnitzel: schnitzel itself was 8/10. But the fact that it came with eggs, hashbrowns, and toast turns out to be a ton of food! "two eggs" - more like 6. There was a ton of scrambled egg and it was cooked perfectly. Hashbrowns were good but glad table had salt and pepper as they tasted completely unseasoned. But they forgot my toast and no one came to check on use until we were 90% done our meal. I did get my toast and it was fresh - comes with only jam and peanut butter as topping options. Boyfriend got the special of the day - pulled pork eggs benny. He was really happy with the flavors and extremely happy with the portions. Could not finish. Sausage was 10/10 good - very peppery. We loved the sauces on the table - boyfriend loved the ?curry ketchup. Very cool you can buy this on the way our as well. Overall I will probably get something else next time, but the portions and food overall was good.

I went for Sunday brunch with friends. Although there was a line to get into the restaurant, it moved very quickly and my party was seated within minutes. The menu is extensive and reasonably priced. The service and wait time for our meals were very quick. The best part of my visit was the quality of my breakfast- fresh, good quality ingredients!

The senior's breakfast for only $8.95 plus $1.00 for the whole grain toast in 2022.

Barb and Ernie's Restaurant has been in the same place in Edmonton for a very long time. I could guess at 40 years or so but I'm not certain. It was a full morning until night cafe for most of that time. Originally it was run by Barb and the eclectic Ernie but now his son runs it. The hours were reduced to mornings until 2:00pm so it's a breakfast and lunch place now. In the evening the kitchen is used by Langano Skies Ethiopian restaurant for take out only. That's an interesting arrangement that seems to be working.. But enough history, you want to know how good food is. It's good. We arrived for a late breakfast at around 11:00am on Thursday. There were many choices at medium prices but we ordered from the senior's menu because we only had to be 55 or older. The seniors prices were excellent. I did find it odd that they charge an extra $1:00 for multi grain toast (white bread toast is included for no extra charge) but the meal was still a good deal. We paid $8.95 each plus the extra dollar for the better bread. This gave us one egg, three sausages and lots of hash browns (a fruit bowl is a $3.00 option). What made the meal stand out was the condiments. There was house made mustard for the sausages and house made ketchup for the potatoes. They were delicious. The coffee was restaurant style but perhaps slightly better than average. Service was excellent. I think that our server was the original Ernie's daughter in law but that's just a guess because she talked like an owner. I recommend the new Barb and Ernie's as it's better now that both Barb and Ernie have retired and their son runs the show.

This restaurant might be called the "Old Country Inn" but literally everyone in Edmonton knows it as Barb & Ernie's. Barb and Ernie Feuchter are the original owners of this German-comfort breakfast restaurant, which opened in 1975. Many people (such as myself) have fond memories of crawling in to Barb & Ernie's during the 2000s on weekend mornings after a wild night out on the town. (I was in my 20s, after all!) The best part was always Ernie's signature surly attitude - super sweet to the ladies and quick to dismiss the gents. I would line up all the way outside the door just to get my hands on their smoked salmon eggs benedict - which I believed to be the height of breakfast luxury at the time. This is a great example of what restaurants can do: they create and capture memories. Barb and Ernie officially retired in 2011 and the restaurant was taken over by their son Thomas. Even though the Old Country Inn has been around for 47 years it is still a beloved institution that receives regular accolades. Edmonton Journal named them Best German Restaurant 2020, Best German Restaurant 2021, and Favourite German Restaurant 2022, as well as Best Overall Restaurant 2021. I hadn't visited myself in many, many years and looked forward to a nostalgic return. Said visit took place on a Sunday morning, and not much had changed in the fact that the earlier that you arrive, the better. (Unless waiting in line is your thing.) There is a small parking area in front of the Ritchie establishment but the spots are in high demand. You couldn't possibly miss the restaurant itself - not only is it located in a fairly desolate industrial part of the city but it's kinda hard to ignore an entire two storey Bavarian-style chalet just sitting there on 99th Street. The building is very distinct and a definite focal point of the landscape in the area. Crammed into the small entrance vestibule, I was transported back to age 25 and it was a good feeling. It can be nice when things don't change too much and seem to be just the way that you left them. We arrived not long after opening and there were still vacant tables available. This didn't last for long. However, we were luckily seated right away. The restaurant is somewhat large, comprising of two separate dining rooms with the kitchen sandwiched in between both of them. The inside is very homey and comfortable, much like the food itself. There isn't much flash but you will see paintings of grassy German fields and other scenery, wood paneling on the walls, and the odd beer stein here and there. Seated in the second (or south) dining room by a window, I couldn't help but smile. A sunny classic breakfast just feels right. Barb & Ernie's is only open for breakfast and lunch so you can expect to find a menu that focuses on all of your breakfast favourites with a German twist. You will not find avocado toast on this menu. I decided to order the "fanciest" coffee on the menu, the Mocha (With fresh whipped cream - $4.50). This beverage, while pretty small in size for the price, was a delight. It tasted like coffee and hot chocolate and I was good with that. The whipped cream added a little extra that made the drink feel special. Although the restaurant was busy, our server was very prompt and friendly. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and as usual, the portions were massive. Barb & Ernie's claim to serve the best eggs benedict, and like I previously mentioned, their smoked salmon version used to be a staple of mine. However, there are SIXTEEN different types available, from meat-centric versions to seafood to vegetarian options. For this visit only one version seemed to be correct: The Old Country Inn Eggs Benedict (Ham, salami, corned beef - $19.95). If something is named after the restaurant itself, the general rule of thumb is that you should order that. All of the eggs benedicts are served with two poached eggs (cooked to order, I requested medium) on an English muffin with homemade white wine hollandaise sauce and hashbrowns. (You can also get tomatoes or baked beans as your side instead.) I have recently come to the realization that fried salami for breakfast is absolutely my jam, so this eggs benedict fit the bill. Heaping with meat (the meat value is certainly good), I dug into this benedict meat mountain. I always remembered the hollandaise to be especially memorable at Barb & Ernie's and was happy to taste it once again. Super creamy, you really get the flavour of the white wine. My eggs were poached to the correct medium doneness. I'm sure that there was an English muffin under there somewhere. The meat was the star of this dish. The ham was good, the corned beef was very tender and felt like a special treat, and the salami was delicious. Cured meats are the best. Think of a charcuterie board except in eggs benedict form - that's what this was. My only issue was that my butter knife was not appropriate for the thick-cut salami. This is hands down my favorite low key breakfast spot in YEG! I always come here for their eggs benny. The potions are huge and their hollandaise sauce is made white wine! They have a few different options for their eggs benedict and they usually have a special running (right now it's eggs benny with pulled pork). I recently tried their Barb & Ernie's Special Breakfast for $12.95. I chose the hotcake with eggs and bacon. Huge portions and probably the best hot cake that I've ever had (I'm serious!). This place is popular! Especially on the weekend mornings. Come early or be ready to stand outside in line. The good news is that the line moves relatively fast. What I love is that Barb & Ernie's is that it's locally owned, casual and down to earth. Portions are huge but the pricing is comparable to chain restaurants such as Ihop (but this is so much better). Oh yeah, you also get free refills with your coffee!

First time finally visiting this restaurant. The cuisine is quite good, home cooked feel to it, staff was very good, polite, helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back for more. We enjoyed buffet but during Covid they give you a checklist of what you would like and they bring it to you. They ask if you want seconds or more of anything. We had cream of cabbage soup(amazing!) salad selection of 4 types, then our selected items for entree and then a selection of dessert. Which really was the cherry on top. They had probably 15+ options to choose from. I absolutely love this method of buffet. I kinda hope they keep it going forward!

This was my first time at Barb & Ernie's for lunch time on a week day. It was busy and we were ask to wait while they set up our table for a big group. In the meantime take advantage and check their huge menu selection (breakfast all day included) also make sure to you are nor parked in the towing zone. The server provided us with water, right after that she took our drink order and orders, the food took a bit to arrive but we were a big a big group after all. The meals were decent portions (I would wanted to be bigger though) and they took a bit of time to refills our beverages. The potato pancakes were delicious, the waitress suggested different ways to try it out and how she likes and that was definitely the winner.

We decided to go to Barb and Ernies for lunch one day and wow, am I impressed! The decor is a bit dated and it's a bit run down looking. Our server was very friendly and she greeted us immediately. I simply adored the bratwurst and spatzle. The gravy that came with the spatzle was rich and wasn't too salty. The sausages weren't over cooked and tasted phenomenal- the garlic really stood out which I personally really like. The hollandaise sauce on the eggs benedict was a bit more alcohol-tasting than I would like but otherwise, the texture was nice. We also asked for the steak to be medium-rare and they sure delivered perfectly! Overall, if you're looking for a nice traditional German lunch or looking to fill up for brunch, Barb and Ernie's is a wonderful option to consider.

I am glad that we opted for an early breakfast. It started to get busy, that I noticed, around 10:30. There was a line up out the door by the time we were leaving. The parking lot is very tiny. Depending on where you park, the line up out the door can hinder you leaving. Please don't hit the people in line. There is side street parking available too. There is a solid selection of filling breakfasts and such. I was happy with my choices. There are a lot of choices, but not so many it's overwhelming. The portions are right sized. I really liked the potato pancakes! They were super tasty with apple sauce! The meat combo eggs Benedict was tasty. Eggs were perfectly done. I would definitely come again.

I was intrigued with this place every time we drove by, so we stopped in on a rainy Sunday just before noon to giver' a try. There were a lot of people lined up so we had to wait awhile for a table. The food coming out of the kitchen looked pretty good! The decor here is pretty dated and the layout is odd. There are two seating areas with the kitchen between them so you have to go down a long hallway to get to the other dining room. The food storage area appears to be on the other side of one of the dining rooms so staff were constantly traipsing past the seated customers with various food items (a bucket of sliced tomatoes, a loaf of bread etc) to take to the kitchen. We were finally seated and were served very quickly. The breakfast menu is pretty extensive. Lots of choices here. Hubby had bacon and eggs and I opted for eggs benedict with bratwurst, we both had coffee. Our food arrived in record time! The downside to that, was that my food was barely warm. As if almost everything had been prepped ahead of time and then not properly warmed up before being served. My poached egg was perfectly cooked, the hash browns were my favourite kind, and the 2 big bratwurst links were delicious (I wish they would have been hot). The portions were very generous and I could not finish everything on my plate. I appreciated the fact that someone was always cruising around filling up coffee and checking up on us. It should be noted that there are some pretty interesting condiments available. The homemade curry ketchup and mustard were both delicious! This restaurant is quite a popular spot. I'd like to come back for dinner and try the German fare. If Yelp allowed 1/2 stars this would be a 3.5 star review.

The service was friendly. The portions were big and all at a fair price. I wanted to try their sauerbraten(red wine roast beef) but just missed their dinner special of it. As I I had a plane to catch the next day I wasn't going to be able to try it. Next thing I know the nice lady that served me brought me a container of it to take with me free of charge. Amazing food. I eat lunch here the other day and it had been at least 20 years the last time I had dinner there. It was great food with good sized portions and value. My lunch was the size of a dinner for less than $20 and I had left overs to take home. Highly recommend anyone or any family to eat here if you love or want to try authentic German food! read more

We took our grandparents here, who use to live in Germany. We all loved it! We went on a Friday morning, it was busy but we didn't have to wait for a table. Our server(s) were all friendly and took care of us well. The decor is really outdated, it's cute and cozy but it could certainly use some updates. Aside from that, the food is delicious! We were put off by the prices at first glance, however the portions are huge, so you will leave with a full belly! They do hollandaise sauce right, crepes were amazing! Try their ketchup and mustard if you order bratwurst, it is scrumptiooooous :) Will return many, many times. read more

Just enjoyed another German Buffet meal! I have been a customer here for over 15 years and especially now, during "Covid19" times, to be able to dine in and enjoy wonderful food and drinks and desserts is simply joyful. Next time, I think I will pick up some of the "prepared items to take home to heat up " too. read more

An Edmonton classic. Decor is homey and rustic (you are basically eating in someone's living room), portions are large and not super expensive. Try the Eggs Benedict or giant hotcake (you only need 1 trust me). read more

Having noticed that the sign out front of Barb & Ernie's had changed for the first time in forever, I figured I should probably try the "TUESDAY GERMAN BUFFET" that was good enough to usurp the "BEST EGGS BENEDICT". Full disclosure: I am one of the very few in the city that was not a fan of this Edmonton institution. I didn't find Ernie charming or fun, I found him loud and irritating and the food just wasn't good enough to put up with his harassment. I was pleased to see that he was nowhere in sight when we showed up for dinner. The place was quiet and there was a small buffet set up on the far side of the restaurant. It included potato pancakes, sauerkraut, red cabbage, mashed yams, 3 kinds of sausage, schnitzel, and smoked pork chops. We were started with a bowl of soup and a basket of bread before heading to the food line. It was good. As good as a (not very busy) buffet can be. Some of the food suffered from sitting out (the potato pancakes were a bit soggy and the schnitzel was no longer crispy), but it was all tasty (they yams were crazy good and the smoked pork was like a hammy pork chop with dark gravy and it was so tender and yummy). I was initially concerned that there were so few choices on the buffet, but when everything tastes good, you don't need a lot of extra filler. But it didn't stop there - there was a small table of desserts that included chocolate mousse, cheesecake and various different cakes. AND we were able to dine in peace and enjoy our own conversation without having anyone hover over the table and bellow at us. read more

This is my new favorite Sunday Brunch spot! The food is to die for, the feel is very homey and the service is incredible. All the staff are incredibly friendly, especially Ernie who always strokes the ladies egos. "Hi Beautiful!" "Hello Sexy!" & "Hey Gorgeous!" can be heard whenever a woman enters a restaurant. Who isn't a sucker for compliments like that? As for the food so far my husband and I have tried the Eggs Bennedict (AMAZING), the German Pancakes (ALL TIME FAVORITE) and the Cordeon Bleu & Eggs. (Very Tasty!) Whatever standard I had for Brunch before has officially been raised. Yay Barb & Ernies!!! read more

Myself and five friends dined here last night for my farewell party, and the experience was terrible. We were overcharged by $30, and when pressed to explain the charges, the owner became very defensive. It was only explained to me later that this $30 was a gratuity, which I tipped on, assuming it was for my food. The owner refused to refund us the $30 charge and basically dismissed my friends who questioned him. Our total bill was $160, and all of my friends tipped on their portion, unaware of the gratuity already charged to us. We have sent emails expressing our displeasure, again only to be waved off. This place is not worth your time or effort to get to their location, unless you enjoy being lied to and ripped off. I can happily say that none of us will ever go here again. Jerks. read more

Family owned and run and it shows (in the best way). It was busy so they asked if we didn't mind sharing a table with a couple of their regulars which I loved and I wish would happen more often at restaurants. You have to try their pancakes at least once. read more

Barb & Ernie's Restaurant was one of the poorest dining experiences I've ever had. I was very excited to eat there after hearing about it from several friends. I have to say I was very let down. I met some extended family there for a birthday celebration, we had a reservation for 11 people. As I was the last to show up I sat at the very end of the row of tables set aside for us. The place was stuffy, hot, and crowded. Which I guess could be expected for an older building in the winter on a Sunday. The owners came by and asked if anyone was sitting at my table, to which I replied that I was. He wanted to separate the table for more customers to come in and eat. After listening to my argument he simply started pulling the table out from under me! This is unacceptable service. I don't care how busy you are, we had a reservation. I was forced to move to the end of the other tables where there was no room. Ordered eggs Benedict with schnitzel which was cold by the time I got it. Never going back again. read more

This is one of those places that stands the test of time because of the food and service, not the decor. The wood panelling and old table and chairs are looked past because as soon as you meet the staff and eat the food, it's game over. Large portions, endless diner coffee, and maybe the best eggs Benny I've ever had. This place is a breakfast must. From what I hear lineups are normal, all the time! read more

Ate here on the weekend after reading lots of reviews on how good the food is, was quite disappointed. It wasn't very busy when I went in but the wait staff was still has to come by. By the time I got my order of Belgian Waffles with whipped cream and strawberries It had taken quite a while. They showed up and had what tasted like cool whip and definitely frozen strawberries. While I was quite hungry I couldn't finish the meal simply because it just wasn't good at all. In this time of year I'm shocked they can't splurge on fresh strawberries considering the cost of a single waffle, two eggs and 3 pieces of shrivelled up overcooked bacon. Needless to say I'm probably not going back anytime soon. read more

My husband convinced me to join him for Brunch at Barb & Ernie's one Sunday morning but, after reading a few of the bad reviews, I was a little afraid. Much to my relief, we discovered that Barb and Ernie have retired! Replacing them is a lovely, young, husband and wife duo. And, I can assure you that I was not the victim of any sort of sexually inappropriate comments (hurray!). On the contrary, everyone was very friendly and attentive, even though they were crazy busy. That being said, this place has the best pancakes I've encountered in Edmonton so far. You do have the option of having them stuffed with different fillings, but they are honestly tasty enough on their own (and sweet enough too). We also tried the sausages and the ham eggs benedict, both of which were super tasty (and the mustard they will bring you for the sausage is amazing). Bring an empty stomach. The amount of food you get is insane. read more

Food in my hair. They didn't seem to care too much. Basic apology, remade my eggs, and moved on. We canceled the portion of our order that had not come out yet, but it still appeared on the bill. Poor service overall and no real attempt to resolve a kind of gross incident. read more

It claims to have the best Eggs Benny in the city, which I didn't find to be the case. They were good though. The portion size is huge, even the kids meals are adult sized. Service was a little curt and all over the place, as some of the waitresses seemed confused as to what they were supposed to be doing (like putting cutlery on the table). It was nice to see the owner running around working hard and asking how everything was. Generally a decent place to eat. read more

Went this afternoon for their "best weekend breakfast" which is advertised outside. I ordered the barb and earnest special at 10.95$ which included your choice of 2 French toast, crepes, pancakes 2 eggs, and your choice of bacon, sausage, Ham. I thought they forgot my order of toast so I asked for one only to realize when I was paying that toast and coffee were extra. 17$ plus tip!!!!! Way over priced for a average breakfast. Could get the same thing at Harvey's for 1/3 the price. read more

We stop here every time we come to Edmonton. It can be a bit of a wait, but that is a good thing because the food is obviously popular. I get the eggs benedict with a tomato, and it is great. The food portions are large. The service is great. They came by every five minutes asking how it was, which shows how much they care about their business. I recommend trying it. read more

After living the E-town for almost 11 years, and hearing people rave about Barb and Ernie's breakfast, I finally got to visit with my wife and a friend. The first thing we saw as we drove up is cars EVERYWHERE in front and down the side streets.....great. We did luckily get a spot by an auto body shop nearby. In we walked, and to my suprise there were a few tables! We were greeted and seated right away, and they were happy to let us wait for our 3rd person and we got drinks right away. I ordered an eggs benny with turkey bacon, and my wife got a breakfast with a coeur don bleu chicken. The service for drinks was attentive and friendly. After about 20 minutes the food came out. Huge servings and everything looked fresh and hot. It's true, it was the best eggs benny I've had in Edmonton, and my wife raved about her chicken and breakfast too. Coffee here was good too and after about 5 cups, I thought I'd better slow down or I'd be running home. The only down side I could see was that once we got our cheque it took about 20 minutes to get through the line of people at the cash register to pay. I think it would be a great investment for the management to get the servers mobile debit machines, and this would allow them to clear the restaurant so the next set of customers can get in. In the end, though it was much worth it, (some may find the prices a little high compared to McDonalds) and everyone in our group was very pleased with the service, food and neat atmosphere. read more

The eggs Benny were nice, the service was adequate and the coffee was great. I felt like the food was a little too greasy and there were literally only 3 (I think) vegetarian options on the menu, and one of those was eggs Benny with sliced tomato only, and one was eggs Benny with fresh fruit ON it. Yup. Still garbage. Went again today unfortunately as my friend from out of town wanted to go as they heard "so many great things about the place" but as always the food was revolting. Just ate at B&E's tonight. Will never go back. There were five people it our table and we all thought the meal was waaaay under par. From our table we could see every dish being microwaved! The schnitzel was very tough and reheated. Yuck. Nothing good at all. Will never ever go back. read more

ummmm it was ok. I went for breakfast and there was a huge line up. There was only two of us so I was hoping it would be quick...not..I had to stand outside and wait..and wait..and wait.. Adam for 2..yes Im in..sitting right next to the door damn it...Everytime that door opened it was freezing and my company kept moaning about it. The food came and well the portions are just huge but the food was meh just ok. The owner was kinda annoying as I was trying to eat and he kept yelling something about me. The staff seemed unorganized, I think they are akll reltaed. So would I go back, meh maybe I see they do dinners maybe they can redeem themselves. read more

They are not kidding when they say it's the best eggs benedict in town. It truly is, but then this really is the best place in town, period. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The food is outstanding and very plentiful. Bring a big appetite or be prepared for left-overs! read more

I hadn't been here in over a decade, but a friend reminded me of it so we went. Had the eggs benedict, but sadly they were very substandard. Even the hash browns had a strange spice such as cloves or cinnamon. I will not return, and I cannot recommend. read more

Been here twice now, both times gone for the German buffet. For the price you get alot alot of food, especially when its buffet! Lots of meat! Arrive hungry! Sauerkraut is good and other dishes remind me of living in Germany, so I'd call it authentic. Endless desserts as well, but in small portions so its fun to take all kinds and try them all. They have all my fav beers from Germany so it was too bad I don't drink anymore. Service is friendly and again its a family business, so the owners and staff and very invested in the business. I really love the home made curry ketchup and mustard, took some home for my Dad at Christmas. I love perfectly poached eggs. Medium-soft, yolks just starting to get cooked but still runny in the middle... Barb and Enies nailed it. Their giant head-sized pancake also a hit with my boyfriend and I. Service was fast, nice, and efficient. I gave it 4 stars because the brunch food is standard, same with the decor. I've only eaten here for brunch and I have to say it ranks right up there with the best brunch places in the city (in the top 5, and I've eaten brunch everywhere). I've read reviews about the decor and one must keep in mind that this is a specific type of dining. It is very casual, it has a small country feel, it's rustic and nostalgic; and it's purposefully meant to be this way. They have the best eggs Benny I've had in Edmonton, and their homemade curry ketchup and mustard you must try. A true staple in the city for breakfast and brunch. read more

Barb and Ernie emigrated from Germany in the late sixties with their oldest son who was three at the time. They started Barb and Ernies in 1975 and had three more children. They retired in 2010.

My bennie was good. My only criticism is that a special house ketchup would have been a nice touch. The service was excellent and we had a nice view of Gateway Blvd out the window. The coffee includes endless refills which is good because the cups were not very large. When our meals came, there was butter and mayo on mine, the cheese on his sandwich wasn't even melted. His gravy was a congealed glob. I sent my sandwich back, it arrived again with no butter, still had mayo. I sent it back again. The third time I received my sandwich, I decided to just eat it. Processed ham, processed cheese, extremely basic salad consisting of chunks of bitter romaine lettuce and three strips of red pepper. My girl is super german, so she loves this place. I personally find it kind of greasy, because I prefer really fresh and healthy breakfasts. But what everyone else says is true, this is the best place for a hangover breakfast. I was disappointed the first time I ordered a pancake breakfast combo, because it only came with one pancake. Until my food came, and I realized the pancake was the size of my torso. Also this one time they had this chocolate banana french toast, and that was probably the most delicious and indulgent thing I've ever tasted. The service was pretty average. Barf and Hurlies was probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had to contend with when dining out. Putting aside the dirty floors, dirty kitchen, spotty glasses, in experienced wait staff, and hollandaise sauce that tasted like plastic,-- the sexual harassment was a step too far. I can deal with terrible food, I mean, everyone has their favourite greasy spoon dive they like to go too, and are prepared for the gastrointestinal damage that will follow. But to be practically drooled on by an 80 year old man is not my idea of a fun Sunday morning. read more

This is Barb & Ernie founder and ex owner of " Barb & Ernie's " Restaurant and we like to apologize to Edmonton and our ex-costumer, to sold our life-time Achievement to our Son Thomas and his Wife Charline. This used to be the best Breakfast place in all of Edmonton and every year we where voted in the top 10 [ for best service, best food, best entertainment] Now the place is somewhere in the top 400. Barb & Ernies has a fantastic dinner buffet! They don't bat an eye when my three year old tears through the restaurant. They provide books and toys for your kids. The food is classic German comfort food . Pork Schnitzel , spatze , sausages and more. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. The mains are flavorful paired with a fresh salads and unique desserts. I would recommend their cheesecake with pretzel base. Everyone raves about their breakfast, you absolutely must end your Friday at their buffet . 4pm-7pm only :) read more

I used to come here regularly years ago and I stopped in again thinking it would be the same great place I remembered, I was wrong. Apparently it is under new ownership and the place has gone downhill. It is dirty and rundown and the food was not the great quality I was expecting. It was basically thrown on the plate, no pride taken whatsoever! Sadly I will have to find a new breakfast spot. read more

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The food is outstanding and very plentiful. The food is to die for, the feel is very homey and the service is incredible. All the staff are incredibly friendly. The seafood eggs in white wine sauce are also delicious. Great breakfast,the best eggs Benedict in Edmonton. It is totally worth the wait. read more
