That was when I found Dr. Marisse so I booked an appointment. I found her originally on Zocdoc and the nearest appointment was in a month and a half. Within a day of making the appointment, I was called by the office to Nurse Shawna who wanted to make sure that I knew that all appointments needed a preliminary chat with the Doc, after which I could book my appointment. thanked me for letting her know that the next available appointment was that far away. It turned out there was a mix-up and that she did have more immediate appointments available. There is plenty of parking, as it is in shared parking lot with other businesses. However, there are two buildings with the same building number but with different locale numbers. Upper Echelon is in the building nearest to the AAA and the Farmer Boys. At the appointment, everything was clearly explained and we went over a sort of plan of attack, with regards to my concerns and what I needed to do. I appreciated paying less per month for the membership, which includes as many appointments as you want. The lab work and the tests are at wholesale prices so even with the membership fee and registration, all of this was cheaper than the plan I was going to get with insurance. What I appreciated was the quickness of getting an appointment. I have always hated waiting a few weeks, as a new patient, before actually being seen but I was able to book this within a week of the appointment. It was a week because their availability interfered with my work hours. Otherwise, I would have been seen earlier. All in all, it is pretty convenient and a wallet-friendly option. After that first appointment and the lab results came in, Dr. Marisse wrote a VERY long email detailing every point of concern. Which I appreciated because I went for answers and I was getting them. If you need a straightforward person to tell you what you need to be doing and not someone who has to be on your ass every step of the way, this is the ideal option. I would say the ONLY con is that they do not have appointments during the weekends. And since I work during the week, I have to take time off to go to an appointment.

I'm finally pain free following my car accident in which I was rear-ended. I had immediate severe chest pain from the seat belt. While the pain reduced after two days with icing and pain meds, it still hurt a lot and kept me from doing a lot. I was becoming discouraged, feeling that the pain may never fully go away. My primary care doctor insisted on more xrays and taking ct scans because she couldn't explain why the pain persisted. Dr. Singh listened to all of my symptoms and previously tried treatments. She was able to predict that my ribs had rotated due to the impact, and that was why I had pain where I did. She was absolutely correct! After several adjustments, I finally feel like myself again. The activator method she uses was ideal. I was in too much pain and nervous for my ribs to have manual adjustments. I felt far more comfortable with the activator. The traction table and cold laser therapy were a big help. I wish I had those at my house! I'm very grateful to this doctor!
