We stopped in to this new location for brunch. We had a honey latte, Turkish coffee and Vietnamese coffee to drink. Got a beef roll and a parfait for brunch food. The honey latte was quite tasty, and we always enjoy the latte art. The Turkish coffee was powerful as expected. I sometimes take cream and sugar, but a high-quality strong coffee has a bit of sweetness on its own and this delivered--I didn't need sugar. The Vietnamese coffee disappointed a bit. We generally get these as a sweet drink. But this version wasn't made with the usual condensed milk. It tasted like regular milk, not really sweet at all. Maybe something went wrong there. The food experience was mixed as well. The yogurt parfait stood out for the freshness of the strawberries. It's a nice generous serving with plenty of fruit and granola. The beef roll was well executed--the pastry was perfect, flaky and delicious. But it's plain hamburger scattered through a pastry, not really much seasoning and a lower ratio of beef to pastry than I expected. Kind of boring, I would not get it again. I love the vibe of Barbarossa Coffee--the decor is modern but not obtrusive, and the furniture is practical and comfortable. It's a great place to relax. I got in the store at 8:05am. There was only 1 car in the drive through and no one in line inside the store besides me. There was also no waiting for coffee inside the store except me. It took me over 10 minute to get a small latte whilst sitting and waiting. And not until I walked up to the counter did someone begin to make my drink. Was so excited to sit inside and start my day with a slow morning but after being overlooked and long wait time, I just got my drink and left. Don't Go!!!! I was there Sunday @9:47, the service was horrible. I decided to go drive thru and the woman on the headset was rude since the beginning not only the customer service was rude but the waiting time was another level just for two drinks. It was already one thing her throwing daggers attitude but purposely let us wait for twenty minutes and I know because when she was giving us the drinks she was bring other drinks and only decided to give us our drink which she grabbing from the counter and both drinks with ice already melting only once I told her I wanted to cancel my order and the eyes she give me. I've been coming to Barbarossa since I found their first location almost three years ago, having frequented both locations I can honestly say their service, drinks, and food selection are top tier. The baristas are always attentive and kind, happy to help when you can't decide, which has been me on a few occasions, it's hard when everything I've tried I've loved. The ambiance also allows me to get work done without feeling crowded or like I'm on a ticking time clock. So grateful for this place! read more

Only 1 side of the shop has them and there are a couple more elsewhere but huge areas of seating without plug access is a real handicap for a daytime coffee shop. Everyone has devices in the 2000s! Went inside and was immediately greeted by Suhal and her co-workers. They do have a colorful menu full of different flavors and styles. I got the avocado toast and it had a unique twist on it....it had corn on it and I added egg oh and they give you hot sauce, I loved the twist on avocado toast. I put my order in through yelp but one of items they didn't have so they tried to call to mitigate, I appreciate them trying to mitigate. I got the chocolate eclair it was cool but I wanted that pistachio and I believe that will be good. Let me start off by saying that I was looking forward trying this place out. My gf went to the 2920 location and raved about it. So first, upon ordering our food and drinks, I felt the cashier was really new and did not have too much knowledge of the menu and what was available. We ordered 2 drinks, 2 egg bacon and cheese bagel sandwiches and 1 cheesecake which was hyped by the employee, so we were excited to try it out. We placed our order and then 10 mins later they inform us that there weren't any cheesecake, after we had already paid for it. Ok so that was the first disappointment. Next we get our bagel sandwiches roughly around 20 mins after ordering. The sandwiches were not anything special, they were hard and stale tasting but we were hungry (especially after 20 mins waiting for our food) so we did not complain to the staff. We finished our food and we still did not have our drinks. I asked one of the employees and she apologized and mentioned that she did not have enough help since they were training personnel. I also noticed other customers getting their order before us as well. The customers that ordered after us were also waiting for their order. My gf then received her drink 25 mins after ordering which was a smoothie. No way a smoothie should take that long to make. I had to complain again and once again they apologized. Needless to say I finally received my drink 40 mins after purchasing my order!! I will not be returning to this location until they have the proper staff in place.
