He also does a great beard trim, which saves me from trying (and failing) to keep it lined up myself. It's a true local barbershop on Mendon Road, and Matt treats everyone like family. I should start by saying he has Down syndrome. After the first time he received a bad haircut, I went in with him for his next cut, and spoke with the stylist to make sure she wouldn't further cut into the mistake that was clearly made by the prior stylist. A few minutes later my son called me saying the barber just contacted him saying "Saturdays are reserved for 'regulars', but he could offer him Thursday or Friday morning." Ugh, he's still in school so, that obviously won't work. Here's my question: how do you become a 'regular' if you can't get an initial appointment as a new customer? Bad first impression guys.
