Where do I start?! First of Arta was very sweet initially. I will give props where it's needed. I must also say... I NEVER write reviews ...However, the interaction after, just kept going from bad to worse. I went to her in hopes of getting my WEDDING HAIR k tips installed( first time ever). I brought my own hair because she didn't have hair that matches my natural hair texture (which is fine.. I didn't mind). I requested invisible k tips which she assured me she would do(I will attach screenshots) Mind you, I didn't purchase her hair but the service was listed for hair and service for that price, but she charged me the same (again I didn't mind at the time ) When she put in the very first one, I told her it was not invisible .. in fact it was EXTREMELY bulky and very much visible (which I addressed to her when she installed it) she dismissed it and said that's the only way to do them. When I left the salon , I was unable to see the back of my head...until a few days later when my hair started coming out, along with the k tips she installed. I immediately reached out to her freaking out because my wedding was in less than a week and my hair is falling out! It had been less than a week and a half since the k tip install ... she said she was busy but will try to help ... for a moment I calmed down but something told me to ask if she would charge me again .. and her response to me was "I don't think you want me to work 5-6 hours for free do you?"... um YES .. yes I expect you to fix what you did incorrectly and you took my money!! I paid you for a service that should have BEEN DONE correctly and it should have lasted me AT LEAST 6 months... it didn't even last 1 1/2 weeks!! THE AUDACITY to say to I needed to pay her MORE MONEY to fix her mistake ... left me flabbergasted! (Screenshots) I told her my scalp was still sore and I gave it time because it was my first time doing k tips.. I expected some soreness ... but def not almost 2 weeks in and also strands falling out, along with my natural hair(will include pictures). I told her the density wasn't correct for the k tips. I requested either my money back or redo my hair for free.. NEITHER was done. I went to 2 different professionals that did k tips to see what is causing the issue and they said the density didn't match. The person that I am, I stilll reached out to her ...giving her the benefit of the doubt and said heyyy two people told me this is the issue... her response??.... "You don't have to check my work with other people" So the weeks and days before my wedding... guess what I was doing ?... trying to find someone to fix my hair and stop it from falling out! No one would touch my hair to fix it because it was someone else's work. I spent more money to get them removed so I can look decent on my wedding day. I spent all those weeks and days crying my eyes out because of this ( as if wedding weeks aren't stressful enough) .. my fiancé saw how distraught I was going from salon to salon, he left a google review. She begged me to take it off and instead of fixing the issue the only thing she cared about was the review. When she realized he wasn't taking off the review, She then wrote a generic response that "we as a company care for customer satisfaction.. blah blah.. but put the blame on me saying the quality of the hair was bad (pretty convenient how now it's bad hair) the only thing she told me there was the k tip bond needed to be shorter and she cut that part shorter. My fiancé responded to her comment with screenshots of our conversations and she responded " the person writing this review wasn't present during appointment". I was soo shocked at how she wouldn't take accountability for what happened! So I decided I'll write a response.. and GUESS WHAT?! ALL of his review has been DELETED !!!! Arta conveniently takes credit as store owner when all the reviews written are great ... but when it's bad... her responses are " I am not the owner" Sooooo now I'm going to keep writing this review even if she keeps deleting it. I read that someone else had the same issue .. wondering if I should take her to small claims to get my money back as well. read more
