What a welcoming restaurant due to happy waitstaff, bartender, and owner who greets you at…read moreentrance. Super clean, beautiful well-stocked bar with daily hand-crafted cocktails. I had a Reuben (nice and hot) on marble rye in a matter of minutes. Bar has large tv for viewing. Attentive staff and delicious food earns it 5/5 stars. Staff were dressed in uniform (black shirts) as I appreciate who I can 'run down' when I have a question. A must try in historic Cottonwood.

I'd give this place a solid 3 stars overall…read more The decor and ambiance are easily the highlight--definitely 5-star vibes. It has a really inviting tavern feel that makes you want to sit, relax, and stay awhile. The menu offers a decent variety of sandwiches, salads, appetizers, and a few entrée options. One thing that stood out was the lavosh (basically a thin-crust pizza), where you can choose up to four toppings. The protein options included bacon, ham, chicken, shrimp, and shredded beef, though the vegetable selection was a bit limited. Service started off strong--friendly and attentive--but tapered off and became pretty average as the meal went on. As for the food, it was just okay. The Cajun chicken pasta was creamy and satisfying, but it lacked the spice you'd expect from a Cajun dish. The cheese bread was very soft, and that same bread was used for the prime rib melt. Unfortunately, it didn't hold up well--it came across as doughy and a bit mushy, and overall lacked flavor. Great atmosphere, decent menu, but the food and service didn't quite live up to the setting.

Delicious! Stayed in Cornville for our weekend in Sedona and this spot for breakfast was a hit! Bug…read moresizes and relatively quick service (we went twice and the second day it was 1 person and 1 cook and they were super busy so that was understandably slower but not much so). The breakfast sandwich is a must have. Ive never had beef bacon before and wow, amazing! So filling, great for a pre-hike meal. Avocado toast was also delicious but only one slice so a bit smaller. We also had the banana peanut butter toast which was a bigger serving than we thought. The peanut butter was definitely sticky. The mexican hot chocolate was a delicious coffee alternative for me, especially the whipped cream. Second day I had a burrito instead and the french toast. They were out of syrup for the toast and I wish it had been a bit better, but still good. Same with the burrito, nothing bad to say about it but not as awesome as the sandwich on the first day. Again, maybe due to it being so slammed. Would definitely like to visit again!

Several parts of the order were incorrect and the servers weren't extremely friendly about correcting them. However, things happen. And overall, this is a great place for breakfast or brunch. Looking forward to returning again soon.
