This was one of the worst food order that I have in a very long time. The first time I ordered from here my order was fine and delivered to my door. So I decide I would order again based on my previous experience. Well much to my surprise the second time was terrible awful. First it was not delivered to my door because they stated my name as not in the box that you press to get in the gate but remember you delivered to me to my door a month ago. And yes my name is on the box that you press to get in. I order Parmesan garlic wings and a sausage mushroom and cheese pizza. The wings were so hard you could not eat them no garlic or Parmesan and lot of grease as if they were refried. The pizza 3 slithers of sausage,burnt mushrooms and the crust chewey as if it was not cooked properly. I called to complain and was told I had to call back. No apologies no remake your order, as if they knew this food was not cooked or prepared properly. Think twice before ordering anything from here. I am utterly disappointed in Bari's Pizza. I have ordered from them religiously & all through out this Pandemic. We decide to support a local small business versus a franchise. Our order was not only over 30 mins late, it was as cold and soggy. By far the worst pizza I have ever had from them. But what really took the cake was being told by one of the owners that I was being rude for explaining what happened and being displeased with being lied to. That is a service standard " No No!" I told the owner I don't want anything for free but I want you to know what kind of service you are offering. Please don't lie about your delivery times as we have children anticipating dinner. I was the asked to tell them if my food was cold or not....you have to be kidding if you have to ask your customer if my food is cold or hot! Remember that warm cozy you feeling when you first sink your teeth into a fresh cheesy and perfectly baked pizza? Me too. Except now when I remember that delicious pizza I remember the disgusting demeanor of Bari Pizza's owner. We have ordered delivery three times and have been pretty satisfied with the food. It's consistently okay which is better than some other local pizzerias where different chefs make the pizza and some nights it's perfect and others it still good but a bit more chewy than the last time. There are wine connoisseurs and then there are pizza connoisseurs, we're the later (although I must saw we are working on the former). At Bari you get ok pizza every time. The owner however is also consistent - consistently unpleasant. Rushes you through your order in an impolite manner (yes you can still be prompt and polite) and I guess they are not with the times and make you rattle out your entire address each time you call-in instead of simply asking for your phone number. Kind of annoying to have to do this each time when it's not standard in every other pizzeria on the face of this planet. To add to the pleasure of your order if you choose to use a coupon from the pamphlet they so cleverly leave in your condo's mail room you'll be told that they'll deduct it from the bill 'later' when after you order, after you give it to the delivery driver, after the very responsible driver returns to the store from the deliveries. Still with me? The last time we ordered she explained it all to me again and asked me to hold while she charged my credit card. I'm thinking, "Why are you charging my card NOW if you're going to deduct the coupon from the total when the driver presents you with the coupon upon his return?" So I decided to look up our bills and low and behold they actually didn't deduct the coupons from the bill- on any of the orders. I have both receipts and on one she actually wrote "coupon 4" and highlighted it but they still failed to apply it. When I called to explain this to her and offered to give the two receipts to the driver as proof with a print out of the credit card charges she was even more wicked than ever. She said she'd "maybe call me back later tonight IF there was going to be any credit." So now you got me to go through hell and back because you're quite possibly overwhelmed running your business (it happens, I've been there!) and might be taking out anger that results from being outdated and disorganized on your customers. If you cheated me out of the $8 in coupons and I'm STILL calling you back to place an order that means I'm most probably a good customer and trying to be nice about your error and still want to give you my money. At that point I asked to just cancel my order instead of having to deal with this irate person over these silly coupons that were obviously costing me more time than they were worth. I was then yelled at and hung up on. The dial tone was like music to my ears though because I then realized that I'll take top notch customer service and some pizza cooking inconsistencies from Il Ponte Vecchio any day over this person pretending to be a garbage truck unloading her unprofessional and negative vibes onto my pizza! read more

This is the worst pizzeria I have EVER ordered from!!! First off, the owner, a French lady, who claims to be the owner, is incredibly rude and gives you an attitude when ordering. For the last three weeks, we have been ordering pizza and calling back as soon as we get it, because the pizza is wrong. We order mushroom and peppers, get no mushrooms, order mushroom only and get onions. When we brought this to her attention, she tells us we're liars that the order was correct and she then proceeds to hang up on you. If this is the type of customer service they provide, I will be sure to tell everyone not to order from them. I love the food from this place and they have a nice menu of variety to choose from. The food has never disappointed me. They have a nice traditional thin crust pizza that you just won't get from a chain such as Pizza Hut. Unfortunately- the counter clerk, or one of them, not only has a problem with a small request [ putting 2 dozen garlic rolls in a tray or box instead of paper bags] - but she has an ugly tone and a bad attitude toward customers. Let me just stress this, we have been ordering from Bari for years now and who ever took the orders for my deliver on November 19th at 5:30pm had to be one of the rudest person I ever talked to. Apparently there was a miscommunication and the driver of the pizza delivery stated that the guard would not let them in, usually the guard shack would just call our home line to let the guest in, but we did not receive a call. I called the Bari back to see what the issue was and she stated that she has been trying to call me for the last 15 minutes on the phone you called me from (which was my cell phone). I told here my cell phone is not what the guard shack calls but our home line to let guests through. With that she took up a very bad attitude with me and said we're going have to charge you an additional $3 dollars since the driver could not get through your gate. If this is the kind of service they give to their long time customers and to speak with such a bad demeanor, I will not be recommending this place ever again and believe me, I work in the Hotel Industry and that attitude by the worker was simply appalling and unprofessional.. read more

Very good go to pizza place. Plenty of cheese with flavorful crust and awesome French fries. I've even tried some of their other dishes and have never been let down. They're really good because they take deliveries. This means you don't have to go through GrubHub or Uber eats. The delivery drivers are very timely. The phone receptionist sounded like he was having a bad day and didn't want to do his job. When I finally got the pizza my credit card was overcharged by almost $14 and the pizza was not the XL that I had ordered. The overall service was distasteful which hasn't always been the case. We asked for well done and it was well done pizza and actually tasted pretty darn good. The mozzarella sticks are the worst ones I have ever tasted. Very very soggy and just not good at all. The pasta fagioli soup was decent. Definitely homemade and you can tell that the ingredients are good. Not as good as the amazing soup at Antonios in Dania Beach but ok. I would try them again.
