Incredibly frustrated with my online and telephone service today (7/4/2026) First, I am not local to NWA. I live in Stl. And every time I am in town, I try to eat Bariola's. I have never had the experience I had this evening. Secondly, I had already called to inquire hours of operation and was told they would be OPEN today until 7pm. I had an online order in my cart and they shut me out of it. When I called to inquire at 5:40pm, I was told that they were no longer taking online orders or dine in. I asked if I could do carry out and was told no more orders. I am empathetic to letting your employees off for the holiday. They should enjoy time off. However, you cannot and should not communicate that you are open until a set time but limit what you're willing to do. That is poor management. read more

Ambiance: Old time look, not too much to look at, some of the tv's were off but the chalk board wall was nice to look at. My family and I were seated immediately when we walked in but I noticed other families weren't. Drink: I had a diet coke and it was one of the best diet cokes i've had, their ice is like sonic's or chick fil a's which I personally love. Meal: I order Nona's Spaghetti and added meatballs. It wasn't the best I wish I would've gotten something different. The meatballs had no flavor, and neither did the sauce really. Waiter: Our waiter had no name tag other wise I would write her name down but she was very kind, the only issue was when we would ask for something like ranch or to-go boxes it would take forever for her to bring it out. Overall Wait Time: Our drinks came out all together minutes after ordering them which was nice, but our meals took a very long time! This is a great find! Our server was super attentive and the pizza was delicious! We had the veggie pizza and it was loaded with toppings. Plenty of TVs to watch your favorite game! Came in to get my pickup order. There were many people waiting. After 10 mins someone finally came out. The woman was not friendly and seemed annoyed. Just not great vibes walking in. My opinion but I think this is the best pizza I've ever had. Try "the Don". We went to watch college football and we had a great time.

The garlic toast was literally two slices of toasted sandwich bread with cheese on top cut into strips my 10-year-old could do better than that. It was disappointing. For an old fashioned pizza this is the place to go. The crust is thin but not cracker thin; it is the way good crust should be served. The menu isn't extensive but it isn't difficult to find something you like or you can create your own. If you want Margarita pizza this is not your place. I would give this five stars except the service is slow (not enough servers) but if you are in no hurry it is difficult to beat this pizza. read more

Day 2 So we came back a few days ago. I had the soaked salad, a meatball sub, and the BBQ chicken pizza. The pizza was really good. The sauce was sweet and tangy, and there was a good balance of the toppings, although I would go with red onions instead of white. The meatball sub was pretty good too. I would suggest slicing the meatballs so that I don't have to chase them around the sandwich. The sauce was hearty, not too thin, but I would put more cheese on it and get more "crusty" bread. Overall not a bad sub. The salad was interesting. It was just shedded lettuce and dressing with a single slice of tomato. I had it with mozzarella and additional tomatoes. I would do xtra xtra cheese and more tomato. And a little more dressing. But I really enjoyed the salads simplicity. So for me, I give all of it an overall A-. Looking forward to to my next visit, probably next week! read more

If you have a lot of time to kill in a place that isn't busy, this is the place to go. Our waitress actually double checked to see if she forgot to place our order. We didn't see any pizza come out the first hour we were there. When we got there, we were one of three tables. We've always enjoyed our pizza and the atmosphere here. We love the Wiseguy with sausage added, their cheese bread (all their breads) and the friendly team! We always leave happy and full. Great pizza! Popping in for a late lunch with the little K, the place was really quiet at 3:00 on a Friday. I mean extremely quiet, it was us and a bunch of regulars at the bar. Fortunately, I had Yelped it beforehand, or we would never have stuck around. It's a good thing we did, because the pizza was awesome. With the usual sizes (mini 8", small 10", medium 13" and large 15"), they have a few house combos and a pick-your-toppings. My "Uncle Tanoose" with pepperoni, hamburger, onion, green pepper and mushroom was excellent ($7.25). The crust was think and delicious and there was just the right amount of cheese on there. (I still put a few shakes of red pepper on.) Junior's "green peppers only" also looked good with a pretty solid dusting of green peppers. They also have sandwiches, pastas and salads, but the place is clearly all about the pizza. Full bar (a little out of place in "moist" Benton County), they had Blue Moon on tap with a few others. I had one and it was a little on the small side. Too bad, because it was good. Would we return? Absolutely. Way better than Pizza Hut or Domino's! read more

Took my family to Bariola's Saturday of Mother's Day Weekend. It was 5:00 pm, the restaurant had plenty of open tables. (I believe there was about 7-9 tables with customers.)However we were asked to wait while a table was cleaned. We only had a 5 minute wait, until we were seated . We were promptly greeted by our waiter, who presented us with menus and took our drink order. Upon returning with our drinks, we ordered two large pizzas, and a family side salad. The salads were presented promptly, and were simple but very fresh. A change since we had last eaten at Bariola's a couple years ago and had been compted our salads after being served two bowls of stinky, brown, rotting lettuce. After finishing our salads we waited...and waited...and waited... During our wait, the activity in the restaurant didn't seem to increase, with the leaving of a few customers, being replaced with the same, maintaining the same 7-9 tables. The wait staff did not seem overly busy, several standing near the front door talking, or standing about as if they'd rather be somewhere else. Finally, after about 35 minutes having completed our salads, I was able to get the attention of a server and inquire about our pizza's. To which he check on and amazingly they were presented! Though we were assured that they had "just been taken from the oven" they had obviously been out of the oven for a while. They were cold! Their appearance was that of cold pizza. Mt hey we're easily handled without utensils. There was no stretch to the cheese. And overall, the pizza was lacking in flavor and personality. 1 slice and I was done. The price of our meal was $70*. Not a bad price for quality pizza. However, this was not! Bariola's used to be my favorite pizzeria in NWAR. However, our last two visits have been expensive disappointments. This one was a bit disappointing. In town for work and noticed a lot of cars in front of this place every day so I figured it MUST be good right? Well the food was pretty good..strictly food and pricing would give 4 stars. Our waitress is who earned the low rating. She was extremely rude and condescending the entire time. To the point where my friend asked me "is she kidding?". Simple questions were met with sarcasm and rolling eyes. Won't be coming back for the rest of this or any trip.
