A great place for delicious burritos and drinks. Service is quick and efficient. There's new menu items and a cute bodega store for gifts, tamales and tortillas.

Been coming here for years. The best Chorizo Burrito in Tucson. How do I know? I've tried them all!

These burritos totally live up to the hype. There's was a super long line, and I totally get why. The burritos themselves are really simple, but SO good. Nothing overcomplicated, just done really well. I also noticed their drinks looked amazing, so I'll definitely be trying one next time. The seating is all outdoor and the decor is pretty eclectic. A super fun place to be! Only heads up is their morning hours are pretty short, so make sure to check before you go. Overall, absolutely worth it.

These breakfast burritos have the perfect amount of grilled crunch to them. The balance in general is simply faultless, you get egg, potato, cheese, and whatever else you may have added in each and every bite. The wait times are the only downside, truly. But the food is so good that so many of us are willing to wait the 30min, so take that as you will. Totally worth trying, especially if you have time to spare.

Used to come here years ago (2019-2020) when working downtown in an office and fell in love then with this place. Had not been in over 6 years when I went today to this awesome place. The line was the usual long line and with my dog, was much better as people talk and pet dogs in line and it went fairly fast. The line was in shade with the nearby tree so it made it that much better. The ambiance is the misters around that are welcomed by all, the pretty tree and greenery and fencing and signage they have used to decorate this small outdoor place so well. The shaded and covered tables outside had various chairs and enough space for people to rotate in and out- esp with our dogs that love the cool brick to lie on:) Now, the absolute best part is the food- still amazingly worth waiting for and delicious!! I got the burrito( basic has potato, egg, beans , cheese) and the protein I added was bacon and extra was guac. Also got the 16oz Dirty Chai. My friend came for first time and was surprised to open her order and find two burritos- I knew and wanted to see her face- she loved the taste and the fact she had lunch or dinner later as one truly is so full of deliciousness- it fills you up! We each had one we took home ! This place- just a treat for anyone wanting fantastic and pure local service and food! Highly recommend!!!

Visiting a friend and Tucson and said all I want while I'm here is Mexican food because it's not good on the east coast. She didn't disappoint with this spot! THE FOOD - I ordered the breakfast burrito and it comes with 2 medium-ish sized burritos -I don't like pinto beans and they have no other options so I got without beans. -I ordered with bacon and did not like the consistency, it was hard and kind of burnt pieces. I would opt for ham or chorizo next time -loved the sauces it came with -my favorite part was the tortilla...I rank these as best tortillas of the trip THE DRINKS -they offer a wide variety of house made flavors, I had a difficult time deciding! -I opted for dulce de leche "less sweet" and found it was still sweet but not too overpowering for my taste. I recommend less sweet if you're not a sugar bomb drink person! THE SERVICE -very kind, they answered all my questions (about beans and sugar mostly) -note that it gets very busy so expect to wait in line! We were there about 20 min after opening and it was a short wait but the line got loonngggg quick! THE ATMOSPHERE -outdoor only seating which is generally fine in AZ, I was here during the very rare occasions it rained so the seats were wet from the night before -cool art/murals I would definitely go back! Now that I'm all the way across the country I am craving that iced coffee for sure.

Barista Del Barrio is quickly becoming one of my favorite breakfast spots in Tucson. Located near Arizona State Schools for the Deaf and the Blind, the heart of the Deaf community in Tucson, this area already feels like home to me so finding a spot like this makes it even better. Their breakfast burritos are unreal because you can customize almost everything for the same price unless you add extra meat. I got the chorizo burrito with a red tamale inside and WOW... they served it as two smaller burritos and I honestly think it's one of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had. Filling, flavorful, and unique. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion you get too. Since it's a family owned business, the people there are incredibly kind and welcoming which makes the whole experience feel personal. Definitely a must stop in Tucson.

Barista del Sol is the kind of place that reminds you why you fall in love with local food. Tucked right in the heart of Barrio Hollywood, it's an old converted house that's somehow managed to turn into Tucson's best-kept secret -- lines down the block, every kind of person in town waiting patiently for a bite of something sacred. And honestly? Worth. Every. Minute. This is the burrito to end all burritos -- easily the best I've had in years. Every bite is layered with flavor, the sauce is perfection, and you can just tell everything's made with love (and probably a few secret family recipes). The tamales are unreal too, and bonus points for offering vegan options that actually hit. There's only outdoor seating, but it adds to the charm -- the sunshine, the chatter, the smell of masa in the air. You just post up, unwrap your food, and know you're about to experience something that defines Tucson food culture. Barista del Sol isn't just a restaurant. It's a vibe, a neighborhood ritual, and a full-blown food heaven moment.

If you don't get there right when it opens expect a line! That's how good this place is- great coffee and amazing breakfast burritos! The staff are all amazing and greet you with smiles! If it's your first time they are happy to make recommendations so that you pick the right choice! Next time I'm in town this will definitely be a place I stop in again'

10/10 my favorite quick burritos in Tucson! These take me right back to childhood in Rocky Point getting burritos from a beach vendor. The tortillas are so chewy and soft! I love the bacon or chorizo- cant go wrong either way! And now they have vegan options! The little shop is great for checking out while you wait (or for picking up preorders). The vibe is always chill- make sure you get there early - the line is usually long (but always worth it)! Ohhh and the bario berry lemonade is a must!!!

I heard about this place from my friend so I decided to try out Sunday morning. Their hours are from 8 AM to 12 PM. We came about 11 AM and there was a shorter line. The items on the menu were simple and the price were decent. The ambience was casual and chill. Most people just waited outside for their food. Overall, they did not disappoint and I would come back here again.

I came here early one morning with a friend and we ordered food and it got ready in no time. I've heard great things about this place the whole time I lived in Tucson, but I was never able to actually go. I got the bacon breakfast burrito and was really excited to find two in there when I opened it up! I also tried a hazelnut chai, but for some reason they gave me a churro chai. It was still excellent, wasn't a huge fan of the souls, and wish that they gave you more, but overall incredible!

Usually deterred by the long line but finally made it out and the line moves quickly! The best quality is the grilled tortilla for the added texture. They come as 2 smaller hand-holdable burros and definitely solid with base fix ins. I doubled meat to get both chorizo and sausage and actually enjoyed the sausage a bit more for the breakfast burrito but no qualms with the chorizo. Also grabbed a tamale which tasted more like sweet corn masa. Would definitely come back if I'm in town looking for breakfast!

The menu immediately caught my attention, so I made the quick 10-minute drive over. Street parking was plentiful and super easy. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by not one, but TWO friendly smiles and "good mornings!" We had a quick conversation about my coffee preferences, and the sweet girl and gentleman behind the bar whipped up two breve cortados for me -- one Orange Cardamom and the other their seasonal Rose Chocolate. I noticed the roast was a little darker than what I normally prefer, but it smelled incredible. Then came the first sip... WOW. Such a beautifully balanced drink! The roast was smoky, rich, and chocolatey without being overpowering. Both drinks were great, but the Orange Cardamom was absolutely the winner for me. The citrus and spice worked perfectly with the espresso. EPIC CUP!!!!! Fantastic coffee, genuinely friendly service, and a place I would absolutely come back to.

I liked it a lot! Baristas were a bit preoccupied with themselves but it didn't take away from how wonderful the shop and beverages truly were!

Talega isn't just a coffee shop. It feels intimate in a way that's hard to find now. You can tell Tyler & Rene actually care. Not just about the coffee, but about the people who come in and the community around them. Nothing about it feels transactional.
