Perfect spot to fill up, sit in a beautiful spot and relax with nice libation or two! Great service, friendly staff, bustling place . Food and drink always delicious and plated with flair. Casual but still manages to be elegant!

Small cafe, lots of outdoor seating, not much inside but dog friendly. You wait in line to order then they bring you your food. They were running at 35 minutes for food today and out of masa cake for the Benedict. But it worked out as the toast was good enough. Dutch babies were tasty and bacon was cooked well.

We dined here for the first time during Labor Day and had an excellent breakfast. The set up is to go inside and order, then sit outside where a staff member will bring out your order. I like the traditional way of ordering better with tableside service. The staff were friendly and everything was clean. The outside sitting area provides a great atmosphere. I like everything about the outside atmosphere with the white paint on the buildings that contrast nicely with the blue Tucson sky. I even like the font types on the signs. The silverware also stood out to me as it was well worn and may be real silver. I had the Barrio Bahn Mi (bacon wrapped pork & beef meatloaf, cucumber, cilantro, jalapeño, pickled onion, kewpie mayo, habañero nuoc cham, la estrella bakery telera) and the curried carrot soup. Both dishes were fresh and flavorful. This was easily the best bahn mi I have had since living in Hawai'i almost 20 years ago. My mom and wife both ordered the Dutch Babies (tart citrus cream, orange squash marmalade, fresh berries). This dish was also flavorful with a memorable presentation. Finally, the beet cardamom oat milk latte was surprisingly (at least to me) delicious. The Coronet Cafe has my highest recommendation!

Really fantastic! Coronet Cafe is a lovely spot to grab breakfast, lunch or even an early dinner. Food and beverage selections are counter order service with both indoor and outdoor patio seating. The cafe also offers full coffee selections, wine and pastries. For food, the dishes feel intentional and prepared with care, comfortable but not boring, and fresh. My dad and I were in the area and decided to stop by for an early lunch and selected the barrio baguette and butter with sardines, and the breakfast bowl with tofu instead of the egg. Both dishes were balanced, satisfying and just the right amount of food. Not only was the food great but the atmosphere is really top notch. While the Arizona heat is no joke, their outdoor patio is expansive and well arranged with small tables covered with umbrellas. The setting is perfect to catch up with a friend, grab a bite with a colleague, or even bring a date. If the hot temperatures are a little too much, they also have indoor seating in their historic downtown Tucson property. They've done a really nice job preserving the history of the location and adding small touches to accentuate the charm, such as the ornate silverware settings. Five shiny gold stars. Definitely recommend!

Today I tried #cafecoronet @coronetrestaurants and got the chai iced tea and sweet potato maple loaf and it was all delicious!!!! The service was also great and the prices were fair I'll be back!! The ambiance was simple and yet classy at the same time.

I finally got to try this place!! This place is a true Tucson gem! It's a luxury to be able to have breakfast here on a beautiful spring morning sitting at their beautiful terrace!!! I ordered their breakfast bowl and it was a bowl of heaven! Drizzle of hollandaise sauce was perfect and I love that they did not overdo it! The servers looked busy but the food came out in a timely manner. I have been wanting to try Coronet for dinner. I hope I can make it happen soon!

What a cool little place. Has a lot of character in charmed located in Barrio Viejo in Tucson. Old Spanish building, friendly service, helpful and knowledgeable about their offerings. We each ordered a different drink and love them. All I would say would be back, but we're just passing through on the road trip

Brunch on the coronet cafe patio is perfect on even the hottest Tucson days. If you get there at 8 am you can hear the city wake up. I love coming here for the brunch/lunch menu, it never misses. And you can always find a shaded seat outside. My go to items are the Cilbur and breakfast bowl with chutney. I also really like the dragoon session sausage as a side. Kind staff and they come by and check on you even though you order inside at the counter. It's pretty easy to find parking if you circle the block and the neighborhood is very walkable. Great place for a date or meet up with a friend. I would highly recommend the cafe for Lunch / Brunch.

One of the loveliest patios in the city (dog friendly too!), I love stopping in at the Coronet Café for one of my fave coffees in the city, the Mesquite Ras-el-Hanout Oatmilk Latte! Words fail to describe how much I love it so add it to your must-try list! Their waffle with raspberry guajillo honey butter was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. My only complaint is that there needs to be a little more of that sauce because it's that good! We also ordered a cookie and a scone; the cookie was really hard (over baked tbh) but the flavors were pleasant. The scone was pretty forgettable but we'll baked. The young Spanish speaking staff member (who worked Wed 11/27) was so kind and helpful. I wish I'd written down their name because they made us feel really welcome and they were just great. And the final reason I love coming to this spot is to check out all the beautiful local items for sale inside the café. So if you're on a strict budget, do not go inside. From jewelry to home goods, the selection is beautifully curated and so tempting!

Cafe A La C'art is a slightly hidden, off the main track restaurant attached to the Tucson Museum…read moreof Art. It is an amazing pastry location and a great lunch location. We have been coming here for over ten years, either as a couple or when my work has events. They can be a little pricy, but it is an amazing location with charm. There is interior and outside seating. You order at the counter with menus provided to review. You WILL be tempted by the pastries. It is mostly sandwiches and salads...and pastry. The drinks are soft drinks, teas and limited alcohol. Food is always well presented, and they do accommodate changes. Staff are friendly but also busy. Did I mention the charm, the adobe rooms have tables and the decor bring the experience together. It can be loud at times, but not overwhelming. Definitely visit, especially if doing the courthouse tour, the Presidio or Old Town shops, other hidden downtown gems.

Lots of nature themed paintings and photographs. I also really like their patio. I had the smoked beet sandwich and replaced the goat cheese with extra pumpkin seed-pistachio- sesame spread to make it vegan. It comes with seasoned fries/ green salad with herb vinaigrette/ or today's side a vegan potato salad. I chose the green salad with herb vinaigrette and really appreciated it had some pumpkin seeds too. They also gave me a sample of the potato salad but I liked the other food I had better. My understanding is that they use frozen potatoes for the fries vs fresh ones but season them with a seasoning mix. The pumpkin seed-pistachio- sesame spread in the sandwich was called "tahini" on the menu but it seems like it was sesame seeds in it not ground tahini paste. The sandwich was really yummy and great for summer. Ordering the first round is at the bar counter but once you are seated after your first order you can order more from the staff. I hear that there is a line to order at the more popular times but there was not a line when I was there. They had lots of great looking baked good. One was vegan and gluten free. Great place to have food at while visiting the Tucson Museum of Art. They share a small free parking lot. My general rating system: 1 star: I would stay away 2 stars: Has some good things about it but I generally don't recommend. 3 stars: Pretty good. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back but a decent place 4 stars: Great place. I would go back. 5 stars: I highly recommend stopping whatever you are doing and making plans to try it out! An Evie favorite!

When I finally moved, I thought the hardest part would be adding 30 minutes to my commute. It wasn't. It was losing that daily routine of walking into a place that feels so real and personal. Talega isn't just a coffee shop. It feels intimate in a way that's hard to find now. You can tell Tyler & Rene actually care. Not just about the coffee, but about the people who come in and the community around them. Nothing about it feels transactional. You're remembered, conversations matter, and it feels grounded in something genuine. Their seasonal drinks are what really set them apart. They are not cheap grabs for attention or copies of whatever is trending online. The ideas feel inspired and intentional. (Their maize latte and miso latte were perfect) You can tell there is real thought behind what they put on the menu. It reflects a level of care for the craft that is especially rare. It's been incredible to watch how far they've come since they started. They've grown without losing what makes them special, which is not easy to do.
