On their advice, I took her to Crystal Falls Emergency Animal Hospital in Leader where they took her in immediately and treated her. They contacted a specialist at Heart of Texas specialty and emergency Hospital in Round Rock where a Specialist conducted surgery. That was 3-15-26. She lives today 4-11-26 nearly a month later. I believe Liberty Hill has changed their policy to at least give OPTIONS to the pet owner. I'm sure that if needed them on a weekend, I would bring a pet there for some minor treatment. If not for Liberty Hills recommendation to take Brady Grace to Crystal Falls in Leader, I believe she would have crossed that rainbow bridge.

He starts making these deep throaty growls that make him seem more like a "feral hog" than a pug. It's scary sometimes the sounds he makes. It took three trips to this venue to finally get him acclimated to the team. Dr. McJett and her team is so patient and supportive of our little maniac. She has recommended so many helpful tips to help us. Our Max had an ear infection and he would not put us treat him at home. After several attempts, Dr. McJett was able to pack it and allow the healing to begin. At least to a point where we could start home treatment. Other local vets were unsuccessful. I Love the fact that they will always give you a price estimate upfront, before they start the service. No surprises. No "Invoice Shock". Just honest upfront cost reports. The team here treats us like family...no better than family. Like employees. Offering a service that's tailored for you. So bring your fur buddies here and let "LHAH" attend to your needs. She also came to us thinking other dogs were food not friends (she needs to hear the sharks in finding Nemo again apparently.) After nearly 4 weeks of board and train, Cammie is learning to peacefully (and obediently) coexist with the littles. I am so proud of my pup and in awe of Marissa and Nina for the profound difference in Cammie's confidence and ability to follow direction. She is so happy with her new found calm state that all I can say is that I wish I had dropped her off sooner!! They come to you to pick up your pup and provide progress reports along the way. They are truly dog whisperers so if you have any training needs, they are the ones to call!

We adopted a Belgian Malinois from a local rescue and started working with another trainer as soon as we brought him home. I can't tell you how many times I tried to walk this beast and would come home crying because "I will never be able to just go on a leisurely walk with him!!" We then met a man with a malinois also who raved about Nina, so we decided to give her a call. Ladies and Gentlemen, not only does our dog now have amazing recall, he walks beautifully on a leash but is actually able to be an off-leash dog most of the time! Having a working breed dog is not something that most trainers are used to working with (and no, a lab isn't the same as a malinois). Nina knew exactly what to do with our pup and gave us all the tools we needed to make him a happy, well trained dog.

I think everyone should be upset with them holding medication ransom to treat a $2.00 sick chicken, demanding a $85 dollar fee even before the cost of the medication. It's claimed I berated their receptionist wit profanity when actually I was berating the situation. The receptionist took it upon herself to to become offended at me being upset. After I canceled an upcoming appointment telling them I would take my business elsewhere. I received a return call where I was told I was no longer welcome there with my other Animals (that they have received THOUSANDS of dollars for treating in the past two years) as if they are on some type of higher moral grounds with their demonstration of fake compassion and empathy for MONEY. So the takeaway from all this is to understand there is no loyalty points or frequent user awards given here if you show you're a real person and get upset or see their act for what it is - they will simply let your animals die rather than care for them. In addition if they can survive and be fine without the thousands and thousands of dollars I spend there annually, they obviously don't need your money either. Apparently they have pulled the wool over enough people eyes and hold enough medication for ransom from sick animals to keep them in the $$$ for quite some time. Unfortunately, the needless death of Bloomers the chicken is inevitable. Ironically, I doubt the needless death of Bloomers will have near the emotional effect on their receptionist as one of their customers getting upset. They may need to relearn to fake their understanding and compassion to include the fact that people get angry and upset at times. Beware! you are being recorded and they will threaten to use those recording to attempt undermining any negative review. Perhaps be aware of any other undisclosed recording devices being used at this establishment, you just never know.

But Romeo, even though he is only 8 months old, is friendly, loving, and manageable with me, but overwhelming with company. So, when I realized I was dreading having company, it was then I knew I needed help, ok, I was almost desperate so here we are...LOL Here is what I love about Candice's system: First off, she comes to your home to evaluate the whole situation. She did not rush me; she took her time. This is big because, in the end, our dogs have to come back and live with us. Candice keeps in contact with you during the 2-week process. Being from Belton, Texas/Central Texas, she is very close to me. She made home visits during the training, bringing him to me so we could work together with his new skills, too. There are children at her home, so he was socialized with children, which is critical in having a family dog. I love that she took him to public destinations, too. Especially since we are working on him being my medical service dog as well. I am very happy with the results. I see a huge difference in his overall behavior, and so do all of the victims of his overwhelming affection prior to the training. Something else, not only does she know her business, but I enjoy working with her. Candice is very personable and warm. I really like her as a person, too, not a need but a great added bonus. Because I purchased the 2 week boarded training, I get unlimited private lessons. Bonus for sure, because no matter how well-trained our puppies are, we can have slips here and there. Lastly, she delivered him sparkling clean and deshedded... another HUGE bonus for me.

She doesn't just use one method to teach, she will figure out what is best for your dog and go from there! Please use Sierra for all of the services she offers.. it will be worth the money I promise! Our experience: We adopted Sunny from the West Valley Humane Society back in January. For months we tried various different training programs. We tried online training and in person private classes and nothing really seemed to work for him. He had a ton of anxiety, was not confident, was reactive and aggressive towards all dogs but specifically small ones, did not know boundaries, etc. We really had our hands full with our Sunny boy but he needed someone that was going to be patient with him and boy was Sierra just that! We purchased Sierra's board and train class (2 weeks) and Sierra kept our boy an ADDITIONAL 2 weeks because he was having a hard time focusing and getting comfortable. Not only that, her training was a third of the price that we were going to pay for a board and train at another local place. She really did what was the best for him. Like I said before, Sunny was a lot of work and Sierra went above and beyond in every way to help our boy. She first came over for a consult to see what we were wanting to get out of her services and how we were already doing things and offered assistance with that. At the time that Sunny was with Sierra he learned: -how to walk on a leash (before he would pull your arm off) -recall -"place" -crate training -riding in the car -listening to commands -gained confidence -how to interact with dogs -& so much more! Sierra was able to help with everything we mentioned to her in the initial meeting and more! Not only that but Sunny really loves her and her family. We feel completely comfortable leaving our boy with Sierra because we know he is in good hands. Sierra really gave us our life back and we live such an enjoyable life now WITH Sunny. We feel comfortable leaving him at home when needed and taking him to parks. We are so happy we found her!!!! Please use her!!!
