Flint came home happy and tuckered right out from his busy day with his new friends. The facility is COVID friendly, clean and beautiful. Conveniently located just out of the town of McGraw. I would recommend this place 100x over for a safe loving environment for your fur babies. They tell me if I want the ashes back it's $600. I quickly learn that the local animal hospital charges $120. My cat died peacefully the next morning in her bed. They also convinced me in my grief to buy a $75 medication that may get her to eat again. This cat was done eating. Then, not the health dept, but a coworker reaches out to me, I tell him all of the above, and I add that I cannot understand how your nurse was surprised that a sick dying scared cat bit her, my cat doesn't have rabies, and stop contacting me. This place also about 3 years ago saw My cat, said she had asthma, and gave me the shadiest instructions to contact a Canadian 3rd party pharmacy for the medicine and the face harness. She didn't have asthma, our old house was just dusty and her symptoms went away immediately after we moved. Total scammers.

Our dog had a medical crisis this past weekend, while in their care. They immediately recognized what was happening and the seriousness of it. They rushed her off to Cornell and made arrangements for surgery, etc. They couldn't get ahold of us at the minute, so they took financial responsibility so as to not delay her care. They saved her life without a doubt, but more than that, because of their quick action, she did not suffer any more than she had to, and is expected to make a full recovery. He was given a steriod shot and antibiotic shot and I was never told of any risks from the steroids. I googled it when my cat got worse. He suffered from congestive heart failure. I had his file sent to a different clinic and the x ray results were never sent. I called and asked for the results and was not given the results. Just from Sarah saying she didn't see anything. Where are the pictures if you did an x ray? My cat suffered from congestive heart failure and it was confirmed he had cancer as well. Blood work would of shown his white blood count was high. I don't recommend anyone to take their pets here. Not compassionate or caring at all.
