I was in the Towson area and we were looking for somewhere we had never been before. Stumbled on this gem. It was Friday about 4:45pm. I lucked up and was able to park at a meter. After 6pm you don't have to pay the meter. What caught our eye about this place was the rooftop. We entered and were greeted right away. Took a photo in the huge chair at the entrance. The greeter even assisted us so that we both could be in the same photo. We were than made aware that only the rooftop were open on the 3rd floor. We were given the option to catch the elevator up or walk up the steps. Next time we'll catch the elevator for sure. Lol. We were seated right away. The waitress gave us water and told us that happy hour was going on until 7pm. We were also made aware that power hour was from 5pm until 6pm and it allows you to get 2 for one drinks. So, we had just a few minutes to wait for power hour. We ordered happy hour food. Quesidilla and chicken stripe. Neither disappointed. We even got a 2nd order. They do charge you for a container if you have leftovers that you are taking with you. For drinks we had casimigos and cranberry for the 1st round and for the 2nd round we had a barleys bucket. Both drinks were good. To go in ordered Brussel sprouts and buffalo cauliflower. They also were delicious. Everything was great. Dining on the rooftop really was a vibe. I will be returning.

I always have a blast and a hilarious good time at this bar! This is a great spot to get together with friends for happy hour or to get the girlfriends together for a fun night out! Don't let the local gossip get to you, this is not a college bar. Sure, the bar is located by a college, but you aren't going to be around a very young crowd. The security is tight and strict, they are serious about checking ID's. So this is a great bar to go out and not have a worry in the world! The staff are super friendly and helpful with your food and drink orders. This was the first time I visited the bar on a Saturday night and it was nicely packed!! Downstairs they were playing pop hits and upstairs on the roof, the DJ was ripping great EDM beats, hell yeah!! The restrooms are clean and organized and there are plenty of parking options via street parking or adjacent parking lots.

Sadly, this was the first and LAST time I eat here. This place had some mediocre bar food BUT I guess I came during a dog fundraiser and there were dogs everywhere while eating and someone's dog pissed right near my table and a lady just poured water on it! Don't get me wrong I LOVE DOGS, but not when I'm eating at a restaurant and have to watch one pee. I don't even think dogs are allowed inside of a restaurant so I don't know why they were there in the first place. Ruined my experience and the ambiance of the facility. I asked to speak with a manager and apparently there wasn't a manager available and the server was really funny since he was very hungover from the night before. I am not coming back here, I'm very disappointed with the lack of professionalism observed.

What a great time year after year! This gem has been the spot for my family in Thanksgiving before the football game and it always deliver! Breakfast was delicious. I ordered straight from the sides menu eggs, pancake and bacon 8/10 (eggs were too runny for my taste) Best Bloody Marys in town hands down. 9/10 Service was great! There was a big crowd and our server was great from start to finish. Can't wait to be back next year!

Cute little hip spot with rooftop vibes. We came here on a Friday night at the peak of HH. If you know anything about Town, you know that its definitely a college town. Even with the students being on summer break the spot was pretty packed. I liked the layout. Plenty of TV screens to watch baseball games and basketball finals. I like the umbrellas on the roof top to block out the sun and the space was pretty spacious. I ordered the grilled salmon dinner with side salad and asparagus w/parm. Not bad for a bar. It came out pretty good and was pretty tasty. Our waiter, she was very sweet, she was good, she did her best under the circumstances. I couldn't believer her upper management has her working the entire rooftop by herself. I had to be about 70+ people and she handled all of them. Kodos to her but seemed a little unfair and overworked in my opinion. I felt bad for her. Although the food was good, it took a long time for it to come out of the kitchen and I also didn't enjoy my drink. I would give this place another try maybe not on a Friday though.

Then stand back and let him cook... *wink* We got a Texas toast sandwich: garlic compound butter toast, eggs scrambled with mozzarella and provolone, and fried crispy Prosciutto. Then was the pancake quesadilla. It was just a little sweet which was nice with the cheddar cheese and bacon and sausage filling. Last were some tacos: corn tortillas with a ground beef, griddled potatoes, mushrooms, peppers and cheese topped with some gravy. We ended up taking quite a bit home and I'm looking forward to a second round tomorrow morning. Delicious

Everyone who loves breakfast needs to get here IMMEDIATELY! We ordered the "do you dare" and received 3 items that were flawless. Perfect flavor profiles, perfect cooks, and we could not come up with one thing a dish needed. We ate the following (newest photos at end) French toast smash burger (no bacon): 15/10 French toast soft interior, crispy out. Smash burgers seasoned well and juicy. Hash brown just right. Nothing needed. Cheesesteak potato pancake tacos: 15/10-steak and potatoes seasoned perfectly. Pancake had crispy edges but still fluffy, sauce added a little kick. Nothing needed. Strawberry Mascarpone wafer French toast: 15/10-The PERFECT "I want something sweet" choice without indulging in cereal or ice cream. The strawberry and light cream were heavenly. French toast had cinnamon, crispy edges and was remarkable. We will be coming monthly to try any new items and concoctions Glen will whip up. GET HERE! *May 2025 1st Review* A family based smaller staff. What is lacked in 'quantity' they 100% make up in quality. Immaculate customer service from everyone. A hole in the wall for sure, can not be seen from the street. Limited seating inside and outside. Food was perfect. We ordered the following: Pancake breakfast: 10/10 fluffy, crispy pancakes. Home fries were crisp and seasoned. Perfect for 2 kids to share The Wild West: 10/10 very fresh ingredients, good flavor and portion. Recommend. The Washington Ave: 10/10- I added Feta instead of cheddar and that sent things over. Huge sandwich. Flavor packed. Might want a little more sauce. Cappuccino: 8/10 a little too much milk (hot skim milk) Strawberry mint lemonade: 10/10 I recommend breakfast lovers get here!

My wife and I each had a sandwich, 1 cup of soup we shared, a latte and she had an ice tea with an 18% tip equaled a little over $60. And that was lunch. We love the ambiance and watching the people outside. The vanilla latte was perfect. The grilled chicken avocado sandwich my wife had was so chewy. Unfortunately we ordered this same sandwich to go for her mom and we she opened it up the sandwich was burnt on both ends. Look at the picture. So crazy they would allow this to go out. I did call and spoke with Bronson who was so accommodating. He did say he would refund the sandwich. Sadly though my mother-in-law was left with a burnt sandwich. Yes, we were offered to come back to redo the sandwich but it's 20 minutes away and it was just after the snow storm so needless to say we respectfully declined. We'll still come back to this place because of the people working there more than anything else. It would be nice if they get their cooks to be more thoughtful and pay attention to what they are doing.

The area near the front window almost feels like a private table. It was definitely giving a great vibe. We checked the menu prior to picking this place and they had EXACTLY what I wanted. I had a big ole brunch of their Grand Marnier Strawberry French Toast which was a three stack of THICCCCC cut Texas bread. It was better than I hoped for! And I brought at least half of it home, because ole greedy butt over here also got the platter with the home fries (I asked for onions and got this caramelized onion topping that was almost a jam. Yummm), the bacon and the eggs your way (scrambled with cheese). My companion had this big ole omelette with a lot of veggies and shared my french toast. The sauce they served with the home fries was sooooo good - it was almost like Heinz 57 sauce but with less of a vinegary bite. The jam that came for my English Muffin was delicious and praise GOD they served butter that wasn't ice cold and unspreadable so yeah hella points for that. For the mimosas, we did the "buy the carafe and the bottle", with a carafe of cranberry juice and a bottle of Cava Prosecco. I loved that we were able to select WHICH bubbles we wanted and for two people it worked out very well price wise. The host (tall guy with a mohawk) and our server (Robyn) were absolutely fantastic. Personable and friendly and very attentive, very much able to answer any questions we had (THANK YOU ROBYN!!!). In short - this place is a gem and yall should go! Be mindful of the parking in the area, but dont let that stop you from a delicious meal in a lovely setting!!

Sadly, our server, Hope, I think, said the item had been taken off the menus despite many requests for it from patrons over time. The waitress recommended I reach out to Steve, as manager, to add the C&W on the menu, at least as a special occasionally. I would happily return to sample it, if this were to happen. Thanks. The problem was the execution in the kitchen. Our flaming cheese appetizer was cool and firm, even after the flames subsided, steak was served medium rather than medium rare, as ordered, and the chicken & waffles entree consisted of a bowl of reheated pieces of fried chicken served over a half of a waffle. Not an appetizing presentation. In summary, I think the bar and wait staff were great, but the kitchen staff need some retraining.
