Love everything about this place. Ambience is really nice. We went there for their live music. We were greeted immediately by friendly staff and the lady even found us a couple of spots at the bar near the stage as we requested. Food and drinks were great too. We ordered the flatbread with pepperoni and hot honey and cheesesteak sandwich. They have 2 stages for music and 3 bars. Their outdoor courtyard looks amazing and I can't wait for warmer weather and enjoy music there. We will definitely be coming back. read more

Decided to come here on Sunday for the Ravens vs Cowboys televised game. We got here at kickoff and there was a a few tables left in the game room. The hostess quickly greeted and seated us in the game room. The menu was the same as last week. It appears its a limited selective menu on NFL game watch in the game room.The waitress came and took our orders. We ordered mozzarella sticks, chicken nachos and old bay wings. Drinks were Action Jackson and The Baltimore Bang. The mozzarella sticks came out in pieces, broken up; should never been served to anyone for $17(for 6- broken up into what looked like nuggets). The wings came out without old bay seasoning. And the drinks were subpar. The nachos came out pretty good. It was plentiful. The draw back on the nachos was it was buffalo sauce added to the chicken nachos and it did not say that on the menu. Spicy food was not an aption for everyone. But I enjoyed the chicken nachos. Customer Service and table attention did not seem like it was a priority and neither the presentation of the food. Due to service and food not being a hit today, I can not say this is a great venue with only two visits. read more

Looking for a place catch a game? Yorktowne Social is the place to be! Surprisingly, they weren't busy for the Ravens' home opener. The game day menu is fairly limited but includes what you'd expect - wings, mozzarella sticks, nachos, burgers, etc... and of course, drinks! Shortly after being seating, the server came over and was ready to take orders. After careful deliberation, I opted for the following: Blackened Roseda Farm Filet Bites (steak), Mozzarella Sticks, and Hand-Tossed Wings (Old Bay)... and an Action Jackson to drink. Service was exceptionally quick - an advantage of such a small menu. Without a doubt, the star of the show were the steak bites. They were tender, moist, and flavorful. The rest of the menu selections were satisfying , but fairly standard. Drinks were on point! An added touch to the experience was the DJ who kept things festive and the old school video games - some free, some at cost (play at your own risk). The only downside was having to flag down the server a few times. Yorktowne is conveniently located and offers an abundance of free parking. Definitely consider visiting for game time fun! read more

I am a huge fan of Yorktowne Social! I went for business purposes to look at the space, and stayed for dinner in the Game Room. It was delicious and the waitress was so kind. The $8 burger happy hour special is an incredible deal and the burger is full of so much flavor. The meat is sourced locally! While many chips were not first provided, the waitress brought a plentiful more without hesitation. The whole space(s) are so much fun, lively and unique. Finally got my three for three by visiting The Game Room sports bar. I made a reservation to catch some March Madness games, and my table was ready when I arrived. I must say, the low top tables have the most comfortable chairs. Fully backed and bucket like. Peter was our server and was very attentive even though the place filled up fast. I was wondering how they were going to pull off the live music in front of the jumbo TV showing the Duke game but the guy just lined up on the side and did his thing. The Fish Tacos were great, as was the crab dip. This place is not inexpensive - entrees and apps run close to $20 but you do get plentiful portions. The drinks are very affordable though - wine and craft beer under $10. If you're looking for a place to hang out and catch some sports this is a good option. read more

We've lived in Cockeysville now for about 6 years and this is a great addition to the area, finally something different! We go all the time. It is a very unique concept and we always enjoy time there- it's beautiful and service is great. Only eaten in the game room so far. The lobster melt and tacos are yummy! There's fun games- ski ball, beer pong, ping pong, foosball, and lots of TVs and a great area to relax outside in the courtyard with fire pits on the tables. Unfortunately there's a lot of older folk who are so confused about the concept that they feel the need to leave negative reviews. (We're in our early 30's) There's a chill area, more upscale area, fine dining, and an outside courtyard with the bar connected! Perfect for the nice weather. Please ignore all the bad comments and go see for yourself- also yes it's a BAR aimed for ADULTS to hang out ... so your children may not be able to play games and run around freely after 5. Such a great atmosphere! Started in the social room. The food was amazing! Loved, loved, loved the French onion mac and cheese! My cocktail was on point. Our server showed us around and was great! After we finished we headed over to the game room. We bought a a few drinks, watched a football game, and played ping pong. ALL the games were FREE....punching bag, basketball, arcade games!!! The staff is amazing and very kind. The manager/owner and social media woman, on the other hand, are insufferable. My family and I were there and watched them acting extremely unprofessional towards the band and their sound engineer. The owner was furiously pointing at a hand-written sign and yelling at the sound engineer to turn the volume down. I imagine this could've been handled with a private, calm conversation, but management escalated it to the point of them having a screaming match with the entertainment. The social media woman was videoing everyone and was extremely condescending to patrons who asked her why she was videoing. I imagine if that is how they treat the entertainment, no one is going to want to play there anymore. read more

Someone stole my wife's credit card numbers. This was a new card and this was the first time it was used in weeks. A couple hours after dinner and there were multiple charges. Do not use cards here. Not kid friendly. Don't bother. I went to the grocery store and decided to take my two kids 13 and 6 to Yorktowne Social for dinner on a Wednesday night. There was only a few tables on there. I was excited to take them there because they have some arcade games that the kid would enjoy. I was in the middle of ordering a drink when the manager came over and said that kids can only play the games before five. She said they were welcome to stay and eat dinner but not play any games. We left immediately. You want our $$$ but the kids have to watch the adults play the games? She said that the kids were welcome to play games before five. Who has dinner before 5? I have been there a few times and the bartenders are nice but the pours are very inconsistent and drinks are on the small side. read more

THIS PLACE ROCKS!!!!!!! My girlfriends & I have found our new Girl's Night Out Place. The Game room / sports bar area is so much fun. Not to mention we had the VERY BEST SERVER EVER and I mean EVER! Linda-Linda-Linda is all we can say. She is just the sweetest, funniest, down-to-earth server we have ever met. She made sure we always had everything we needed before we even knew we needed it. She kept the water coming cause the drinks were so damn good and she helped us navigate the menu, so we all had enough to share. We were there for a good couple of hours, and we saw her running all over the place making sure everyone was ok with a smile on her face. She treated us like we were her besties and we loved that because she is funny as hell! She hung out with us, and we got to know her, and she got to know us. We have done Girl's Night out twice a month for so many years and have never been treated like Linda treated us. The Blueberry Lemon Drop is like candy and the Creamsicle crush will make you wish you were on a Caribbean island. Linda recommended the French Onion Cheesesteak, Cheeseburger Tacos and Caesar Salad with Filet Bites which we got and they were outstanding. Afterwards we got the Red Velvet Balls and they were sooooooooo GOOD! The fact they have a dress code and kid policy makes this place on of a kind. So many places don't have this, and I think it's a great idea. We cannot wait for Spring to come so we can sit out on the Patio. OMG! This place is beyond AMAZING!!! We went for our 1st time on Saturday and as soon as we walked into the Game room Linda greeted us, helped us find a table suitable for my husband and I and our 2 little ones. She welcomed us, helped us navigate the menu and treated us like we were her own family. She brought out some St. Patty's Day stuff for our kids and even played with them a little as we ate. We sat and watched her interaction with not only our kids but with others and she treated them the same. The food was excellent. The environment was perfect and we cannot wait to tell our friends and family about this place and our experience. But one thing is for certain, when we do return, we only want Linda to serve us! In my whole life I have never came across a waitress who is like LINDA! She has such a sweet and fun personality and really goes above and beyond for her customers. She is a true Gem and I wish this world we live in today had more of her .My husband and I are both in the medical field and I wish our staff would take some lessons from her.
