After a frightening series of errors by the Toyota dealer that exclusively serviced my past two Camrys for many years, I decided to try Gene & Jim's for some major repair work. I have now visited three times and am happy to report that they have done excellent work, completed on time at better prices than the dealership charges. Their work has included replacing the catalytic converters, front axles, motor mounts and a control arm (with alignment), timing belt, brake job, in addition to routine service items. A lot of work for a car with 175,000 miles, but it runs like new and has been very reliable. Gene & Jim were gone before I ever visited and the shop is now run by Jorge Andrade, who is knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. I heartily recommend this place.
