If you want to do some shopping for some food or maybe just some shopping for a bite to eat, then this is your spot. You'll come into the market but you have to worry about parking because it's not free but if you're in the city you already know that. They have a validation for parking system there so you can make sure you use that, which is right by the door. There's also other places to park, which is street parking, that you could use your park mobile app as well if you'd prefer to do that or if the parking lot is full. This market has tons of items and things and anything you could think of for the most part. If you are feeling steak or Caribbean food then this is your spot to go to. If you just want some French fries or some oxtail then this is going to be a great place for it as well. There's a myriad of different stalls that you can buy food at that are ready. There's also places that you can actually buy fresh meat and seafood to cook at home. If you're trying to figure out where to go for some steaks or some oxtails or shrimp, you should check this out for sure. So overall I would say this is definitely a spot you should for sure try if you're trying to try some new dishes or if you want to buy some food to make at home. If you're trying to find something that's similar to an Asian market, for example, something off Buford Highway, this would be a good spot to check out. Picking up a couple of steaks and some shrimp is easy work for a spot like this. I actually would probably go for a holiday situation to where I was buying meat to put on the grill. If you don't want to get locked into something like Publix, this is a good spot so just keep that in mind.

I went specifically to ATOS and they had oxtails empanadas, wing combos, whole wings and others dishes including pasta that I will be back for. Their signature sauce is sweet and spicy and I like their wings as they are more traditional fuller wings differing from the Atlanta style mini that are fried harder. I also went to AB cookie company. I just got a chocolate chip but it was very good. The texture was slightly cakier with hints of spice. I like my cookies cooked thru but they have every texture in their cookies from a hard chewier edge, traditional gooey, to the slightly puddingly center. Also my first order of business upon my next visit to Municipal Market will be trying the peach cobbler at AB. I give this place a high rating because there are soooo many options. They have a Curleys in here which haven't been to in years and they validate parking.

Miracle Bar has really made a family friendly Christmas into a damn good time. Not that family…read moreChristmas's aren't fun... but Christmas cocktails are my idea of some strong holiday spirits! We came at 7pm on a Friday night - it was freezing and there was a line outside the door. Thank goodness for the free tea and hot water, although I didn't partake. The line moved fairly quickly, especially since we had just the two of us. If all the Christmas spirit in the world was crammed into one place, it would be the Miracle Bar - it was like Christmas just exploded inside the old Buckhead restaurant. Decorations from wall to wall, including a huge lit gingerbread house and a huge pile of stuffed Christmas toys hanging from the ceiling. The tv counting down the days until Christmas was also a nice touch. My friend and I decided to share a tapa of potatoes, which were very basic and boring, but also very necessary with all the alcohol we were consuming. We also ordered separate cocktails to go with our Naughty and Nice shots. I regret taking one for the team and drinking the bourbon, because I really cannot with brown liquor. The Yippie Ki Yay Mother F****r! was basically a pina colada. Drinks and food were on the pricier side, but you were really paying for the experience of being one of the only exclusively Christmas bars in Atlanta. Thank god for a second location, I can't imagine the wait to either location if there was still only one. Drinks were strong, food is meh, service was also a bit slow, as the place was definitely packed. It was hard to flag down your server, or any server, really. It made it a little difficult to find the Christmas spirit, aside from the Christmas themes. If you are willing to go during a non-peak time (which is basically never), go with a small group of less than 4, or wait in a long line, I would recommend Miracle Bar, because what else is there to do in Atlanta for the holidays, aside from drinking Yippie Ki Yay Mother F****r!'s all night long??

I went to Miracle on Monroe last year and was really looking forward to checking out the new bar,…read more Miracle Too this year. I went during thanksgiving week and purchased a great deal through scoutmob.. score!!!! I was impressed with the Christmas decor, especially the oversized gingerbread house. There's lots of props and funky decorations for selfies. I really wanted to love this place but something was missing and it doesn't have the "fun" factor like the Monroe location. The crowd just seemed too pretentious and not really into the holiday spirit. I mean, why go to a Christmas theme bar with several signature cocktails and order wine?? Our bartender was Amazing and had a great personality, so thankful we had him because everyone else looked half asleep.

I personally didn't think it cost that much and plus the $10 entrance fee will be credit to any makeup you choose to purchase afterwards. I made reservations for 3 online to make sure we get the first slot available on a Saturday morning. I know the malls open at 8 am but not necessarily the stores. Unfortunately for us, there was another group that tagged along with us for our "tour." Now, usually I wouldn't care as much but we had one extra person and the same amount of time to take photos. I felt we should have gotten extra time to do so for that reason. Each group had like one minute to take pics in their group. Sucks for us, we had an extra person. Because of that, I didn't take my phone out and got my friend to use her phone and for her to just send to me. Each room had a theme and a WinkyLux product it represents. I was sadden that most products were sold out. Plus you are only able to use the $10 credit after going to the rooms. Even though a lot of the products were sold out, I was happy with what I got. I did have fun with girlfriends and took photos. 119/2018

So, first of all, there is an entrance fee to pay when you want to go to the photogenic experience rooms. Its 10$ plus tax but well worth if you actually plan to buy any of their products since they give it back at the end to go towards your purchase. The experience - fun! Especially if you love taking photos because they have rooms set up just for that purpose! Each room features a product of winkylux and the decorations represent what the product is like. Sadly, alot of items were sold out but we were still allowed to sample them. Personally, Ive been to the Museum of Ice Cream and honestly this setup is pretty dissapointing and alittle run down compared to it, especially since they were apparently inspired by the moic concept. The lighting was meh, and they could have tried better in most of the rooms. Also, you have to constantly put your bags and coats on the floor since they didnt have a place to put your things to take a picture. The products - cant complain! I mean, nothing to rave over but considering theyre a more "economical luxury line" it wasn't half bad as in, their shadows were very pigmented and their lippy sticks were good tints! Still, it was pretty pricy. I ended up purchasing their signature ph flower balm and it was 14$ (i paid an extra 4 dollars with the 10$ credit). This only sounds reasonable if the lipstick was alittle bigger, its no bigger than a normal person's thumb. Its really tiny. The eyeshadow paletts were 25$ and single shadows were 12$. I didnt bother checking the prices of other things. It was still a fun experience for me and my friend. Its only a popup shop so its worth going to to get some cute pics and cute cosmetics.
