They are both impatient, treat people like they are stupid, and are generally not helpful. Lyn has provided inaccurate information with some regularity over the past year, and asks invasive questions that she does not need to know. She disguises her attitude in a condescending sweet sounding voice. DO not be fooled. My father is so frustrated even though he likes his Dr. He states that the staff are surly, and while following up, I find the same behaviors especially with the staff named above, who consistently display a lack of kindness. Additionally, they have nurses or other staff call with medical test results and they are not even able to answer the most basic questions. Prior to joining Optum, this was a stellar practice.

I called the office and they said there were no documents. How incompetent can one organization be, and to create the fear in an elderly patient, very unprofessional. Why did this otherwise qualified medical group sell their souls to Optum? It is inefficient, riddled with errors, with few referrals available in proximity to the office despite significant medical practices close by. Referrals sent to Laguna Niguel, West Irvine, Westminster, but nothing in Orange or Santa Ana. really bad PR, even though Dr.s at this location are competent.

It was truly amazing to see such dedicated professionals at work. Everyone was so patient, kind, and supportive throughout the process. A special shoutout to Rayleene Miranda, who assisted me--she was incredible! Despite being a student, she carried herself with the professionalism, knowledge, and compassion of someone far more experienced. She made me feel comfortable and reassured during a stressful time, and her wonderful personality made all the difference. Thank you all again for the exceptional care and support. You are truly appreciated!

I received the care I needed and the staff was very caring, polite, professional, and kind. They worked very fast and handled me with compassion. There's absolutely nothing bad I could say about my visit. Thank you to the ED for taking care of me when I needed emergency care. I even cried there because I was going through so much physical pain due to a freak accident injury, so they were very kind to me. Made me comfortable since I was scared and I went alone during my visit. I was quite scared and didn't know what was going to happen, but I felt very taken care of. Meds were given immediately, and I was checked up on.

I have been seeing Dr FAJARDO since the late 1990's. She is my primary care doctor and I always…read morereceived exceptional care. As an example I recently had an appointment with her this last week. She took time to go through everything regarding my recent labs, medical procedures and even levels of stress I may be dealing with. While with my medical plan I do to need a referral I asked her for referrals to two doctors and she gave me both referrals and as my colonoscopy is due she confirmed the doctor that preformed it last and reviewed that report to confirm it was indeed due. Doctor Fajardo treated not only me but many family and friends that I have referred over the years. My mother in law prior to her passing went to Doctor Fajardo. She loved her and I greatly appreciated all the service she gave my mother in law over more than her last decade of my mother in law's life. Thank you Doctor Fajardo

I haven't seen Dr. Fajardo in years and had buried the memory of why I didn't go back to her again…read more- she basically refused to work with me and said she'd fire me as a patient. This is your place if you want a doctor who will give up on you and refuse to work with you on your care plan. This was especially unfortunate as I am a Latina and thought I could find familiarity and support in a Latina physician. Not the case here. Apparently the woman who did my Brazilian wax was more observant than her NP too. I had something that needed to be looked at and her NP was just not willing to look for it. I really felt awful after these two experiences and would not recommend them to anyone who wants physicians or providers who will care about them.

Dr. Stanowicz. did my Mohs surgery and I am shocked at what he did to my face…read more When I googled the Mohs surgery procedure plus read the brochure given to me by his office, the whole idea behind this type of surgery was to remove the basil cell carcinoma a thin layer by layer each time preserving as much of the cancer-free skin as possible. Dr. Stanowicz failed to do this for me. I had a basal cell on my chin that was smaller than the end of the head of an eraser on a pencil. The doctor excised a piece of flesh around the basil cell which was a little smaller than the size of a dime and a quarter of an inch deep. There was NO "layer by layer" excising where each thin layer was examined by the pathologist to determine whether the cancer had been entirely removed. My husband had stayed in the room during the procedure and viewed all of this happening. In addition, the doctor should have put in many tiny stitches so that the incision wouldn't be as noticeable. He put in 5 or 6 stitches so the incision has scarred between the stitches. Also the incision for this small basil cell on my chin begins just below my mouth and extends under my chin. During the surgery Dr. Stanowicz bragged that he could stitch up Mohs incisions better than most plastic surgeons. NO WAY!! This surgery should take a few hours. Dr. Stanowicz completed it in about 25 minute and 10 of those minutes were spent waiting for the biopsy. When the pathologist said that there was a clear margin around the basal cell, I wasn't surprised because so much flesh had been initially taken off my face. Dr. Stanowicz made an ugly scar on my face. He definitely skipped the "layer by layer" procedure detailed by Mohs and instead cored my face like an apple and did a lousy job of stitching me up. BEWARE!!!

I knew what antibiotic to be put on, Amoxicillon or Augmentin (same family). I had used it for an infection in my throat and it almost cleared the rash up. I told this to THE DOC and his Docs that work under him, they DID NOT BELIEVE ME. They wrongly prescribed a medicine (hydrocortisone) that MAKES IT WORSE! It suppresses the immune system, so the bacteria are free to reproduce at a great rate. NOW, over a year later, after begging docs to prescribe the right stuff, I finally got the medicine for another throat infection. Now, this HORRIBLE DEBILITATING DISFIGURING rash is disappearing at an alarming rate. The infection went all the way into the lining of my mouth because THEY DIDN'T LISTEN TO THE PATIENT. DON'T GO THERE. FORGET THOSE DOCS. RESEARCH AND CURE YOURSELF.
