I'm so glad I called Nikolay to check what's wrong with my washer because there wasn't any water coming out. When I called to schedule an appointment for Monday, he was able to work around my schedule due work. He called me 15 mins prior to showing up at my door and was prompt for my appointment time. As he was checking the problem, he was informing of what to look out for. although he fixed the water issue, He did find another problem I wasn't even aware of. Im glad he told me so I wont be so shocked if my washer starts making loud noises. He provided a truthful but professional opinion about my washer that it will be almost time to purchase a new one. Barron's Appliance Services, Nikolay, serviceman. My Maytag refrigerator was warming and ice cube tray dripping and what a fright that frozen food and refrigerator was about to crash. I phoned early, 7:00am, 602-904-1393 and my serviceman answered the phone on a Monday morning. He said I'll be to your house between 9am and 11am. He arrived and diagnosed the problem of a thermostat needing replaced. He then had my dryer to evaluate and replaced the digital control panel because dryer had no heat. My refrigerator and freezer with the new thermostat began to work and the ice maker freezing good. I always have the best person for the job when I call Nikolay, he cleaned the coil on refrigerator also and checked all the connections on the dryer and the refrigerator. He made sure I didn't have lint buildup in the dryer where lint circulates. He told me tips to do and when he finished my life was back on track with appliances all working. read more

Our 11-year-old Maytag Refrigerator evaporator motor died and the temperature was failing. I called Baron's Appliance Service and Nikolay came out and diagnosed the problem and was able to locate the part and install it within two hours. His thorough explanation on what happened, how it probably happened, and solutions were amazing. After I questioned that the refrigerator temperature was 5 degrees off, Nikolay made a 2nd visit to make sure the refrigerator was cooling properly and gave more pointers on how to keep our refrigerator operating more efficiently. Wow. Wow. I need to say that Nikolay was so Professional. From when he picked up the phone on Sunday at 3:30pm to the outstanding service he did in my home the next day at 2:00pm on time. For my side by side 2007 freezer/refrigerator . My ice maker was fried, hoses bad and the water cylinders that flow the water into the freezer were both shot. I had scheduled an appointment with the different company and they never even showed up I called to find out what was going on and they didn't even have me down for an appointment. I found Brandon on Yelp and boy am I glad I found him. I called him and he was out to my house within 20 minutes he diagnosed the problem we took out the water pump and found out that it was working okay but it was going to go out. He advised me probably better to buy a brand new Appliance then spend the money to try to get this one fixed he is very honest. And only charged me $65 for a trip charge I would recommend him to anybody that has Appliance problems. He also diagnose problems with my refrigerator. My refrigerator freezer was leaking water on the kitchen floor and water was collecting and freezing at the floor of the freezer. I called Baron's Appliance Services after reading the great reviews on Yelp. Nikolay answered the phone and was able to be a my house 2 hours later. He called 20 minutes in advance to let me know he was on his way and then arrived when he said he would. Upon arrival we discussed the issue and he took a look at my refrigerator. Nikolay answered my call immediately on a Sunday morning - and promptly showed up to take a look at my broken washing machine. It was full of gray water and I could not get the spin cycle to function. So as my laundry room was starting to stink worse and worse, and loads of laundry were piled, waiting to be cleaned for our family's school day the next morning, I needed it fixed right away. Even though it was Nikolay's day off, he dropped everything and spent the entire day evaluating my vintage washer, driving a distance for the difficult to find part, and then returning promptly to take care of the repair. WOW, 5 stars! Nickolai was professional and super fast. No time wasting at all, got straight to the point and knew exactly what to fix. He was very polite and courteous while moving throughout the house. After he got done fixing our Refridgerator he took the time to explain what had gone wrong, what parts he replaced, the 3-month warranty involving those parts as well as what to look out for in the future and what to look for to make sure the parts were completely fixed. Nikolay came out on a Friday to look at our 13 yr. old leaking Thermador Dishwasher. He found the problem right away. When the dishwasher was removed to replace broken floor tiles when we first moved in, the drain hose was crushed and after 13 yrs. latter it finally leaked. It took him a while to find a replacement hose. He told us he will get the hose on Saturday and do the repairs then. Now it's running like new. I am happy that I didn't have to replace it because it's the most efficient, quietest dishwasher we have ever had. Thermador brand has been out of production for at least 6-7 years. I was having issues with a washer/dryer combo. I feared that it could be electrical parts going bad. Nikolay came out for the repair. He was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue on my dryer. He took the dryer apart, fixed the issue and put it back together. Fast repair! He then only charged a small diagnostic fee to make sure everything was working the washer. The only issue was more user-error, and a broken soap drawer faceplate that he guided me to a parts shop to help save me the money of having someone come out to snap a faceplate on. It's the day before Thanksgiving Day and I wasn't expecting to be able to get a service person out to fix my ice maker which had stopped producing ice, especially since I was trying to get the an appointment late in the afternoon, however Nikolay was willing to come out on short notice and diagnose my issue. Not only did he come the same day, he was there within an hour and a half. After introduction he went straight to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it all to me.
