This is one of my favorite little restaurants in the Seminole area! The owners are extremely friendly and genuinely care about their customers. All I really ever order is the Reuben and sweet tea but that's because they're both amazing! I've also had the Cuban which is also VERY good but my personal favorite is the Reuben. read more

So coming in with huge expectations would be putting it very lightly. I was a frequent flyer of their beach location which is widely known as a fantastic restaurant. Living in Seminole I was super pumped to find out they branched out to my hood! Ordered my usual Cuban sandwich with rice and beans and was every bit as satisfied as I was with their original location. The sandwich is near perfection. Definitely one of the best Cubans you can find on this side of the bay. The pork is just so tasty! Not sure what kind of wizardry they do back their in the kitchen, but it's so succulent! Maybe it's the Mojo? Maybe they just love what they do! Still havent ventured into the Mexican dishes as I'm always drawn to the Cubans and everything pork related, but I know it's only a matter of time! My goodness ...so good, authentic, fresh Mexican food! My husband got the enchiladas with Mexican style pork and he said ; finally a place to get great food like this! We have tried a few others in the Pinellas County area and they were greasy spoons........until now!!! My husband's dinner was very generous and came with wonderful red beans & rice & a salad. I got the best grilled chicken sandwich that had tons of green peppers & onions plus cheese, bacon , lettuce, tomatoes on pressed Cuban bread . Sooooo good!! We got this order to go and it was packed perfectly. I just called the Barracuda back to tell them how good it was!! The owners were very friendly on the phone and they were in person my husband said. The place is soooo clean to me that is as important as there wonderful food. WE WILL BE BACK.......to try all the amazing things! No more driving to Tampa to get this quality anymore!!! BTW......great Cuban coffee too. It all makes me miss Tampa less. read more

Rarely does a restuarant that serves such a variety of food do them let alone all of them well. This restaurant services mexican and cuban themed food and they are all excellent! They have the best reuben sandwich I have eaten anywhere in Pinellas County, The cuban sandwich is made with real pulled pork and there are several other sandwiches. They come with great sides including very good potato salad or slaw. After a great experience with Sandwiches I went back a few more times to try other items I went ahead and tried the Mojo Pork dish which is a great deal and comes with beans/rice, a mini loaf of cuban bread, corn and a side salad. Let me tell you, the Mojo Pork is absolutely AWESOME! I have never eaten a better pork at any Cuban restaurant. You have to try this! Finally they serve a full Mexican food menu also with Burritos, Bowls, Tacos with either pull pork, beef or chicken and their Barracuda bowl which is all the burrito ingredients in an edible shell bowl. Based upon the reviews of the original location, we decided to give this spot a try. I had the large Cuban while my wife had the Mojo Pork dish. Both were excellent, very flavorful. I saw a friend make a posting about this place, so I thought I should try it out. Kids and I ventured out after a long day of soccer games. We arrived at about 1 pm on a Saturday afternoon, we were the only ones in the place. We started with some nachos. Both kids raved about them, especially the cheese. The chips were fresh, cheese was too and melted perfectly. Loads of well seasoned ground beef, beens, tomatoes and mexican cheese on top. The salsa was perfect, not too spicy but had a little kick. Next we ordered the Cubans. You can chose between 8 or 12 in....we went with the 8 and it was still enormous! Good portion of ham and swiss, a little light on the pork. Pressed enough to give a good crunch, but still soft enough to enjoy the bread. Lathered in mayo, with a touch of mustard and pickles. It was a solidly built and tasty Cuban. My son enjoyed the beef empanada as well. Again, a large portion with light dough and a good size portion of well seasoned ground beef. Every item was yummy, we will definitely visit again. read more

I'm a big fan of this place! I have only been to this location. Today I had the mojo pork dish with a side salad. It was great. Salad not pictured bc I ate it before the entree came out. Both were great. I have also enjoyed the Tres tacos, Cuban and Reuben. It's not a busy place, but more people need to come to keep this gem here in Seminole. read more

This restaurant is amazing. I've been to bot locations (original on Gulf Blvd in St Pete Beach) and the food is fantastic. It appears that the original owners opened and moved to the new location and let their son continue running the original location. This location in Seminole is much larger and has better parking, so this would be the ideal location if you have a choice. I could recommend everything on the menu, but I would probably say to try the Barracuda sandwich if you aren't already deciding on something else. The combination of bacon and coleslaw is so good I can't stop thinking about it. You owe it to yourself if you have never been and if you have, I'm pretty sure you are agreeing with my review. read more

I went there for lunch on a weekday, I had the barracuda bowl. I also have chips and salsa. The barracuda bowl is a ton of food for very Little cost. The pork was very yummy, tasted fresh, and flavored to perfection. It also comes in a edible taco shell shaped into a bowl. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Ok, I work(ed) for a company that we have authentic mexican street taco restaurnts, spanish and cuban tapas, authetic mexican (not refried beans in a can)...so I'm well versed in this category. Seat yourself when you walk in, service was quick and friendly and just ask and they'll give suggestions and describe the dishes (don't be afraid). We got the Mojo Chicken dish, the Enchiladas and the Cuban sand. MOJO chicken was flavorful and really good, the Cuban was really good and a solid sandwich, the Enchiladas (in my opinion) stole the show. Not over salted and smothered in cheap sauce. Chicken was tender and juicy inside and not dry, homemade salsa on side, beans and rice on ALL dishes were FANTASTIC! really, really, really good food and ALL HOMEMADE. The 12" cuban sand is huge and we left with enough food (literally) for another lunch or dinner ($38). We also had a kids meal included in that price. Come here and eat, its really good. read more

I cannot say enough good about this place. We work just up the road and so many people from work eat here or get take out. The food is so good. Flavors are perfect. I've had the breakfast sandwich on their Cuban bread with eggs, cheese and bacon. So good, I have had it twice. I have also had the Barracuda bowl. Oh my - so darn good. I ordered the one with pork. So flavorful and you eat the crispy tortilla bowl. I'm craving it right now!!! Others have had the Ruben and said it was great, the taco bowl, the Cuban sandwich and the breakfast bowl. Totally exceeded my expectations. Was looking for an empanada spot locally and found Barracuda Deli. The empanadas were huge, priced well (2 for $5) and absolutely delicious.
