The studio is located within a commercial area and may seem unassuming as you follow your GPS there. But wow - this studio fully utilized the space it is in. I was greeted upon arrival and filled out the sheet as a first time student. (Also TBC is on classpass!) I took my shoes off at the front. They have a small retail area as well as an area with towels, wipes, mats for rent, etc. this area seemed to pertain to the heated classes more than the original barre code class that i was there for. I was shocked at how larger the studio was. For sure the largest barre studio I've ever seen. I felt like I had so much space which was nice. The prop area outside has a small easel up top that states what you will need for your class. This studio has two classrooms - one for the heated classes, and one for the nonheated. Plenty of lockers with keys are available as well. Now for the class: wow what a butt kick. Literally did butt kicks from time to time. But the 50 minutes flew by. The pacing was quick but I never felt like i wasn't able to stay up to speed. Throughout the class the lights dimmed to prepare us for the final "burnout" as they call It and stretching. My hips could have used a bit more stretching between segments but all in all it was a great workout. I may just venture back again!

MEAN GIRL INSTRUCTOR!…read more I'm sure this studio is fine and not all instructors are this way. However, my experience with Jillian was not great. I was not greeted when I arrived, and took it upon myself to say hello and that I was there for the first time with class pass. This was not followed up by any welcoming or questions on how to accommodate me or if I'm familiar with Pilates. Just "what's your name?" followed by an "okay" when I told her. Then, once I took my spot at a machine and class began, Jillian began talking to the class about her experience teaching at the new Noblesville location. She talked trash about having to teach beginners who "have never taken reformer Pilates before and have no clue what they're doing" and even mocked how they were asking her "what do I do?" It's a new studio, you'd probably assume there were some new people joining. She told us she had to go through an entire bag of throat drops from "having to talk through the entire class for four hours telling everyone what to do".... isn't that the instructors job? Mind you, this was only my second time ever doing reformer Pilates. So this made me very nervous to do anything wrong or ask for any help. I didn't end up needing it though, because the class wasn't even challenging. Barely broke a sweat or felt a burn.

Maria made the experience very comfortable and showed us the ropes without making the process as intimidating as it may look from the outside. This studio offers classes for those who are looking to tone their bodies to those who are going through physical therapy (full gamut). Our class included usage of the reformer machines that work both the legs and arms. We also incorporated a taste of bar work. Note that the room is both clean and crisp with several different forms of exercise available. The front of the building serves as a mini apparel shop (hard to resist the fun and sassy items on display).

Decided to stay for a barre/towel class as it was snowing & there happened to be a class staring in a few minutes. How lucky that I did! As a fitness professional with 33 years in the business, I am a bit particular about great instruction. I got to take class with Jen the owner. She was nothing short of amazing. Clear, fun instruction that left me feeling stretched, lengthened & revitalized from my little head to the tip of my toes. All the very fit gals in class were super inspiring as well. Cute boutique, warm greeting & lovely community. Don't hesitate- go!!

I was genuinely excited and appreciative of the opportunity, but unfortunately my experience afterward left me disappointed. From the beginning, I found the explanation of the studio's services and policies to be unclear. Following my first in-studio class, the communication over the last few hours was not pleasant and made me feel more uncomfortable than welcomed as a guest. One of my biggest concerns was learning only after the giveaway had already been awarded that a payment method was expected to be kept on file "just in case." In my opinion, giveaways should be transparent from the start. seemed as if this is their was of making the money back from if the free guest misses a session and their not in a hole. which in my opinion defeats the purpose of the giveaway. When I expressed my concerns, I was advised to speak with the studio owner, Toby, for clarification. I made several separate attempts to reach out but never received a response or a phone call as told. Being referred to the owner and then receiving no communication made the experience even more bothersome and left me feeling as though my concerns were not valued. While the one class i did attend was enjoyable, the overall customer experience, communication, and lack of follow-through did not leave a positive impression. Because of that, I chose not to continue using the complimentary month. I sincerely wish the studio continued success and hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to improve transparency, communication, and the onboarding experience for their next "giveaway"

Part 2 to reply to the owners comment to my first post:…read more I contacted the studio directly multiple times over several months before leaving this review, so their polished public response is disappointing to read. If the empathy expressed here were genuine, my cancellation would have been handled months ago, the repeated billing attempts would have stopped, and I would not still be receiving ongoing payment texts and emails for a membership I do not owe. What has not been addressed publicly is the actual issue: my cancellation request was repeatedly denied despite medical documentation, an unauthorized freeze was placed on my account, billing attempts continued afterward, and my direct communication was repeatedly ignored. This response feels focused on public image rather than accountability or resolution. A polished response means very little when the private handling of the situation tells a different story. For anyone considering a year-long membership, I strongly encourage you to fully understand the cancellation terms before signing and be aware of how difficult it may be to cancel if circumstances change.
