As I was trying to close escrow in Idaho at the same time and I was very stressed and cranky. Leah took it in stride especially since she had had a baby right before we listed! The only item that I would have preferred a heads up on before the buyer's inspection was that when one resales a mobile home you need to have the hot water heater strapped in a specific format and you need screens behind the vents in the siding.
