Brian did my loan about 2 years ago and did not set up an impound account. When I noticed that I reached out and asked him why he did not do that. He never answered he question just told me it was easy to do. Than covid hit and it became an issue to get the documentation needed. I have reached out to Brian several times and I get the brush off, or "Brother I will call you" and no phone call. This process has not been easy at all as I finally got the paperwork and the mortgage company is difficult to deal with now. If this would have been done properly by Brian, or at least handled by Brian when I called, I would not have to go through all this BS I am going through. I get it though they got my money already and there is no more money in correcting his mistake so why bother. I had actually sent him a referral as well. That will not be happening again. read more

15 Days into my escrow we have had to let go of IFC. We found them to be unprofessional and come to find out the person doing the loan doesn't even have her license anymore. Not to mention she decided to leave and go on vacation out of the country and didn't even tell us untill we had to call and find out why the appraisal had never been ordered!! Very unprofessional.
