After coming back from Naples, Italy, I can say the pizza was so delicious and made well, it could have been served in Italy! Also, the Aperole spritz and Hugo spritz were delicious drinks made by Tom. Reminiscent of an Italian Happy hour. Loved the calamari small dish and the potato chip crusted onion rings both were unique and amazing! Our server, Kimani, kept our glasses filled, food ordered and checked on us regularly. She was a delight to talk with and made our experience the best! Food came out promptly. Staff was friendly. The decor was great. It's an upscale casual dining place that is fun to visit. Margherita pizza is absolutely fantastic. The dough - chef's kiss! Wonderful burnt spots dot the edges of a chewy, perfect crust. The tomato sauce is fresh and so tasty that this cheese lover could even do without the cheese. (But reader, I would never!) The space is bright and airy. And the service was friendly and attentive. My first visit to this restaurant, which opened several months ago, left a favorable impression. Tucked away in a corner location within the Waverly Corporate Center in Marriottsville, it offers a pleasant setting with several designated handicap parking spaces conveniently located near the entrance and an accessible entryway. The restaurant is tastefully designed with open ceilings and large windows overlooking an outdoor patio surrounded by attractive greenery. The bar area looks inviting and well-suited for a busy evening crowd, with multiple televisions available for viewing favorite sports and programs. Service throughout our visit was polite and helpful. I started with the Blue Ridge Salad, which was fresh and flavorful, featuring crumbled blue cheese and strips of caramelized onions. I would recommend requesting the dressing on the side, as it can cause the lettuce to wilt fairly quickly. For my entrée, I ordered the Smoke Burger. It was cooked as requested and remained juicy throughout. The combination of Gruyère cheese, chipotle aioli, and bacon blended together very well. The only drawback was that the burger became difficult to hold as the juices soaked through the bun, causing it to fall apart before I finished. Our table also shared a freshly prepared brick-oven Margherita pizza. The thin crust featured nicely charred edges, while the pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese were generously applied and melted into a deliciously gooey topping. We visited during a weekday lunch period that was busy but not overcrowded. Our server appeared to be responsible for both the indoor and outdoor dining areas while also clearing tables. This may have contributed to a noticeable delay in receiving our food and settling the check. Hopefully, this was simply an unusual occurrence rather than the norm. We've visited this place several times, and it's consistently excellent. A few of our favorites have been the Barrington Blanco Pizza with added pepperoni, the Old Bay dry‑rub wings, and a build‑your‑own pizza with garlic cream, fresh mozzarella, ricotta, pepperoni, and jalapeños. Every one of them has been amazing. The servers are always attentive and friendly, and the restaurant is very clean, including the restrooms. We've sat both indoors and outdoors--the outdoor seating is especially nice and surprisingly free of bugs. They also offer a great happy hour Monday through Friday from 3-6 PM. Friday night visit. We sat at the bar instead of waiting for a table. The service was a little slow, the Bartenders looked swamped. I had a draft and my wife had a Summer Sangria. Both hit the spot. We got the Fried Deviled Eggs. I've had these at Walkers ( same owner) and they're my favorite. These had lots of texture issues. Maybe just overcooked. First time not finishing that app. For dinner we ordered a pizza with sausage, mushroom and banana peppers. Maybe it would be better with less toppings and request cooking it longer. He stopped in today for lunch prior to a hike. It was quiet at 11:30 AM and we were sat in the back patio, which was nicely shaded. Two of us had the shrimp Poboy, which we liked a lot. The burger was high-quality meat and the fries seem to be freshly cut. I enjoy the potato leek soup which had plenty of bacon. The mocktails were nice as well. Definitely worth a try. Although I miss the Black Flag Social at this location, I was very pleased with the experience at Barrington's. Four of us went for dinner on a very busy Saturday night and we enjoyed excellent cocktails while waiting for our table. The only drink I would not recommend would be the espresso martini as it was way too sweet. Their menu is practically identical to Walkers Tap house and I understand it's the same ownership. Service was top-notch food was fresh and tasty and the ambience although a bit loud was enjoyable. Strongly recommend reservations. read more

Discounts on beer, wine, mixed drinks and pizza (pizza is quick cooked in an open, high temperature brick oven). The floor plan is quite open, the ambiance quite casual, has seasonal outdoor seating. The Barrington Tap has a fun atmosphere, with some of the most bizarre sports on the TV that I ever saw (Think ESPN8) but I think it was just a slow sports night. The place was buzzing but not to loud that we couldn't have a conversation. The food was good, but other than the fried deviled eggs it was pretty common pub food. But our server was top notch. Prompt and attentive. we stayed a while and talked and didn't feel pressured to leave. Checks were split easily (3 couples). It was just a good evening. I would come back to watch a game. Excellent "sister" restaurant to Walker's Tap & Table in Glenwood. Barrington Tap & Table has a very cool vibe inside with high ceilings, nice bar area, plenty of tables, an especially comfy long wood banquette in one room, and an open view to their impressive pizza oven. Each time we've been welcomed in by the kind hosts. Well-trained servers and bus staff are attentive and knowledgeable. We've enjoyed burgers and fries, wings, pizzas, salads, and onion rings. We came to Barringtons for the first time tonight. There was a long wait told 45 minutes but it took less than 20. The service and food was outstanding. We had the Pot Roast French Dip, best I have ever had and the Burger cooked perfectly at med rare. Two appetizer's of onion rings and fried deviled eggs, again outstanding! A great meal for two!
