This is my fifth time here and I do really like there food and almost alwAys get the bang bang shrimp accept this time it was dowsed in the sauce which took over the taste of all the freshness you offer and was to much for me. My husband ate his which was the same amount sauce but I wasn't cooking and that's all he was getting. But never have I had it like this saturated. I was really excited to try this place. I'm a vegetarian and I love (love, love, love, love) Mexican food. I ordered a quesadilla with black beans, onions, and tomatoes, along with nachos with their vegetarian ground beef. My coworker got something with the vegetarian beef as well. The food was mehh. Nothing to write home about, not even close. The vegetarian beef was absolutely awful. The nachos would have been much better without it. The quesadilla was ok... it had way too many black beans. It had more beans than cheese in it. My coworker described the vegetarian beef as tasting a bit like beef jerky. I would try this place again without the fake beef. I would not get the quesadilla again. Overall very Americanized Mexican food. I would think their best dishes are the most basic options. Maybe my expectations were too high. read more

Checked this out because it's new and its 2 miles from my house. Its really delicious. I've gone on my lunch twice and the gentleman (probably the owner) and the woman who works at lunch time are both sweet and lovely people. The kitchen is clean the ingredients are fresh. I've had the barbacoa and chorizo and both are very good. Lots of good seasoning. Portions are large and the price is really reasonable same or a little less than you would pay at Chipotle or Qdoba and its a locally owned place. Definitely worth the try. We just had us some Burritobar for the first time and it was sooo good!! My sister has been telling me to try this restaurant and I am so happy I did because it was delicious! The Cerezo fries were amazing as well as the burrito bowl and the steak quesadilla was so good too! The service was quick and efficient and they have a friendly staff who works hard. Good food at a good price for all you get. Next time I hope the tortillas are a little fresher but otherwise an all around great experience! read more

Our family stopped In there today to try for the first time. We had 2 Large steak burritos, 1 veggie burrito bowl and 2 churros. Food was amazingly good. The establishment was clean. The staff was friendly. All the food options looked and tasted fresh. Churros rocked. Heck I might stop in just for those alone. The restaurant is attached to a party store and look's a little rough on the outside, however, we received a friendly greeting and very patient helpful service. I ordered a beef burrito prepared my way. My burrito was huge and it was delicious! My wife ordered a chicken burrito prepared her way. Her burrito was huge and delicious. The Indian dude who served me and my stepdad was actually ridiculous. He put 2 tiny scoops of Meat on my large burrito and when I asked for more he said "i can only do two." Like wow.. I've been here many times and I've had other people serve me way better, the two scoops I got all the other times before were enough for me to not ask for more... my step dad also asked him to please drain the greasy meat... the guy didn't do that either, instead he only grabbed the greasy parts, he didn't stir it or nothing. When I get served by the guy with the tattoos he always does me good. He knows what he's doing and he should stick around.. always gives you enough meat and toppings. Yelp brought us here and it was spot on. Great burrito bowl, steak for me and veggie burrito for my wife. It feels more fresh than other places but the honest point putting them ahead is cost. I came in late Friday to get some food and a younger gentleman started helping me, a older employee with no work shirt and saggy pants was talking to a customer. They were both their phones exchanging something then the customer left. When I was checking out the customer came back in and handed the older employee a bag over the counter very discreetly trying to hide what it was, but I could smell the Mary Jane past the food. The Customer that gave him the bag then turned to the next lady in line and started talking and asking her questions, probably because we both were looking at what was happening in-front of us and shocked. I am really upset, it made me extremely uncomfortable and probably the other lady too. The younger boy seemed really shocked and upset and told me to have a great day and I left. The food is pretty good and this is the first time I've seen this employee before, all my other times were pretty pleasant. But that's no excuse for what happened on the 28th, and that shouldn't be happening at a food establishment across the food with multiple customers around. It's insanely idiotic and I really really can't believe this happened. Some of the employees are nice and the food is alright but I do not suggest you come here! It was okay. Definitely not as good as Chipotle or Q-Doba. I was excited to try it and ordered a steak burrito bowl. I had to look closely at the steak to be sure it wasn't ground beef. Overall it made me think of something I would receive at a concession stand at a high school football game. Not horrible, but not really good either. I also ordered chips and queso. The queso came in a surprisingly small container and was more of a dark yellow color. I'm sure some people prefer that, but I didn't care for the taste. Order was correct and they were quick. Wish them the best, but I don't think we'll order again. read more
