For my nachos I went with the carnitas though I think they may have accidentally given me the al pastor as I bit into more than a few chunks of pineapple, which honestly was not my favorite when blended with the other elements of the nachos. I'd definitely get them again but I think I'd pick a different protein just in case. Probably the steak since it was so good in the quesadillas. I went through less than half of the nachos since they were a huge portion and tucked away the rest in the fridge for the next day. Sure, nachos don't always reheat great but I tossed mine under the broiler to crisp everything back up and then added some fresh chips on the side and it was perfect. I still had a few leftovers even after that and took the rest of it and added an egg on top for a makeshift chilaquiles dish! Pretty good!
