Absolutely delicious! We both got the Super Wet Burrito, one with chicken and one with asada and both with red sauce. They were SO good. The price is amazing as well. We will most definitely be back. Great food truck off the beaten path. Great if you like authentic Mexican food. It was greasy, salty and delicious. The carnitas were excellent and the enchiladas were tasty. I noticed almost everyone ordering the horchata so I got one and it was sweet and refreshing. Definitely balanced out the spice. We took the food home as the location was a bit dusty. My husband and I pass this taco truck plenty of times and seen that it gets pretty busy daily. We finally decided to give it a try. Let me tell you the food is so bomb we ate there twice in a row and are planning our next visit. I'm not a big fan of tacos but let me tell you the carne asada tacos at this taco spot are the very and I mean the very best tacos I have ever been so lucky to eat. The carne asada is so perfectly seasoned and not dry. Their salsa is perfect. The green and red salsa have a great kick to it. You can pour the green salsa on anything. The birria tacos with the consume is also very good. I like my birria tacos more cheesy and crispy but their take is a 8/10. But their tacos 1000000/10. Also the staff is very friendly. I have had such amazing experiences at Barrios over the last couple years, it's been nothing short of great. The family that runs this location are top notch. Everyone is always so friendly. I am so glad they have been successful here. Everything from the breakfast burritos to the plated combinations are great. The 6 pack carnitas hard shell tacos are a staple for me. Now, when I walk up to order one of the sons says, 6 pack of tacos? lol. I guess I go here too much. Either way check them out. Food here rocks. We have been here twice. The first time I had shrimp tacos, they were delicious. Husband had Birria tacos with consommé, he also loved it. This time I had Camerones a la Cora. I got medium spiciness. There was enough food for 2 lunches. The shrimp were succulent and tender. It is served with rice, beans and tortillas. Husband got a burrito, he also had enough for 2 meals. This food truck used to be right down the street from my work, but he moved to a busier spot on baseline (I can't blame him). Now that means I have to drive 10 minutes to him instead of two, but it's worth it. My go to is the carne asada super burrito with two cups of red salsa on the side to dump onto the burrito as I eat. The salsa is spicy and tasty. The carne asada is seasoned perfectly and always hits. My coworkers also enjoy their carne asada burrito. The burrito always fills me up as a big eater. Smaller eaters might get two meals. I honestly haven't tried anything else haha. Once you find something that works I just stick with it. They do have a pretty extensive menu with breakfast included. They also have some of your other staples like birria and fries. They also have a few things with flamin hot Cheetos that I'm not brave enough to try. They have a few places to sit under and easy up if you wanted to eat there, but it is pretty dusty. I usually just sit there while I'm waiting for my food. Hopefully since I've created this entry we can get reviews of their other food, because I'm stuck on the carne asada burrito haha read more

I'm so glad they came to my neighborhood. They're actually better than El Azteca, and their prices are 70% lower. (Go to El Azteca and you'll see what I mean.) I usually get the adobada tacos or the Camerones Cora, and both are excellent in flavor, portion and price. (9 shrimp, rice, beans and tortillas for $16?? Wow!) Wow! This food truck rocks The Mexican food is spot on. I have had the breakfast burritos, carnitas hard shell tacos, carne asada street tacos and chicken burritos. The prices are seriously not bad. The service is spot on. The person who takes your order is super nice. The female cook is on point. It can get busy. I think they get there around 10 or so everyday except Sunday. They close at 5 pm and are open a bit longer on Friday and Saturday. It's all dirt around the truck and where you park so it is dusty. I have driven by this Taco Truck on my way to West Roseville several times and decided to stop in because, as I am in construction, the taco truck has always been a pretty solid choice with very few exceptions. I ordered three Birria tacos with consume- this is an exotic order for me, as I am typically a shredded beef or shredded chicken taco guy. Upon First Bite I knew this place was something special. The tacos, dipped in the consume and topped with their orange(ish) hot sauce were so good that for the rest of the day I couldn't stop thinking about these tacos. I have been there twice now with my coworker and he ordered the Super Burrito (carne asada) -of which sang its praises as well and I ordered the three Birria tacos the second time as well. During this second visit I had some consume left over and decided to go for the six pack of carnitas tacos, and was blown away yet again at the moist, flavorful Carnitas meat. As for my qualifications on what makes Mexican food good. I grew up in Southern California, specifically North Hollywood. I challenge anyone to find more authentic Mexican food variety than Southern California and consider myself a taco truck connoisseur as well- again with my construction background. I cannot wait to go back again with my wife and share this place with her. I recommend asking for tortilla chips which they will make for you on site and eating all of your food over those chips so that none of the flavors go to waste. Service is as prompt- as expected for taco truck standards. As for ambiance, there is a fold-out table with a few chairs under a pop-up shade structure. Do not let the ambience stop you from enjoying this food, sometimes I believe people put too much pressure on restaurants, especially mom-and-pop shops to cater to all of their whims. I would be more than happy to enjoy this food in the parking lot sitting in my truck, the food speaks for itself. read more
