We love having this crave-worthy food truck parked in the area. It's become one of our go-to spots. Ordering online is easy with a record of past orders. If you order in person, there are chairs to sit & wait in some shade. We are always met with friendly, accommodating customer service. Our favorites are a Super Shrimp Burrito (the chipotle sauce is so good!) with an addition of meat, a Super Burrito with Adobada (meat is so tender & flavorful), & a Crispy Carne Asada Taco that little one eats up. Freshly fried chips are available & we always add on a bag when we show up. We enjoy their salsas as well. A Chile Relleno Burrito is sometimes available, but we haven't had good timing yet. Sometimes the dust kicks up, but that's a small price to pay for the deliciousness & great service of this food truck.

It's being a while since I found a good Mexican food truck that remind me one of my favorite food trucks in Bay Area. I ordered, Quesabirria- the flavors are wonderful, but wish it had more meat and cheese. But overall it was very delicios. Tacos- carne asada and al pastor - my favorites l, very authentic. The meat was super tender and savory. Carne asada super burrito- it was good, but mainly rice. I didn't see much sour cream or guacamole. For me it was more like a regular burrito than a super. Special plate- 6 crispy carnitas tacos- very delicious . Carnitas were very tender. Plus their salsas ... yum! They were very fast after you put an order in. I did a mobile order on the spot and it was super easy. Wish that they had their food truck in a parking lot instead of a sand lot ....

Today I stopped at Barrios Kitchen Taco Truck on Baseline Rd in Roseville Ca. I tried their street tacos and they were delicious! I had carnitas, carne asada and Al Pastor. They were so good! I highly recommend Barrios Kitchen!

I will always go out of my way to try a new taco truck or stand especially if its got good reviews and the food looks legit, I just happened to be in the Roseville/Rocklin area with a couple of hours to kill and an empty stomach, so I was sitting in a parking lot looking for something good. And to be honest I wasn't even looking for tacos, but tacos found me! Even though it looks like it inland and would take some time to get there, its really not. Super easy to get to and hard to miss, its sitting on the side of the road in front of a field. I was excited, this is the kind of place I like. At new places, I like to get a feel for how the meats and flavors or in their simplest forms, and to me thats the taco, tortilla, meat, and some onions with cilantro. You can tell a lot on about a place just with tacos, is the meat going to be dry? is it going to be bland? chewy? The meat sets the tone for every other menu item. So I usually get a good variety of tacos, before I dig in I take a little bit of meat from each taco and try it on its own before its covered up with salsa and onions. I ended up with quesabirra, carne asada, pollo, abodoba, and carnitas. the birria taco was a little thin on the meat and cheese side, but the meat was moist and had that good birria stew flavor, I wish there was a little bit more to it but it was a good way to start of the sampler. next up was the carne asada, the meat was nice and tender and also had good flavor, the pollo was on par with the carne asada also, they used some good seasoning to make it stand out and not get lost, but the stand outs were the abodoba and the carnitas, if I wasn't already getting full I would of gotten a couple more of the last 2! I have noticed that some taco trucks and stands have started to raise their prices but the quality of the food doesn't justify the prices, I am happy to say that Barrios was priced well and the quality and flavor is better than a lot of the more expensive places I have been to. Would I go back? 100%! I am now looking forward to finding myself in that area again, and hopefully sooner than later.

Man! Still trying to find authentic Mexican food in Roseville. I had high hopes. It was just ok, prices were good. Not sure I'd come again.

They forgot our tacos. I went back, but they were already closed. First and last time I will go there. Try El Azteca instead.

This was good! Was at the Crocker Art Mix in March and ordered SPICY RONI $19 - Tomato sauce,…read moremozzarella, pepperoni, jalapeno, hot honey. A shareable size. I'm giving just 4 stars because the honey was sweet but not that spicy and the jalapeño was more of a bell pepper - also not that spicy. But the thin crust was good and I didn't have to wait too long. Service was inviting and informative. I liked that they had a buzzer to tell me when it was done which made it more of an appealing vibe. Other food trucks had people waiting around for the name to be called - the buzzer is WAY better. The food truck itself is gorgeous. To see the wood fire over from the big windows was super cool!

I walked over with my coworker around 11:45 and luckily, there was no wait. Thanks to our Philanthropy team I had a voucher for a free meal that I was excited to use. The service was lacking, the person who took my order seemed annoyed that I was using the voucher so that was a bit of a turn off. We ordered the Garden Vibe and got our order in about 10 minutes. Despite the service, the pizza was DELICIOUS and I love that it was a thin crust. The portion size originally looked small but I was able to share it with two of my coworkers and we were all very satisfied. Overall, great pizza but the customer service aspect of my visit could have been way better. If I see the truck around and I'm in the mood for pizza, I will definitely get it again.

You can get a street taco from anywhere... but where can you get a zip taco?!…read more Niko's Tacos was voted on Yelp's top 100 for taco spots in 2025. How cool is that!? I have seen Niko's Tacos all over my social media. It instantly caught my attention that I had to come in and see what the hype was about. After spending a very busy day with my client, I came here for a late lunch. I actually almost passed it up. It shares the parking lot with 7/11. There are only about 4 parking spaces out front. When you walk in, there are only 4 tables that can seat up to 4 people each. It is very cozy in here. The only menu I noticed is on the counter at the register. There were so many things to choose from. So today, I am trying their Zip Tacos! For meats, they offer grilled chicken, steak, shrimp, and newly added, al pastor. Inside these zip tacos, there are tomatoes, onion, cilantro, melted cheese, and the taco shell on the outside has sour cream and cotija cheese sprinkled on. Since I decided to sit and dine in, they brought me my order. I got 1 al pastor zip taco and 1 shrimp zip taco. These looked so pretty! I got an order of pretty tacos, lol. The colors inside were vibrant, and the drizzle of sour cream topped with cotija cheese was a nice touch. They offered me mild or spicy sauce. Of course I went with spicy. The shrimp zip taco was different, but very delicious. The shrimp inside was cooked just perfectly. I craved that next bite. The al pastor was ok. It seemed to be missing a little more flavor on just the meat. I loved how the tacos came dressed to party.... in my mouth. They even had bits of crusty cheese along the edges that added tasty bits to your taco. Next time I have a solo taco party, I'll be sure to come with a bigger appetite!

BWE ordered a burrito bowl without sour cream and cheese (food allergies). The fish taco was bigger than I thought it would be and it was incredible! So flavorful and juicy. It was filled with fish, lettuce, guacamole, pico de gallo. The fish was grilled perfectly. I could have eaten five of those. (I'm still thinking about it.) The super burrito was so tasty! The steak was delicious, and was perfectly accompanied by the beans, rice, pico, sour cream and guac. Again, the portion was huge. BWE really enjoyed her burrito bowl, which was more like a taco salad but I'm not complaining. Staff was great! Service was quick. They have a salsa bar with great salsas.
