I was shopping around because my insurance booker weren't really helping us with our needs. I was just lazy to look around. This year, I had enough of their lack of transparency. It was always an issue to give me and my dad our balance info ECT. I am giving an insight of my past experience based on my new experience. Yes, this can change of course I'm aware. We are human but it was refreshing to speak to Isis. She was patient and understanding. She took the time to be detailed with everything I asked. She responded, even if I potentially my not join. However, she delivered a quote in a timely manner. My issues wasn't easy since we have 5 vehicles. She informed me of my dad's commercial vehicle and how it requires a special insurance due to the style of the vehicle. Our old insurance was charging my dad a full coverage on a basic car; when my dad's car is technically commercial. I was livid, because I was never aware. My dad, also told me he asked our old insurance for just liability. It's unfortunate that old insurance company can take advantage of people. I got full transparency here and it's how I was able to get properly informed. She went above and beyond for us. I am so grateful, I honestly decided to go with this insurance based on Isis level of knowledge, the way she was social yet professional and patience. I did, 10 years of customer service and I know it isn't easy so I'm always grateful when someone does an astonishing job because we lack basic etiquette and respect in today's society. When, I arrived, Isis and Dulce both greeted me with a warm welcome and are dog mom's so they were patient with my dog Mollie. I try, to take her out as much as I can because she isn't friendly but even Mollie was not aggressive. Dogs, can sense people intent. She liked them both! Furthermore, during our paperwork Dulce and Isis work well as a team. They helped each other out and I can see the unity in this company. That goes a long way. Positive work flow matter for a healthy lifestyle. I can only speak on what I saw. I saw, them be helpful and courteous towards one another and I am truly thank for their kindness and patience towards me. Dulce even assisted me with another account and I'm sorry I took to much of their time. I know when, it's time to go... It's time to go. Never the less, I am just so appreciative of them both!!! The payments went automatically and I never had to deal with anything. I had to file a claim in 2024 on my home site Insurance due to a storm and never had a problem either I was hooked up with Aegis foe homesite coverage and they were very prompt in getting everything dealt with. Come early 2026. I don't know what has happened to this local agency evidently the local brokers usually do the billing for the company or the paperwork. Well, the paperwork has been very lacking. I spoke with someone on around mid February to March to try to get my payments for my insurance straightened around and I thought it was fixed because I paid them $187 to catch up my insurance and they said they would start taking the payments out of my card again starting the next month while that never happened all of a sudden one day I was told that on March 16 they would cancel my insurance because I hadn't made any payments and I still owe them something like $98 and I received the letter for a March 16 cancellation at the end of March? Someone's not doing their job promptly so now they decided they canceled me on April 11 and I received the letter work that it was canceled today which is May 17. I advise you if you want something done right you find another insurance agency that can get their paperwork done promptly so these problems are not not found. I had an ass Insurance the next day at a much better rate with another agency and another insurance company. They were very punitive after the event that happened to my home. My deductible went from 500 to 5000. So now I'm back with a company that has nearly no deductible in a much better Payment. Maybe they did me a favor but I went over a month uninsured and I was never notified and the icing on the cake as they want me to send them another $39.... For what? So my recommendation with this agency. Until they clean their office up.....AVOID Does anybody have any monopoly money they don't need?
