I will be honest, I dont know a lot about cannabis and all the products that can be made but when I still decided to stop by and have a look. It had a welcome and chill environment, the staff was attentive to the customers from what I saw. The girl behind the counter was very knowledgeable about the products they offer and made some great recommendations. She answered all my questions and never rushed me or pressured me into buying something. I would mention that I wanted something that would be chill and she gave me her personal preferences for that. I asked her for something much higher and she suggested xyz. Been there before to shop and it was nothing special. Went recently to pick up a donation and was treated with such a gross lack of common courtesy by the manager that I will never go back there. What happened: arrived there and staffer told me I didn't have the correct documentation to pick up the donation but the manager would help me. Instead of telling me to go to her window or her calling me over, they both left me standing there waiting without instructions. When I finally asked why other customers were being served by her before she helped me, I was told that I had an attitude. (What "attitude", exactly?) When I went to her window, she was rude from the get-go and then suddenly eclared that I had arrived at her window with an attitude (again, what "attitude", exactly?) and refused to give me the donation, which is only available there. No apologies from either one for misinforming me, making me wait for no reason, switching up the procedures from the last time without warning, just rudeness and insensitivity. I have never experienced anything like this before and was truly devastated. Got myself together to try again the next day, the only other day that the donation was available for pick-up, deeply concerned she would again use some flimsy pretext to deny me the donation as she had the previous day. Long story short, the next day she was rude, antagonistic, defensive and dismissive from the very first thing she said to me, including calling me a "fucking fake person" because I was disputing her distorted version of events and asserting the facts as she repeatedly tried to gaslight me -- and true to form, she made up an excuse to again deny me the donation again on the last day that I could get it. What competent manager (and in this case hopefully one with a little compassionate, as she serves medical patients) isn't able to easily and quickly defuse some legitimate, minor customer frustration, and exhibit some basic common courtesy, instead of escalating a situation completely unnecessarily and treating patients in this manner? What a horrible experience it was, two days back to back. Never again. read more

This was our first time to BASA and Nadra was very kind and answered all of my questions. I am newer to cannabis and wanted to try different products to help with my migraines. Nadra knew exactly what to pull and made some great recommendations. I can't speak to the number of different options, but from what I can tell they definitely have a lot to choose from. When I picked them up, the budtender charged me full price, then he was surly when I informed him of the online price; he did nothing to correct it. I emailed the store about my experience and have not received a response. I'd rather buy from a store that treats their customers better. read more

The cannabis industry is very competitive especially with major companies Eaze, Smokeland and Green Team and others. The major companies choke out the little guys by selling the same product for but you get way more for your money and its delivered. That said, for over at least 10 years, I have been supporting Basa. Today I went in and I was greeted by a guy who always refers to me using a slang term for me that I do not like. I find it offensive. The last four times he's waited on me, he called me the term and each time I ask him not to call me that because I find it offensive. Not a hard unusual request considering he is holding and looking at my drivers license. Today however, I actually got upset because this is literally the fourth time I've corrected him. And another employee (a guy wearing his little brothers t-shirt) who wasn't even involved in the conversation must've been listening because he got involved and ultimately said f*ck you (add the name that reall bothers me). So when I asked for the manager, he just shrugged his shoulders and said, I say (the word) sometimes. If other people are OK with it that's on them but I've made it clear multiple times that it offends me and I'm a regular longtime customer. At least I was. I even kept coming after they stopped the rewards program, which in this day and age is a big incentive. It's a shame. I can get a 28 grams of fresh quality product delivered to my house at the same price I pay for 3.5 grams of dry powder weed that pours out of the paper after you roll it from Basa, and the best part is I don't have to put up with hostility and rude employees. (I didn't include the word because I didn't want to debate it on here. To some it's really offensive and condescending and clearly to others it's not a big deal but that's besides the point. This review is about being repeatedly disrespected by a biz I've supported for a long time.). read more

There is a young lady by the name of Marie (I was saying good things about her to a couple of vendors who let me know they call her Shorty), she is the best...she makes me feel so comfortable while I am spending my small amount of money. I am done ordering from this place. They get my orders wrong now and they just arrive whenever. The app kicks out an estimated time when you order, but it's a joke. It used to tell you when someone was on the way, but now nope. If you wanna know when your order is going to arrive or even close, then don't use this delivery service. Only go into the store to buy.
