It's been a year since Edward installed a mini split for me so I figured it's a good time to leave my review. I had a ton of questions about which product to install and the installation process. Edward was very patient and explained everything in detail. He installed the mini split quickly and professionally with zero issue. His pricing was very competitive and fair and he uses top of the line products. The only hiccup would be that I wanted a 115V installed but it ended up being a 230V even after I was assured that it is a 115V. Unfortunately, that meant my electrical panel is completely full and I wouldn't be able to have Edward install another mini split for me. Regardless, the mini split has been working perfectly for an entire year now. No weird sounds, zero issues with cooling or heating and my electric bill went down significantly. We were experiencing an issue with our air conditioner: it would turn on and cool the house to the set temperature, but it wouldn't restart when the temperature rose again. That evening, I replaced the thermostat myself--but unfortunately, it didn't resolve the issue. Admittedly frustrated, I texted Edward, who remained incredibly patient and understanding. He continued thinking through the issue on his own time and reached out to me first thing the next morning at 6:01 AM. By 6:47 AM, he was at my house. Edward's instincts were right. He discovered that when a different company had previously replaced the unit, they performed some questionable electrical bypass work that masked the underlying problem. What do you call a HVAC contractor that bids a Job (complete system replacement) lower than three other companies by far. Shows up exactly when he says he will. Completes job sooner than he estimated and does quality work? You would call that compay "E 320 Air". My AC system went out at the worst time, when we had temps above 115 degrees. My old system I bought with my home 20 years ago went out. It was acting up for a few years but I kept putting off the inevitable and stalled replacing it. So when it did go out, I had three companies come out and look at it and quote a replacement. I had no idea how expensive it would be. Lowest quote for my system was north of $13K. I was trying to figure out how to pay for it and decided to ask a neighbor who had his replaced a couple years ago who he used and he Raved about Edward at E 320 Air. I asked Edward for a quote, He showed up next day and looked at my system. He took a good long look at my system, and he took twice as long to look at it compared to the other companies. Long story short, he under bid the lowest quote by several thousand dollars for the same exact system the others quoted. The situation I had was that the fan went out on the AC unit. Emailed Edward around 630 am and he called back within a couple of minutes. Said he'd be by later in the afternoon. This is the second time I've used him for the AC unit which is the original one from the 90's. He was able to change the motor out and have the unit up and running within an hour. I can tell you his prices were the best around. I ended purchasing the Quiet Cool Stealth Pro 7.x and it was a great choice. No need for the A/C to run constantly anymore. The unit actually came defective from the manufacturer but Edward worked hard to get a brand new unit ordered and installed in a matter of days. Full installation including timer and power switch. No payment until the entire job was completed. Installation was professionally done and we use it constantly during warmer days.
