Each and every location features plentiful parking, a social media worthy interior, comfortable elegant seating, and quality desserts that consistently delight everyone who has the opportunity to try them. On my visit here, I tried a different set of items from my Schaumburg visit to test the consistency of quality across different flavor profiles and dessert types, and it delivered perfectly. The mango gelato here is incredible -- with probably the strongest mango flavor I've ever had in a gelato. The Lotus was an elevated version of one of my favorite biscuits. The gelato is incredible, creamy and flavorful -- and something I'd happily serve with most any dessert. The waffle was flavorful as usual which paired perfectly with the chocolate mix. I also wanted to try My Passion to get a mix of different fruits -- as I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh the fruit was at the other location. This was equally as great, with fruit presented at the perfect ripeness. Extra kudos to the kiwi which wasn't sour at all, and in fact was one of the first items to be finished completely. The pineapple was also super juicy, sweet, and flavorful. I wish we'd gotten more eclairs, as the filling was super delicious. Maybe the weakest item in this dish was the brownie, which was only good -- while everything else we'd tried was great to amazing. Overall, worth a special trip for any dessert lover. This business consistently delivers top notch dishes at very reasonable prices.

If the case was full and pretty like the pictures showed and someone came I would not be giving this negative review but I have no time for this. Completely disappointing.

I guess this was the place to be on a Saturday night for Indian people because it was extremely busy and the parking lot was very full. The dessert place had interesting items. I got a modak (Indian sweet dumpling) and a falooda. The modak was basically chocolate with some chocolate chips inside. The falooda was decent, I had something similar at an Indian cafe in Lisle. Prices were okay. This was about a 3 for me. This was basically an Indian version of going to a Baskin Robbins at the mall. Not bad, not super good. Service was friendly.

Everest has both! I tried the lotus biscoff cookie butter avalanche (reg size) and LOVED it. The vanilla custard is creamy, delicious and has the perfect texture. LOL.. but I finished my entire sweet treat in 1 sitting while my husband had leftovers. This place had my self control out the window, it really is a great spot to end the night at. Andy's vs Everest? My vote is for Everest in all aspects. Service was quick, quality of desserts are top notch and the space itself is inviting with 25ish places to sit. It also has a very cute photo op spot!

We were pleasantly surprised to discover a business that could serve both of these needs so that we didn't split our group after having a delicious meal at Xi'an cuisine. The interior here is quite fun, similar to other spots in the Naperville area. There's several nice opportunities for creating social media worthy pictures and the amount of seating is fairly good for a dessert spot. The menu isn't the trendiest as it covers popular options for custard and bubble tea, but not the more unique options available in some other restaurants in the area. If it weren't located near a competitive market in the Naperville / Aurora area, this would rank a bit higher as you'll find more here than lots of spots in the Schaumburg to Oakbrook area. Presentation is a bit on the simpler side, but still fairly good. The quality of the ingredients was pretty good as well. Service wasn't super fast as there was only 1 person preparing all the orders, though the wait was surprisingly not too long. Prices feel a little on the higher side, but not unreasonable given the area.

So I thought we were all set. Our reservation was for 6:00, and we arrived at 5:54. We were told to wait until six, which was perfectly fine. Six o'clock rolls around and we're told they're still cleaning the table. Okay, we wait. Then we wait. And wait. Thirty minutes later, we find out the people who had the table STILL hadn't even left. Baby...what exactly were we reserving three weeks ago, a future dream? They offered us a complimentary appetizer, which I appreciate in theory, but when you've got a party of eight waiting 40 minutes past their reservation time, I'm not really looking for the cheapest appetizer on the menu. I'm looking for the table I reserved. Eventually, we were seated, and thank GOD for our server Alexis B, because they completely turned the experience around. Funny, knowledgeable, incredibly kind, and genuinely one of the best servers I've ever had. If I could give them five stars separately, I would. They made us feel welcome and somehow kept the whole table laughing after that rocky start. The food had some hits and misses. The crab cake was a little too spicy for my taste, although the rest of the table enjoyed it. The mini sliders, however? DELICIOUS. That buttery, well seasoned bun was doing exactly what it needed to do. Then came my Entourage burger, and baby...THAT burger understood the assignment. It was absolutely packed with flavor. So good that I practically inhaled it. My server even asked if I wanted another one because apparently I ate it fast enough to qualify for a second round. Unfortunately, the management situation left a lot to be desired. After the issues getting our table, the managers seemed to keep watching our group throughout the night. If you're going to stare, baby, at least commit to the performance! It made an already awkward situation feel even more uncomfortable. Honestly, my server Alexis B, was the ONLY reason this experience ended on a positive note. They were so charming and personable that by the end, they felt more like a friend than a server. I'm genuinely going to miss them. The food was good, and that burger was fantastic, but a three-week reservation should not turn into a 40 minute wait with a party of eight standing around wondering when they're going to eat. So unfortunately, I'm leaving with two stars. The food gave me reasons to come back, but the reservation experience and management gave me reasons to stay home. And to my server: you were the star of the night. Protect this person at all costs.

'B' IS FOR BURGER…read more Shake Shack doesn't win any points for originality or value, even though the quality is undeniable. My family and I came here for a quick dinner prior to enjoying 'Rock the Block', an outdoor concert series that Block 59 hosts on Thursdays in the summer.  I'd been to Schaumburg's Shake Shack before (say that five times fast!) but this was my first visit to the location on Route 59 in Naperville. I loved the classic ShackBurger ($10.25 for a double) with cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles and special sauce on a toasted bun.  The edges of the burger patties were crispy and the toppings were fresh.  I had to unhinge my jaw to take a bite!  A solid 4/5. My wife had good things to say about the avocado bacon burger ($10.50 for a single).  It wasn't the best, but she still gave it a serviceable 3.5/5.  The spicy cheese fries ($7.50) were tasty, crinkle-cut fries topped with cheese sauce and a dusting of cayenne powder w/side of ranch. The sparkling cherry limeade ($6) was VERY tart and seemingly only cherry in color.  I expected something similar to Sonic's cherry-limeade and was taken aback at just how sour this was.  It was refreshing, yet not objectively good.  I wouldn't re-order this. Our son really enjoyed the grilled cheese ($5) and we were grateful to have that as an option.  I liked that they had coloring pages and crayons to keep kids entertained while they waited.  They also have a small selection of beer and canned wine for adults. Now for the 'cons': the dining room was a bit messy and prices are significantly higher than other burger joints.  Culver's remains the gold standard; there, you can get a standalone double cheese for $7.75 or a combo basket (fries + drink) for $12.  We paid $16 for the same thing here. Apparently, they offer a 'shack pack' for $15 which comes with a single burger, fries, and small drink (I only saw this available online, however, not at the ordering kiosk).  This is still quite a bit more than a combo at Freddy's ($11) or Culver's, and the quality isn't so superior as to justify the increase in cost. * TL;DR * Shake Shack is a more-than-viable option for a burger. It's far from the cheapest choice in its class, but if you find yourself in the mood for something between the buns (along with maybe fries & a shake), this is probably your best bet. Yeah, sure I'd come back.

I've been plenty of times, but this visit had a few extras that made it especially good. The Double SmokeShack is still GOATED in my book and easily one of my favorite smash burgers anywhere. Two crispy-edged patties, cheese, bacon, tangy cherry pepper relish, and ShackSauce tucked into a soft Martin's potato roll; it's an elite combination. Rich, smoky, tangy, a little spicy, and somehow that pillowy roll holds the whole beautiful mess together. I also took advantage of their Sunday promo where a $10 purchase scored a free Chick'n Shack. Nice little shot at Chick-fil-A being closed on Sundays. The chicken was crispy and juicy, with fresh arugula and a zippy herb mayo that gave it a nice pop. For free? Absolutely no complaints. Then there was the limited-time Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake. Thick, creamy, chocolatey, loaded with pistachio flavor, and topped with that satisfying crackable chocolate shell. Definitely indulgent, but ridiculously good. Service was friendly and quick, and everything came out fresh and hot. Shake Shack isn't the cheapest burger stop around, but the Double SmokeShack reminds me exactly why I keep coming back. That combination of ShackSauce, cherry pepper relish, bacon, crispy patties, and Martin's potato roll just hits. Add a free chicken sandwich and a killer Dubai chocolate shake, and this visit was an easy win.
