Dear [Manager/Owner], We have been regular customers for quite some time, and until recently, the service has always been excellent. However, ever since your previous crew of young men left, the quality has noticeably declined. This is the second time I have received the wrong ice cream order. A week or two ago, I ordered sugar-free pineapple and rainbow, but instead was given berry sherbet. I didn't return it at the time and simply ate it. Today, I again ordered sugar-free pineapple and rainbow, but was given rainbow sherbet and praline & cream instead. Once home (we live about two miles away), I realized the mistake and assumed it was my husband's ice cream. When we drove back to correct it, the young lady who served us was not customer-service friendly. Instead of remaking the order, she attempted to scrape off the top layer and replace it with sugar-free ice cream, which is not acceptable. When my husband explained that I had already tasted the ice cream, he advised that it should be tossed. At that point, the young man assisting her grabbed the ice cream and slammed it into the trash can with attitude. To add, this same young man had been goofing around while she was trying to serve us earlier, and she even had to tell him to stop. I strongly suspect he is also the one who gave me the wrong flavor during my previous visit. This is very disappointing as loyal customers. I hope you address these concerns with your staff and restore the level of service we used to experience.

Outstanding customer service every time I visit this location, literally my go to spot for every special occasion in need of a cake.

Best Baskin Robbins in the Valley, outstanding customer service and delicious treats. Very grateful with the owner of the franchise for being very caring towards his clients, we can agree that we don't see that too often now in days unfortunately! I love this particular Baskin-Robbins. Today I was served by Amrin. I love his attitude. It's upbeat and friendly! I could see he's new and learning, but he did a great job and was happy to let me sample the different flavors. I love this new flavor. Strawberry Tres Leche. Khurshid is the owner- always respectful and kind. My husband and I have been coming here for more than 30 years. We've tried other Baskin-Robbins, but this one is special. Friendly!!!

Best custom ordered cakes! My team wanted to throw a special surprise birthday party for one of our managers at the office and made the theme all about him. We got custom wrapping paper with his face on it and I ordered a custom cake on 8/11/2023. I placed the order one week in advance via the Baskin-Robbins app. Not all locations offer the "Create Your Own PhotoCake" and I found it easily on the app vs. the Baskin-Robbin's website. On the day of, I called ahead of time to confirm the cake was ready for pick up. I went with my manager to pick up the cake and mistakenly went to the wrong location. Luckily, this location was easier to get to and the parking lot was more spacious. This store also looked cleaner. K, the store manager, asked us what our favorite ice cream flavors were and he gave both of us two samplers to try. It was such a sweet gesture. He told us that the custom cake was handmade by his wife! She did an incredible job. The cake was perfect and everyone at my office laughed and loved how the cake turned out. I would definitely recommend coming to this Baskin-Robbins if you want a custom picture cake.

THEY HAVE DUBAI CHOCOLATE HERE! According to the franchise owner, his wife personally makes these authentic Dubai Chocolate Bars and they are DELICIOUS! On top of that, I've been going here for years to get my usual pint of Gold Medal Ribbon or my daughters' ice cream cakes for their birthdays and have always received great service. I am writing this review because my experience with Baskin-Robbins on Topanga and Saticoy was nothing short of a complete disaster, especially regarding the cake design. I had requested a custom cake with a photo on top, just like we had done last year (which, by the way, turned out great). This year, however, things took a sharp turn for the worse. On the day of pickup, I called the store and asked the owner if he could send me a photo of the cake before I came to get it. When I finally received the picture, I was shocked. The photo was the wrong size and wasn't even remotely centered on the cake. It was supposed to cover the entire top, but instead, it was carelessly cropped and shoved to the side as if no effort had been made. I texted back asking, "Is the photo not centered?"--and was met with complete silence. No response. So, I drove over, hoping it might look better in person. Spoiler: It didn't. Upon arriving, things only got worse. The moment I walked in, the owner was dismissive and completely unconcerned about the issue. I calmly explained my concerns, only to be brushed off. He told me, "This is a custom cake; it is what it is," and that there would be no refund, no partial refund, and no replacement cake. He then proceeded to help another customer right in front of me, as if my issue was nothing but an inconvenience. When I tried to revisit the conversation after the other customer left, he just shrugged his shoulders. Shrugged. Like my frustration didn't matter in the slightest. I even asked for candles and confetti to try and salvage the cake myself, and, believe it or not, he rang me up for it.The least he could've done was offer that to me for free, considering the cake looked half-assed. Baskin-Robbins not only failed in the execution of what should have been a simple request but also failed miserably in customer service. I would strongly advise others to avoid this location if you want your custom cake done right by someone who takes pride in their work. read more

I live right by here so I've been to this Baskin-Robbins many times -the older gentleman that usually serves there is excellent and very customer service oriented Today there was a young lady and young man there and it was almost like they were trying to work slower. By the time I left, the line was nearly out the door just so you know they serve the people who use the app first even if you're waiting there longer very disappointing today because I have historically really liked the store. If you have the time to wait, the actual ice cream is still good. Not sure I'm going back there again. read more

Horrible, horrible, HORRRIBLE customer service by the manager/cake decorator, Kheshish(I think that was his name). He made me a disgusting ice cream cake that WAS NOT WHAT I WANTED. I wanted a black heart shaped ice cream cake without the butterflies, and I even gave him an inspo picture, which is attached to this. So, please tell me, do these look the same? When I asked for a refund, all he said in his Accented English, "I can't do that.... I can't", and then he ran off out of the store and into his car saying that he's off the clock and just gave me random excuses. I even paid BEFORE I got my cake, thinking he will make the cake exactly how I wanted it, but no! It wasn't even for me, it was for my sister's birthday! He REALLY wasted my time, money, AND GAS. He is DEFINITELY not worth being manger of the store with how he managed things. He ruined my experience and will never step another foot at a this ice cream place. They had an extensive selection and were friendly and fast. They wrote on the cake free of charge and gave us samples while we waited. Highly recommend this location. read more

I haven't been to a BR in years. I'm traveling and dropped in around 1:30 pm. The male server was welcoming/friendly and let us sample new flavors. Clean tables and ice cream looked newly opened. Sampled chicken and waffles and dragon fruit, worth a try. Yum. Generous scoops. Waffle cone a couple dollars extra. Fresh taste. Pricey, but expected. Recommend. read more

I went to the store on my sisters birthday and the employee that served my family was named Rayyan. Rayyan was super friendly and nice and he was super quick with the ice cream and milkshake givings. My sister asked for an ice cream and he was SUPER quick. I asked for a medium milkshake and rayyan made it very quickly as well and there were many people in the store. Customer Service is not great I don't know why this place has 4 stars really? The ice cream is not delicious looking or fresh the ice cream cones looked like they hadn't been changed in a long time and there are never any females working here ever. The worst customer service is given by the few males that do and with so many locations across the city I can easily ignore this one and go to a better well equipped location with beautiful desserts, ice cream, cakes, and a variety of flavors. read more

Out of mint chip AGAIN. Time to train your employees on how to order stock of one of the most popular flavors. Then I was pressured to just buy a quart! Nope! Also for the last two years whenever I walk in here with my son there is always someone in training? Sup with that? My family and I are done with this location! Only reason for two stars instead of one is that the owner seems nice. I lost patience for this location. Also don't come too close before closing time, because that seems to piss everyone off!!! The cupcakes were not only beautifully presented (seriously they looked almost too good to eat) but they tasted just as amazing as they looked. We ordered a variety of flavors including Pandan and Cookies & Cream, along with classic vanilla topped with sprinkles and fresh strawberry. Every single one was a hit with both the kids and adults. The Pandan in particular was such a unique and delicious option, fragrant, soft, and perfectly balanced. We previously ordered Ube cupcakes and those were amazing too! Everything was packaged neatly and securely, which made transport easy and stress-free on a busy party day. Guests kept asking where we got them! Thank you, Mini's, for helping us celebrate three years in a row. We will definitely be back again for the next celebration!

This was one of the worst job experiences I've ever had. The management was horrible. The manager's wife, Gazala, told me that I had to work on cakes because I'm a girl and that I needed to 'learn cooking for my husband.' Anytime I asked a simple question about my job, I was yelled at and belittled. The manager, Kurshid, would roll his eyes at me, sigh loudly, and make me feel stupid for not knowing things even though it was literally my first job. The manager Kurshid also put me in very uncomfortable situations by talking about how much he hates 911 and telling me stories about why he thinks they 'don't do anything.' It made me extremely uncomfortable and confused why this was being shared with me at work. When it came to training, it was horrible. Instead of showing me anything hands‑on, Kurshid just talked at me for a few minutes and then gave me a 'pop quiz' in front of his wife. When I answered something wrong, Gazala started yelling at him right in front of me. Then they told me to step outside, and Kurshid came out angry, asking why I was answering questions wrong and making his wife mad. Like... how is that my fault? It was my first day and my first job ever. Even though I was hired as a crew member, I was forced to work almost entire shifts in the back on cakes, where it's EXTREMELY hot because of the freezer engines. When I told them I felt light‑headed, instead of helping me or rotating me out, they fired me. This job gave me severe anxiety, and every time I worked there, my body would shake because I felt unsafe and scared. I would not recommend working at this location to anyone read more
