This is our go-to location for ice cream cakes. Everyone in my family requests a ice cream cake for their birthday to enjoy for days. My son wanted a chocolate/chocolate ice cream cake. I didn't order one in advance so we were only able to get a cookies n'cream/chocolate ice cream cake. The young man working was so sweet and helpful. He went through every shelf to help find one but there wasn't one with the combination he wanted. He offered my son samples of all the ice creams and let him pick the color for the icing to write his name. My son told me to make sure to tip him. I only had a $20 so he got his dollar out of his Minecraft wallet and gave it to him. This is the most disgusting Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. We came here for some Ice Cream after having dinner at Firesword. Right when we stepped in I saw the floors with disgustingly filthy!! There were 2 young girls working, no one else was in there, and I showed them that their floors with absolutely filthy and since there was no rain or anything there was no reason for this. I love coming here! It's perfect walking distance from my house, and the staff are always so patient and friendly. The patience means a lot to me because I'm very indecisive lol. I got a 2 scoop sundae with Breakfast in Bed and Mom's Makin' Cookies. She recommended Mom's Makin' Cookies, as it pairs nicely with Breakfast in Bed. Breakfast in bed was so delicious, I could taste the maple syrup and blueberries. And I don't know if it was just me, but I think I could taste hints of sausage haha. Disappointed with the workers lack of training and of following instructions. We ordered an ice cream cake requested by or son two days in advance. We went to pick it up and the cake was not at all what we ordered. I could tell they simply took a cake from their freezer as we ordered a chocolate frosted cake and this was their standard white icing they use for most of their cakes. We were told they could have our requested cake ready in 30 minutes if we came back, which I did. However upon return they simply placed light chocolate icecream on the outside instead of frosting. She said the fudge fosting, which I assumed would be used since i requested chocolate fosting, would just slide off the cake and ice cream. Great stop after dinner. Having dinner in the same plaza and then walking to this Baskin Robbins is a match made. It was always a pleasant experience at this location. Place is decently clean and there are plenty of seating spaces. My favorite is Jamoca (coffee flavor). On occasion, there are some specialty flavor which I fear to try. This is the best Baskin Robbins around. They always have a large ice cream selection and a very large cake selection. The service is always very good. The owner Alan is a very funny guy and makes everyone feel welcomed into is store. His employees are equally friendly. We had lived in Chino Hills for 20 years and now live in Eastvale / Corona and will drive to this location for any of our ice cream cakes or pies. I wish our neighborhood BR was half as good but its not, so we drive.
