Been coming to this Baskin - Robbins since I was a kid. The place hasn't changed much besides the new remodel. Was so surprised on how rude the owners/employees have gotten. They have ZERO patiences and try to get you in and out. It was my birthday and showed my coupon for a free kids scoop and he said no problem. After we all had ordered, we were about to check out. I showed him the barcode on my phone and he said that's only for a kids scoop and I said I know I showed it to you. He almost didn't use my coupon but then finally did so thank you for that. Also I was so surprised on how dirty this store was. Dust, paper straw wrappers on the floor, messy and sticky tables. This place needs to be better maintained and maybe more employees especially during sometime. read more

For us this is our local Baskin Robbins. They have done a recent remodel. There really isn't anything special unfortunately when you come here as far as excellent welcoming customer service. It's just straight forward hi welcome what can I get you; sadly in my opinion it's robotic. When you come into an establishment you want to feel welcomed and not like your just "there." Today we ordered a brownie sundae and I thought it should have been warmed up at least but that was not the case. I don't know maybe that's just how it is served now. read more

I love this Baskin Robbins location and all of it's employees. I have been a regular at this shop for over five years now and I have always been treated with the most respect and always greeted by a friendly employee. "Dylan" is one of my favorite employees at this location as he is very friendly every time I see him. He always greets me with a smile and lets me try multiple different flavors when I come in. I have also seen how he treats other customers and I have never seen him be rude or unfriendly, even when they were about to close. I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone looking to get decent size scoops from the friendliest baskin robbins workers around town. read more

We had a horrible customer service experience at this location, we ordered a banana royale and a chocolate fudge reese's sundae and they were both delivered with barely any ice cream  or toppings on them literally the cups were not even half full. When we told the owners daughter about them she acknowledged that they weren't made correctly and that there was barely any ice cream in them but that a new employee had made them and that she wasn't about to waste money or time by remaking other ones so we could just leave, literally that's what happened and she was extremely rude and combative about it.  This is a mistake THEY made and that she acknowledged but she absolutely refused to make it right . WORST customer service EVER don't give this place your business they don't deserve it instead support other local ice cream shops in the area that value your business this place does not. read more

I have been coming here for years and I order at least 6 cakes or more a year. The new owners are not the best. Just make sure if you order a cake make sure you have photos to back up any mistake such as..... lackluster decoration, writing not clearly readable, wrong flavor ice cream and hair weaved in the middle of the cake. If you don't have photos to back up your concerns, then forget any type of apology or acknowledgment. The last owners never made mistakes like this and made it enjoyable to visit. We were not looking for any freebies, just an apology. We have a large family and this was our go to ice cream treat place, no more! We will take our business elsewhere....... To reply to you... we didn't eat the whole cake nor did we ask for a refund.... That part is on you. I do still have the cake and I was just giving you the opportunity to acknowledge your mistakes. I have been here a couple of times. Never had a bad experience or a stand-out amazing experience here. Just a typical Baskin-Robbins franchise. Today I came in to buy a drink. Chose the strawberry banana smoothie. A small smoothie costs $4.99, and while the drink itself was delicious, the price was not as great (considering size). This place gets 2 stars solely because the owner was rude. I was behind a woman who had a large order. So while the owner was prepping her order, the owner's wife was preparing my small smoothie. During that time, another woman comes in, chooses a pre-made cake in the fridge, and proceeded to fall in line behind me. Once the woman in front of me was done with her transaction, I approached the cash register, assuming I could pay for my smoothie at that time. WRONG. The owner did not even have the courtesy to say anything, even a simple "I will be with you shortly." Instead, he avoided my attempts at eye contact and asked the woman behind me if she was ready to pay. She was still paying when my smoothie finished and I ended up having to wait for that transaction to finish before I could pay for my smoothie. If you're going to run a franchise, at least have some common courtesy, so you can keep your business going. When I first came in, I was thinking of taking my son after his Taekwon Do class was finished.. but after that horrible experience, I will be driving out of my way to take him to AFTERS off of Campus & 19th, where the customer service has always been nothing less than amazing. And maybe in the future, think about keeping your two kids out of the public workspace area, not where they're seen running around behind the cash register and ice cream fridges, and definitely not where customers can see and hear them complaining. Came in last Sunday 2-10-2019. It was raining so not much call for ice cream that day. I was the only one in there. The kid who started to helped me, his cell phone rang in the middle of prepping my order. He proceeded to sit there and have a conversation with this person, standing right in front of me. This went on for about 3-5 minutes as he just chatted away. I looked at him, like "really"? He just kept on chatting, with no regard for the fact that I was just standing there waiting. Not a, hey, sorry I have to take this or anything like that, just chat chat chat. I didn't even say anything, just walked out. I think he is more concerned with his cell phone and his laptop on the counter than taking care of the only customer he had in the place. Won't return. read more
