Very disappointed in the level of service and miscommunication we received when we tried to book for an event. Initially inquired and provided the designs we wanted and was quoted a price. Once we were ready to book(same exact order), we were quoted a higher price for "tools she would only use once for our order". While understandable, this should have been something that was included in the price originally and really just sounds like you are trying to back pedal on your pricing. Then we were offered an apology for the poor miscommunication on her part and was pretty much told to take it or leave it. This is definitely not how you treat a first time client. We found a better company to work with and will definitely NOT be purchasing from this company in the future. read more

Cake does not fall apart when I cut into it and I get perfect slices even until the last slice, still perfect.
