The store was very clean and the ice cream was actually very good. I would definitely go back. We went to Coldstone in Upland last night and it was already closed before its closing time as listed at the store. My family was very disappointed as we love Cold Stone. We ended up going to Handel's in Upland and the wait in line was worth it. I still love Cold Stone but I've had another negative experience at the upland cold stone location before. I think I will try a different location in the future. read more

There isn't anything wrong with cold stones besides the price which is ridiculously expensive but if you go once in a while it's OK. My wife and I both got the "like it" Which is the smallest container you can get. We also added waffle cone. It came out to almost $15. The staff was friendly and nice no issues with that. I may come here once every eight months or so if that, just because I can't justify the price. The place wasn't super clean, but it was a holiday and there were probably about eight people in front of me. They only had two staff members when I was there so I'm sure I can get overwhelming. My favorite of all the Cold stones I've been to. They keep the petite ice cream cakes on hand, which is awesome to pick up when on your way to a friends house & don't want to show up empty handed. But most importantly the customer service here is unmatched. I went in this week & Faith was very sweet & patient with me. She gave the best recommendations. What she suggested was delicious, and I think that's what I will order from now on. I've also been helped by Trey or Ty (not sure which was his name) but he was also super nice. I nearly faint when I have to eat anywhere other than home. I was hungry and hadn't had ice cream in quite a long time. I walked in this Thursday and was greeted promptly. *FOR ALL WHO HAVE ALLERGIES PLEASE READ* I came to this location on 4/1 and asked the employee to not put peanuts in my ice-cream several times and what does he do? HE PUTS PEANUTS IN MY ICE CREAM which landed me in the hospital that night!!!!! The owner was there and failed to supervise her new employee. This mistake could have easily been avoided had she put priority over training him correctly and staying by his side as he fulfilled orders instead of trying to rush out orders to get people out the door. I had to have multiple injections: steroids, Benadryl, and they even had to use an epipen on me. Then I call back the next morning to complain and the owner wanted to give me a refund for my individual ice-cream which was like $5 maybe and NOT the $25 refund for my entire order!!!! Are you kidding me?! How about you pay for my hospital bill and medication? Oh and on top of that she gives me a $15 gift card guys...now that's embarrassing. Cold Stone has lost customers that had been going there for years due to their NEGLIGENCE. The employee there, Jacob, was very nice and cordial even though the line was long, he greeted everyone and was very apologetic for the wait time. My review is for Sylvia's Sweet Treats that runs through this location. We hired Sylvia for our wedding after seeing her team at a wedding expo and I have to say, Sylvia was amazing! What we envisioned was what she gave us! We went for a tasting and the cakes were amazing! We wanted a cake pop tower with a 2 tier cake, and it wasn't an issue for her. She even gave us $100 off and some ice cream for booking with her! :) And delivered 30 miles to our venue! The marble cake pops were TO DIE FOR! Our top tier was SO hard to save because our chocolate espresso cake was AMAZING! We couldn't have asked for a better set up! It was BEAUTIFUL! I only wish we could've afforded caramel apple bar :( As a chef, I usually have trouble enjoying food and desserts, but what she gave us was incredible. Thank you so much Sylvia! Each time that I've visited the servers have been beyond polite. This store also has great sales like 0.99 waffle cone Wednesday's and great prices on ice cream cookies. My favorite flavors are anything birthday cake related or cheesecake! The store is always clean and tidy.
