Sorry to say I won't be returning to this location. I ordered a single scoop hot fudge sunday (instead of the regular 2-scoop sundae). The girl behind the counter dished up a very small child-size scoop. When I told her I want a regular size scoop she said that a single scoop sunday is considered a "child size" and refused to make it a regular scoop. I wasn't asking for a special price, just a regular serving. She was very unfriendly and not interested in selling me a normal single scoop sundae. She charged me nearly $8.00 for this very small child sized serving. I've gone to other Baskin Robbins and ordered the same thing and was always given a regular sized scoop and was never told I could only have a tiny child size, especially for that price! read more

Negative 2 stars for the gaslighting lady (assuming manager) who only gave me a kids scoop for my birthday coupon when it clearly stated single. When I questioned her, she was like yeah that's the size you're supposed to get. Decided to return since they're nearby and had excellent service when I came back. It's been a while since my friend and I last went to BR, so of course we had to sample the new flavors, and the worker was extremely friendly and accommodating. Ice cream cake and scooped ice cream is always good here. I won't purchase another pre packed quart size of jamoca almond fudge from this store. It was very icy. Every bite had ice in it which was weird. Maybe it was old. Also it didn't have a lot almonds like the pint size you buy at the grocery store. August 2021 There were two people in front of us. One awaiting their order, the other ordering and paid cash. The BR employee accepted the cash, did not sanitize (nor wearing gloves) after and "helped" us. Also not wearing a hair cap but IMO the length would justify the need for it. If not an issue for you, proceed with caution otherwise skip and go elsewhere. Lots of places with better tasting treats that have better sanitization. read more

Ok so this is a bit frustrating. I came here last week because I was craving a cappuccino blast and the employee told me they can't make it because they're out of milk. Today I went again a week later and ordered a cappuccino blast and again the employee said they are out of milk, I asked them why they do not stock up on milk and he replied that since it's slow they don't carry a lot of milk on hand? Needed an ice cream fix as I was driving home from a doctor's appointment and spotted this B&R. I hadn't been in a Baskin Robbins for a few years so hit the brakes and went in. Got two scoops - chocolate fudge and jamoca with caramel topping. The ice cream was good. Not as creamy as more expensive places but the flavor was great and the texture was smooth and not icy. I can't believe I haven't given this place the raving review that it deserves. This Baskin-Robbins is within walking distance of my childhood home, and I have so many great memories of grabbing ice cream with my friends. The employees there have known me for over a decade, and they continue to remember my order (one or two cups of chocolate chip cookie dough in a cup) long after I've moved away for college and work. While it may seem like nostalgia is influencing my perception, I can say with confidence that this has been and will continue to be my favorite ice cream shop (not only in Cypress, but perhaps in all of California). They go above and beyond to impress customers. We have a six-year-old who loves hello Kitty, the hello kitty birthday cake they design for us is amazing. Not only does it have hello Kitty decorative, the decorative is actually a toy that the little girl loves. The service and what they provide is just amazing. We used to go here after taekwondo on Tuesdays for their Tuesday family night special ($1.50 kid scoop), but whenever we tried paying with our app (T-Mobile Tuesday $$ loaded onto the BR app gift card), she'd roll her eyes and say I can't use it bc it expired. Everything was fine & typical to other Baskin Robbins locations until we went to pay & the lady realized we were using the promo code for part of our payment. Her friendly attitude did a complete 180 & she told us pointedly that promo codes were one time use only even without trying our code. When we told her no, of course we hadn't used it yet, she rudely insisted that my husband slowly read her numbers and then informed us, "It's rejected. It's not me, but the computer. This was the second birthday cake, one week apart, that I bought. It was for my son's 21st birthday, and I ordered online Saturday for a Monday morning pick up.
