See's locations seem to look the same, have great service, and offer a delicious assortment of chocolates no matter where you go. This one checks all those boxes but the women working here on my visit were extraordinarily cheerful and personable. We were immediately given a choice of complimentary chocolates. I chose a Chocolate Bordeaux (creamy brown sugar soft center - yummy!). We were there to get a small box of chocolates. We didn't want a pre-boxed set but, instead, created our own by selecting from the displayed options. I can remember only a couple of the ones we chose - strawberry truffle, raspberry truffle, blueberry truffle, one that was half caramel and half marshmallow...we chose 9 all together. Although I didn't try all that we purchased, every single one I ate was a delight. But I expect nothing less from See's! read more

First time at this location but long time Sees Customer. I stopped in today to get some of my boyfriends faves as a surprise for him. He was newly promoted! Congrats Babe! Anyways Customer service is always top notch at Sees but the service I got by Erin C was above and beyond. She helped me figure out which candy Ive been on the hunt for and then helped me choose some faves for a 1lb box! We chatted and talked and of course tried some samples. Erin even offered to wrap the box and add a Congratulations sticker! I appreciate her thoughtfulness and care. Sees is not cheap its definitely a splurge purchase but Customer care like this is worth it! I will definitely be back! This location is top class! I love that it's easily accessible. It's located inside a strip mall but parking was still easy. It kind of looks like it might be closed from the outside because of the opaque glass and the shades in the door that block the sun in the afternoon, but everything is very organized and clean inside. The woman that work here are so friendly and hospitable; which has always been an exceptional company principal that wasn't lost during the pandemic. This location has always been cool inside, even during the hot summer months. The chocolate is always quality and top tier. This is my favourite store. read more

I came into your store first thing in the morning and there were three customers ahead of me. Alexandra was holding it down all on her own, and not only did she make sure each of us got exactly what we wanted, but she was kind, attentive, considerate, and made sure she didn't miss a step in letting each of us know what new chocolates would be available soon. She took the time to make sure everyone was happy, received what they needed, and listened and responded with genuine attention to each customer. Great new See's Candy store inside the Shops at Rossmoor. Located in between a Subway and Yogurtland, this location has plenty of easy parking. Staff here have always been super friendly and helpful. The shop is clean, bright and welcoming. We love stopping in to buy gift boxes of chocos or selecting a bag of individual pieces. So stop on by when you're craving a Bordeaux, Scotchmallow, or Scotch Kiss. They always have seasonal candies so check those out when available as well. My absolute favorite chocolate store of all time. I've enjoyed the See's candy for the past 50 years. I was stoked to learn of this location since it's a more accessible spot. I had two $25 gift cards from the son to use in this purchase, and I still spent close to $100. I always get a pound of prepackaged Nuts and Chews for my mom. They also have sugar free peanut brittle - diabetics often seem to have a super sweet tooth. I always get a customized pound of assorted caramel chocolates and citrusy truffles for myself. Also a pack of Scothmallows ( a whole marshmallow and caramel layer covered In Chocolate) and Almond brittle with a kick of spice-this last one is a new item. Lastly they still provide free samples. Masks still required inside the store. You can also order online for pickup. read more

Beyond 5 Stars, I live in the east coast, but a lot of my family lives down here in the Long Beach area. 2 days ago we visited sees to get a few treats before heading back home. The store employee who was working on Sunday, 5/19/24 made wonderful recommendations for the teacher-team mom recipient I had in mind. She also nicely arranged and wrapped the items I purchased. I absolutely cannot believe the rudeness displayed by the ladies working here! I came here shortly after opening the day before Valentine's Day to get a few treats. I entered the store (accompanied by a family member) and began looking around at the pre-packaged valentine's candies. The ladies working behind the counter could not speak to the customers. They were completely yelling at everyone! Maybe they need their hearing checked? I don't know, but they were yelling so loudly, I could not even hear what my family member was saying and they were standing right next to me. I picked out a few pre-packaged items and got in line. There were about 3-4 people ahead of me in line. Every single person who checked out received a free sample of one of their candies. When it was going to be my turn to check out, one of the screaming ladies from behind the counter told me that I was in the wrong line and to scoot over to the other line. I only saw one line, not two, so IDK how I was in the wrong line. Then, another lady from behind the counter came over and told me to go back to where I was originally standing in line and she would check me out. She barely said anything to me during the transaction and I never was even offered the sample candy that everyone else received! Was I not dressed well enough? Did I look too poor to be in See's Candies? Why was I treated so poorly in this candy store?! This should be a fun place to shop! Will not be coming out of my way to return to this store! read more

New See's location between Subway, Yogurtland and Chipotle your COVID Staples. Smaller than most See's locations I've been to (and I've been to a lot). This was the day before Mother's Day and it was packed. Thankfully, like all other locations, they have a separate line for those of us that simply like to pick up ready boxed items. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. Stop buy and pick up a 2 pound box or two. Lot's of parking right out front. read more

I ended up at the doctors soon after that. I was greeted immediately by several friendly faces, and I think I received a compliment on SOMETHING from every single employee in there in the short fifteen minutes that I was there. They are super nice and helpful, and they answered all my questions and recommended items to me based on my questions. I felt very welcomed there.
