This review is based on service and quality of the large shake that I ordered. Honestly it was a pretty good vanilla shake, even though it's basically ice cream and milk blended together. It was simple, but it was creamy and tasted like some darn good vanilla too. The service was good too, taking in the fact that there was really no one there at one hour till closing (around 9 PM). The only downside to this BR is it doesn't offer that many flavors, I'm guessing because it shared the space with a Togos. read more

We come here all the time and we see the same kids working and running everything by themselves. It gets pretty busy for three little teenagers to be running the store alone. They are sweet hard working kids. Camille always helps us and she's a spunky sweet little thing and she's always there!! I feel bad for these kids sometimes because people can be so rude to them, it's ridiculous! I just want to give her a shoutout for being so kind to us when we come in and making all of our shakes and sundaes with a smile! I don't know how the owners have found such a gem of an employee to run your business at such a young age. Manager does not honor "free scoop on your birthday." Even after I showed her the email. After the hassle of trying to get a free $2 scoop on my birthday, my friend was fed up with me trying too redeem it that she offered to just buy it for me, but I refused because this Baskin Robbins isn't worth the dime. I love Baskin Robbins, but I don't care much for this particular location. I think they close around 10pm. On several occasions, I have shown up around 9pm or so and the chairs are already on top of the tables, an indication that they are closing up for the night. So, I can spend $20 on ice cream, but I have to eat it in my car? Also, the employees here aren't that friendly, nor helpful. Almost as if I am bothering them for their service. By far the best part of my Baskin Robins experience, was the superb customer service. The girl was so so sweet and kind and absolutely considerate! She genuinely tried her best to make the best ice cream sandwich. Her name was Gezel and I had never met a sweeter and most patient employee!! She was never rude and had a smile on the whole time! What an amazing and bright smile!! She definitely stood out with that amazing smile and kindness! She was professional and quick and never showed any signs of stress and impatience. I don't think I'll be coming back to this place. Brought the kids for ice cream and was disappointed by the customer service and lack of coordination. They gave us coupons at the door and then after we ordered and was going to pay told us we couldn't use them today. Now I would've been fine if they told me that at the door. I then proceeded to call this Baskin Robins and my good sir , Jim answered . Jim was very energetic for it already being 7 pm and I already know he has a smile over the phone . I LOVE ICE CREAM, I consider myself an ice cream connoisseur. Let me tell you Baskin Robins has it all! The flavor is there, the fun is there and I especially love their waffle cones, they are to die for! I also love the atmosphere, great workers. I was helped out by Ali today, great young man. He was wasn't rude or quiet. He asked me how my day was going and made sure I was satisfied with the flavor. Just the little things like that made me enjoy my cone that much more. Used to come in as a family. Last time I waited in line for 20 minutes. Just as I got to the front the young ice cream service attendant told me to wait. Then took 4 groups buying individual cakes ahead of me claiming they didn't want them to melt. Here's a thought, wait in line like everyone else and then get your cake when it's your turn fools. I don't think I'll be back to this location EVER! For starters the 3 employees on the floor looked completely lost and did not want to accept the TMobile Tuesday sundae promotions going on. Prior to us being helped, there was already a couple in line arguing with another employee because they could not use their coupon code as well. It would be helpful to have your employees know what promotions are going on. I really think there should be a manager or at least another supervisor who has great customer service and someone who can fix any issues. Andrea was very horrible and she gave us attitude. She was being rude and was throwing the items around and when I kindly asked for cooperates number, no one gave it to me. And your supervisor did not even want to give me her name. Our visit was terrible and we did not even get what we asked for. I hope you talk to your employees and next time promote people who can fix issues. read more

I will NEVER order another ice cream cake from the Fontana store. They have no idea how to operate a store! I should have learned my lesson from their screw ups before but I decided to chance it one more time and went inside the store to order a Father's Day cake. The gal helping me couldn't even tell me how much it was even though I could go online and figure it out myself. She took the order and told me I had to call the next day to find out how much. I called and the manager apologized and said he would train his staff. I ordered a white cake and it was very clear on the paper it was white cake. And it was supposed to look like the picture with the word "Dad" written in the middle. Instead, I picked it up and it had no writing. They took it in the back and tried to write the word "Dad" in ugly blue frosting on a yellow and white beer mug cake (picture showed white writing). I didn't accept it because I couldn't even make out the word. So they scraped off the blue and wrote in it white (even though you could still see the blue frosting). Came in here yesterday & received Extremely BAD customer service. I walked in with my family to buy some yummy ice cream & of course it was Tuesday so there was a 99cent T-Mobile Discount on a Sunday ice cream. So as were ordering the employee who was helping us out let's us know you have to purchase Something else first in order to get the 2nd one discounted. She ALREADY had a serious face & the tone she was using towards us was really annoying because all a customer is trying to do is go in & get an ice cream! There's no need for Rude attitude! Anyways we did not know that So we told her that was fine. I tried to get myself something in order to purchase the Sunday ice cream & once again with the disturbing attitude she tells me it HAS to be a Sunday ice cream that I had to purchase in order to receive the 2nd one. So I couldn't purchase what I wanted to. Witch doesn't make sense because if your paying regular price for the first one might as well pick what YOU want right? So At that point I didn't know what was the actual deal because she was really confusing! Maybe if she were to act like she loved her job & explain to us better we would understand her.. so one of the persons I was with was able to purchase anything & receive the Sunday BUT done by a different employee witch just comes to show that none of them knew what they were doing! So in that case I told her about it & she kept arguing with us telling us they couldn't do that trying to basically makes us look like we were lying about it so we showed her the receipt & definitely proved her wrong so she stood quiet because she knew we were correct & told us she would do it but with such a horrible attitude like if she was forced to do so. She was throwing things around with a stinky face not giving us eye contact acting like we're not right in front of her! Not only that but there was also a family before us arguing with them as well Asking for a manager! All three employees DID NOT know what they were doing. So as I'm paying I couldn't Stand Her attitude & personally told her that she should try to put a smile on her face because she has horrible customer service & there she goes Literally ignores me & starts talking to the next person in line. So disrespectful so we asked for corporate information or # & they refused to do so they said they didn't have one . At least to me the guy employee didn't know what he was talking about. We asked for a manger & he told us SHE was the supervisor?! First of all very bad person to choose for a position like that. As a supervisor your supposed to handle all situations in a professional way & make sure all customers walk out satisfied! So then we asked for her name & she ignored the question until I stood there waiting & she finally said " Andrea " not looking at me still ignoring! I highly doubt that's her name. But to describe her she has a nose piercing & blonde in her hair. We then walked out very Unsatisfied. That behavior is just unnecessary You never know what someone else is going through so try to be nice & learn how to respect one another! Who knows she could of been having a horrible day as well but she needs to learn how to not let it effect her work because that was some UNNECESSARY DISRESPECT. She could have avoided it all. I really hope someone sees this & gives her a serious talk about her work. I love the place & there ice cream ! But definitely won't be going back to this location! I'm only rating because it won't let me continue without doing so but I give them zero rates ! read more
