Customer service leaves a lot to be desired! I ordered online, got here a little early and stood a mobile order line, no one acknowledged me. I noticed someone else at the picking up an order so I assumed maybe I need to go tthere and fell in line. After taking the order of the one in front of me the two girls disappeared. Meanwhile I watched the status of my order remain in progress and time pushed back another 10m while I watched other order and pick up. When I went to ask for my order I was told they've been waiting to ask me if I meant to order a second one of one thing. I I said I've been sitting here the whole time. She said there's a line for mobile order. I said I was in that line and you didn't acknowledge me. I sit here still waiting for my order while they process everyone else who ordered after me. We are definitely a Juice It Up family. This is a great place to stop for some refreshments after Taekwondo class. Very thankful they modified their hours to accommodate getting something after class is over. This location is larger than the one in Rancho Cucamonga we also go to. There's a couple tables and chairs available and they have some extra snack options. My youngest daughter is really enjoying their seasonal drink: strawberry lemonade twist. I decided to try their other seasonal drink: passion fruit orange guava. It was delicious! I let my daughter have a sip of it and she said she may have to start getting that one instead! So good! The gal that took my order was kind and patient as I waited for my oldest daughter to text me her order as well. After a long day at work, I understand how it is when an order comes in close to closing time. I've been there, guests coming into our work 5min before closing to order things. I was very appreciative of the 2 gentlemen on the left for making my order. But the kid on the far right was just standing there not doing anything. Not sure if he was a guest or an employee so I stated how sorry I was for my order and appreciative of the fact that they're making my order so close to closing. I left this location at 6:30PM today. I was helped by Jennifer R + her colleague, whose name I failed to obtain (young Asian male). I ordered a regular sized açai berry bowl. When I got my order, there was no banana. There was an excessive amount of blueberries. I was fine with paying 50 cents for them to add the topping I requested in the first place. My only request was that he re-make the bowl. This could easily sound unnecessary to the next person. Luckily I'm not looking for agreement on my preference as a paying customer. The male employee said, "I'm just gunna put it on top." I asked if he could just re-make it? He said, "I don't understand, it's the same thing." I currently work in both the food industry and medical field. I have a great level of respect for these occupations. But it also grants me sense to know, that these are not the types of responses nor interactions that maintain the quality and consistency of a business. I requested a refund + a refund receipt. Jennifer R quickly passed me a receipt. I explained that this receipt does not confirm a refund. It's a regular receipt that simply says I purchased a bowl at 6:24PM. Jennifer R said that if I don't get my refund In X amount of days, that "I could just come back and explain my story." I got Jennifer R to at least sign the receipt she gave me. I hope this stands up if I have to come back. Just to top it off.... I was the only customer in the store that entire time. Meaning that, my request wasn't affecting absolutely anyone's time except the employees that applied & secured this position at Juice It Up. They chose to be combative instead. I currently stopped to place an order and one of the cashiers asked for my name. I told her I chose not to give my name as no one else was in the store except myself and my son. My order was simple and I didn't feel comfortable giving people my name. The female cashier then proceeded to tell me that I was rude and all I had to give was my name. I informed her that it doesn't make a difference as no one was in the store. She proceeded to argue with me and then raising her voice trying to kicked me and my son out of the store because I addressed the other cashier when I tried to get the managers name to file a complaint of harassment. The 4 cashiers/workers refused to give me the name of the managers and the first cashier proceeded to raise her voice attempting to kick me out the store. I told them that I will call the cops as they were harassing me and my son for no apparent reason. I left the store willingly and called the public disturbance hotline with the Fontana Police Department to file a report.
